Recently purchased an RV. Ivonne was very easy to work with. I drove 4 hours to purchase this RV sight unseen. It was everything they said it was. I'm pleased. The service staff made sure that I had everything I needed to make it home safely.

Excellent customer service from the whole team. Allie, Craig, and Orlando took time to make sure they walked thru and we totally understood how our KZ Connect operated. We could have bought our RV 15 minutes from our location. But the service and attention to detail made the difference. I would highly recommend you purchase your next RV from RV Station-Katy. We sure will.

Thanks to Craig and Noah for a great purchasing experience! Both guys were very helpful, respectful, and communicative in all aspects! They got us hooked up with our new to us toy hauler so fast! My wife and I came here at the end of a LONG day of RV shopping all over Houston and Katy. At that point, all the RVs had started to blend together and we were ready to call it quits and head home but we decided to stop at one last shop. We drove into the parking lot and were greeted before we even opened the door. Our salesman, Noah, got our info and asked what we were interested in and right off the top of his head knew exactly where to take us and exactly what kind of trailer we wanted. Noah was a great salesman, very knowledgeable, not pushy, and very honest. We ended up closing on our RV the next week with Noah and the company and I d recommend their service any day of the week.

This place was the perfect spot to get my RV. Noah was very friendly and patient will all my questions. We looked around and found the perfect one. Then he made the rest easy. Plus kept me informed about everything going on. Just a fantastic group of people who really care. Thanks for everything.

FIRST TIME RV BUYERSWe loved our first experience here! Crazy how we got lucky enough to meet Noah and get the customer service we were not expecting! Good Job Noah! And Good Job RV Station Gang for passing that amazing experience!Down side we found some little things that were not working on/with our new 2023 Travel Trailer but hey! Customer service was amazing, why not the tech/contractors side of things?? We will find out soon.But over all, Love you guys and more than likely we will be taking another one soon again!!Already referring you guys to neighbors, no one has seen a bad boy like this over here!

When pulling out of a campsite, I accidently snapped off both sewer line ports (don't ask)! On my way to our next RV park, I did a walk in at RV Station in Katy, TX. Israel took really good care of me on the spot. Really saved us in a tight spot, as we would not have been able to hook up our sewer lines at our next site otherwise. Really appreciate the great customer service and him not trying to take advantage of me pricing wise as I was in a tough spot.

My experience working with Noah through the buying process was fantastic. I am a long distance buyer and Noah provided videos, pics I requested and even FaceTime video to help me gain confidence he and the RV Station are trustworthy and committed to making sure I would be satisfied. After delivery everything we communicated was exactly as described, all documents delivered overnite (title), and price was great with no hidden costs. It was as good as being there on site. Highly recommend Noah and RV Station to anyone looking for vehicles they sell.

This is our first camper purchase. We just purchased a Mesa Ridge 212FB from RV Station Katy. Our sales person Ivonne and sales manager Craig were very friendly and informative. During the buying process I was kept in the loop on the status of the sale. On pickup day we did a very thorough walk through of the camper. I would highly recommend RV station Katy for a great RV buying experience.

I called in to RV Station in Katy to ask some questions about my sister's Class A issue with her slide out and slide out Step. I spoke with a Joseph there and he was able to diagnose both issues for me. It is an older RV but he was spot on. I was able to get the Slide out back into place. I will eventually have to take it in to get the seals replaced. He went above and beyond to help me out answering my questions even though we did not get the RV from there. He recommended I take it in but was not very pushy like the other places I called. I definitely will be taking my business to Joseph at RV Station in Katy.

I visited 4 other RV dealerships in Katy before stopping at RV Station. I did tons of research regarding bad practices dealerships put unsuspecting newbie customers through. RV STATION was the only dealership that was honest, transparent and amenable to having my TT inspected and reinspected AFTER they agreed to fix the things the inspector found. My salesman Noah, was kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional. His honesty and transparency is what influenced my purchase. Folks, when your RV dealership salesman is encouraging a THIRD PARTY NRVIA inspector (not the scammers working directly for the dealerships), that s who you should want to spend your hard earned money with. Do your research, get an inspector- seriously give RVSTATION KATY consideration for your next RV purchase

Allie is possibly the nicest person my wife and I have ever met. We were going to purchase a camper when life seemed to take us in a different direction. She answered every question, took time out of her busy schedule, and delivered what was truly the greatest customer service we ve ever seen. Hopefully in the future we can try to pursue a camper again and we will only work with Allie. Her and her husband Sarge are a powerhouse in the RV world. If you re afraid of salespeople and you want an RV or camper please go see Allie. She is so welcoming and she will do everything in her power to provide you with a great experience. -A+N

We purchased a 2016 Winnebago View from RV Station in Katy in December 2023. Overall we had an excellent buying experience. The sales team was transparent about the financial aspects of the deal, and when a last minute issue came up that prevented us from taking the RV back to Austin the same day, they delivered it to our house 48 hours later with the issue corrected.You will see a number of negative reviews about this place on various sites. Please look at the dates of reviews and take that into consideration. They are under new management now and are making a real effort to turn things around. Big thanks to them from a happy customer.

RV Station Service Dept. Is awesome!Service Mgr. Israel & techs Lance & Orlandohave worked with us on warranty work that needed to be done. We bought out of state so we had to find a dealer that sold that particular manufacturer & model, luckily for us RV Station has taken care of all warranty work as well as worked with our tight work schedules since we travel for work.Hands down RV Service Dept is the best!We will return to RV Station for any of our RV needs in the future.If anyone needs work on their RV definitely give these guys a chance to prove to you how well they take care of rv issues & are so easy to work with.Thanks so much to all in the service dept.Judy & Cheryl ThompsonDeweyville, Tx

I finally found the motorhome I had been looking for....1200 miles from home! My salesperson, Ali, made this buying experience easy. Prior to my arrival in Katy, TX, Ali spent a great deal of time with me by phone answering all questions and addressing any concerns. Upon my arrival, Ali went out of her way to welcome me and my daughter. Ali, Sarge and the rest of the staff demonstrate professionalism and are very courteous. I would not hestitate to recommend RV Station Katy even to make a long distance purchase. Love my motorhome!

I have been working with Charles on securing a slide in truck bed camper for quite some time now. I have really come to appreciate his no pressure sales and just pure absolute and correct information. A true professional in his field. I have purchased RVs in the past from down the street at another major chain dealership and I'll never make that mistake again. My next purchase will be at RV station through Charles as well as my follow-on service at this location.

My husband and I had bought a travel trailer previously and had a bad experience with another dealer. He found RV Station Katy and spoke with them on the phone. We went in a week later and met Ivonne Reeder. She was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! She walked us thru travel trailers in our price range and explained the process to us. NOTHING hidden from us and no hidden fees! We also had a chance to speak with Craig Clark who reassured us everything was good and no hidden fees or anything! They were both EXCELLENT and we re SUPER HAPPY that we went to RV Station Katy where they went above and beyond to help us out!! We are proud owners of our new home! If I could give more stars I would. I do HIGHLY RECOMMEND RV Station Katy!! Everyone else was just as nice! Thank You so much!!!

Orlando in service is the reason I won't go anywhere else to have any kind of work done on my Jayco. As soon as I saw that there was a problem I immediately contacted him and he assured me that he would get it fixed up as soon as possible. His knowledge far exceeds his years and he has delivered on every promise over the past couple of years. RV Station better not let this guy go!

As I travel full time in my rv sometimes I need just resources. I have the best experience at the RV station dealership. Orlando and Israel, they were helpful when I needed advice, they were friendly and made the time for me to discuss my rv technical issues. The other surrounding dealerships won't even ecknolidge you standing at the desk. These guys deserve business. Thank you!!!

I bought my Class C from this location about 3 years ago. I was told that they have a sister location in Donna, TX. I called Donna location about service. Always got put to voicemail, and it was full. I made about 6 calls, and was told they only have one technician for service. I bought my coach with the idea that service would be easier than driving 6 hours from RGV. I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION OR ANY OTHER RV STATION LOCATION. Make your own decision, but I would go elsewhere!!!

Great sales employee Ted Loney answered all my questions with patience and knowledge. After sale i needed assistance and again he was there to help even on his day off sorry about that by the way lol. I will be back rv station has done me right once more thanks again .

We are still extremely happy to have a brand new house. We was just so frustrated with everything.The time is currently 9pm and John came out because we had no heat!!!!We are contacting Montana about this rv because we have no trust for anyone at rv station. If I keep having issue we had reach out to an law office about lemon law.When we started looking at rv stg and his wife keep making promises to us. We was looking a a pre own rv. Every time we can back parts was missing. This made us uncomfortable. We decided to check out Waco, college city, victory. We ended up with a great rv. They said it world ship to our rv park . We waited till 3 pm and called the other store he said your rv had been delivered. They delivered it to the rv station we didn t want it at since people just take what the hell they want.Update after my review they refuse to service the 120,000 rv we purchased from them.After 24 hours the ac wasn t working properly and stg and his wife keep saying that the AC had frozen up Josp had already told us the issue after seeing 3 pictures. On 2024 Montana.

After speaking with other RV dealers on I10 and 59 I contacted RV Station and was pleasantly surprised. Allie was very responsive and friendly. Sarge helped show us some units as well. Craig leads a great team and is a reflection of his professionalism. If you re looking for an RV just go here. Do not waste time with any other places.
