Carlos in service IS the very best!Chris, also in service, was very kind and courteous.Sigmund is one of the managers of sales. He was very polite and most helpful in trying to explain the policies of Katy of Toyota. His employee, Chris in sales, was/is so disgusting I will refrain from making a comment about him because I have NO printable words to describe my encounter with him. He is a disgrace to the company.

Most of the sellers are very unprofessional, I caught one of them leaving the restroom without washing his hands some others were sitting in the common office area listening loud music with a boom box. This is not the place that it used to be a couple of years ago, it s way worse. I was about to leave when I found this nice seller lady that offered me help and then we decided to stay for a while.

Excellent service. They gave great instructions I didn't feel like a lost puppy. Honest work, they didn't try to do unnecessary services for me (I was highly surprised and extremely happy about it, but I insisted the service be done because I bought a used vehicle) or trick me into scandalous services like I've experienced at a couple service dealerships before where they empty my coolant reservoir and recommended me a $160 coolant service. Ever since the first scammer tried to pull that off I've always checked my coolant, oil, and fluids before service. Instead they just simply topped it off for me. Best service I've ever experienced. Definitely would recommend and will come back everytime.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Service was quick and thorough. Could be a little confusing for people first visiting. Stay with your car or walk inside? Leave key with car or bring it with you? Aside from that, the process of checking in was easy and the waiting area was comfortable.

Had some work done and had to immediately turn right back around to have the trim placed back correctly. One of the nice gentleman that meet you at the service check in lane adjusted it for me but still had to come back as it was not replaced correctly after I had left.

The place was very good at ignoring and annoying their customers. I had to wait an additional 1hr for them to tell me it had been ready..DONT GO HERE ....YOU WILL REGRET IT...AND I GAVE IT 2 STARS because they actually did the job, but the process was to get it done was more then it was worth.

I bought two vehicles in two months from Toyota of Katy for my wife and myself. Chris Quiroz is the most gentle and kind salesman. He delivered with the highest quality standard services My wife and I were very impressed with his hard efforts to get us a good deal on both vehicles, even it not easy for him but he did meet our expectations. Please seek for him if you need new or used vehicles. Thank you Chris.....

Every service staff here at Toyota of Katy are so friendly and professional. Kathy, our service advisor is the best . She is extremely polite and sweet. Will be asking for her as our service advisor from now on. Steven, the service drive manager is extremely soft spoken and professional as well..

They treated me very well and enjoyed the service, although they need to have a better after hours drop off box as someone got our key and tried to steal our nonfunctional car.

Service and people is awesome the only thing i don't like is i have a little delay to arrive on time for my appoitment and that means wait for almost 2 hours

Wasted my time driving there because their equipment had been broken for a few days and they couldn't provide the services my car required. Despite me speaking with their service center the same morning I went, I was not made aware of this because "the technicians don't tell that stuff to the girls on the phone" (not sure why they think that's an excuse).

Service is ok, it would be nice if they would wash your vehicle after you pay for their services and wipe down the inside of your car, there are always smudges left behind.
