Mario did a great job wiring and hooking up my air suspension. The time frame of getting it done was great. The price is very reasonable. He is very professional and respectful and he was able to give updates on the process all the way till it was completed. I would highly recommend if you have any problems or need after market work done to please check out this location.

Had an AC issue with a 2008 LR2 Land Rover. Called around and then found Mario s place here at Tailor. Up front, honest, and great work. Provide insights on how it performed and what to look for in the future. Definitely recommend and will be back if I encounter any other issue.

Mario is the best!!.I highly recommend anyone living remotely close to Katy TX bring their cars to Tailor Techs for an estimate. This will end up being your mechanic for life!! Don't come here unless you want great low prices and excellent fast service.

Tailor techs has been taking care of my 2008 Jetta for a couple of years now. Mario is very attentive and treats my car just like the newer more expensive vehicles in his shop. Great communication and very fair prices!

I wish i could leave 4 reviews!!I originally stumbled across this shop passing by. My partners daughter had an accident in her 2018 Kia Forte and I wasn't willing to report to insurance for repairs. Walked in on a busy Friday and had a great quote emailed to me Tuesday morning. I proceeded with the repairs and was informed of progress every step of the way. The repairs were back to OEM. We were so pleased with the work and customer service that I brought my 2020 X5 XDrive40i in for service and received the same exceptional service on all fronts. Since then, he has earned the title of my sole/exclusive mechanic. He has serviced and or repaired our 2021 228i XDrive as well. We are always greeted with smiles and excellent workmanship. If you are looking for a mechanic that cares about your vehicles, doesn't price gouge and provides immaculate service, look no further. THIS IS IT!

The owner Mario is a talented Amazing mechanic and can fix anything. I've been following him wherever he works for years and now I'm so happy he has his own business. He is efficient, affordable and has so much integrity. He has told me when a service was not needed when he could have. I totally trust him and that is rare in this business.

Great place, great ownership. Very knowledgeable and professional. Very reasonable pricing and quality work.They take their time to get it right and will work with you until it is. I have an older Chevy and I trust it to Tailor Tech.Well, back for some repairs after I had an accident and Mario, did it again! Replaced some wheel barring and my 2007 Chevy is rolling like a new one. Mario/Tailor Techs Automotive has become my official mechanic. My former mechanic (of whom I had an established business relationship with, 10 years in the making) referred me to Mario about 1 1/2 years ago because he didn't have a specific tool needed to do some major work on my MiniCooper.Mario came highly recommended by my former mechanic, whom I trust, & he knows I'm very particular about who I allow to work on my vehicle. I can say that, Mario and his shop have done some outstanding work on my vehicle & I'm so appreciative.His is humble & down to earth. He makes sure to explain everything to you, as he's showing you the physical parts of your vehicle and his prices are fair & consistent!Mia, who is the phone receptionist is also warm & inviting, makes you feel like you've known them for awhile- like family, yet still keeps it professional.I plan on keeping with giving Mario & his company my business as long as they keep treating their customers like they're doing and completing great work. Great experience. Mario is actually Super Mario, especially at customer service. So is the lady who answers the phone. Anyone who runs a store/business can learn from them how to treat people.If you have a European car, this is the place to go. Even if you don't know much about cars, you can tell the prices are honest, and they did a good job on my Mercedes.

Mario, the owner, is a real professional. I only live about a mile and a half from the store, so I will drop off my car and walk home. One particular time he drove my car to my house in order to let me test drive it, to make sure the gear shift felt comfortable to me. Now THAT IS WHAT YOU CALL GREAT COSTOMER SERVICE. I always feel my car in the best of hands, no matter how small or big the problem might be. As we all know, it's hard to find a good mechanic whom we feel we can trust, so it has really put my mind at ease to know I have found the best place to take my car. If you have a VW car and have some issue on it, you should talk with Mario. He is one of a few persons who knows VW cars thoroughly in Houston & Katy.I have a VW golf R. Not many people (or even mechanics) know about this car well since it is pretty rare. However, Mario knows this car like his. Yes! I finally found a real VW technician.Price is fair and fair. Service is fast and on time. He even managed to do car wash after fixing one of CV joint boots on my R. Note that quite a lot of mechanics do not change CV joint boot only because it takes more time with better skill sets and less price (good for a customer, but less efficient for a mechanic shop).If you are looking for a VW technician in Katy, Mario is the one.Service: Steering & suspension repair
