Do not go to this location. Had an appointment for tire rotation Saturday morning. When arrived, their employee Jose already started by saying if it haven t been 6-8k thousand miles we do not rotate tires without looking into my account. Then after he got the keys to go rotate the tires, he called and said thread is too low and he cannot rotate it. Did not even offer to ask me to replace tires. Seems like he doesn t want to go anything. On a Saturday morning there was nor even one car there. Maybe he turn them all away .

You can get a good price on tires, but don t expect any help or service afterwards.No one s ever in the front desk you will always have to hunt down an employee from another department so they can look for them.They re always saying they have an appointment when nobody s in the bay getting service.Just unhelpful really.Go somewhere else if you want follow up services such as balance and rotations

Called to get information and was put on hold for literally over 30 minutes. Once it went past 30 minutes, I took a screen shot with intentions to take with me to show a supervisor. I called back to try to get a supervisor and this time did not select the tire center. The lady who answers the phones asks "hello" 3 or 4 times before I got the opportunity to speak, not only when she answered, but throughout the conversation. Then without even saying anything to me, the phone starts ringing and I have been transferred. The guy answers and gives his name but does not tell me where I have been transferred. Then he tells me he is a supervisor. He walks over to the tire area and he can not answer questions that one would think a supervisor could. I asked about the free installations when purchasing four new tires several times and when is the last time they had one. He says "last Saturday". When I ask if there is one planned soon, he says he can not tell me. Then I ask about the last one before last Saturday and he says he can't tell me. This tells me they do not want people to take advantage of this offer and play difficult giving simple information. My wife's car was done here it was a hassle then. This time, it only took about 18 minutes to get information I should have gotten in less than a few minutes on the phone. It did not help that the "supervisor" kept making excuses why I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I will not be returning to Sam's for tires. This has to be the absolute worse I have ever encountered.

The tire and battery shop did an excellant job! They were quick and efficient. They were doing their job, not taking a break while customer's are waiting, like other Sam's tire and battery, i.e. S. Rice location. When you look to see what is going on then they get back to work. They were also hassle free and correctly reset the tire pressure alert. The location on S. Rice in Houston never could get it right!! I always had to go back to the dealership to get them to inflat the tire to the correct pressure and reset the tire sensor gauge. This was every time I needed tire work on the tires. I was able to get a new tire. I wonder what would have happened if I went to the location on S. Rice. Thank you Sam's in Katy!!!!
