RSM Roadside helped me in a emergency with four cracked rims and two flat tires. They responded quickly, towed me to safety, and was able to fix my cracked rims and replace the two flats. Great communication, very timely, and professional, I will be utilizing them moving forward for all personal and business vehicles. Very good prices, better service than AAA. The service is phenomenal! I had a flat tire on a wet, rainy Sunday afternoon and was quite relieved that I could get my tire replaced the same day in a business parking lot. The replacement tire, though used, was of high quality and closely matched the wear and tear on my other tires. The serviceman was very polite and courteous and was very customer oriented. I highly recommend this business to others who may find themselves in unexpected need of tire repair or replacement.

We hit the curb trying to avoid something in the road late Thursday, our tire was flat by morning. I sent a message to RSM and got a response immediately. He came and put my spare on in about 7-10 minutes. Excellent service. I will call him again if I ever have an issue with my car. Highly recommend.

My Porsche had a flat tire and as a Turo business owner, the car was booked for an early morning trip. Since it was past 9 PM, all the tire shops in the city were closed. Thankfully, a friend recommended RSM Roadside, who had a good reputation for their services. I contacted them and they were able to assist me late at night. RSM Roadside arrived promptly and fixed the tire right in front of my apartment, providing a great customer experience.Service: Tire change

They responded pretty quickly and had no problems getting a jumpstart. Nice customer service and polite. Too bad I need a jumpstart 2 days in a row, getting a new battery after all this. They are near the M.D. Cancer centers too if your here visiting to get treatment or helping a family member through it and have a little car issues. Give this business a call.

My serpentine belt broke on the road and was looking for a mobile mechanic. He got me the part that I needed and was friendly , patient, and courteous. He is an honest mechanic, will definitely contact him if I ever run to any problems and you should too. He was a lifesaver.

Called then at almost 10pm on a Sunday night to help my uncle and his grandkids who was stranded on a flat. They showed up and had everything done within an hour or so. Fast, courteous, and professionally done. Thank you soooo much

While making a delivery my truck would turn over, I called up RSM and they came out to fix it in 10 minutes. After changing out the batteries the truck still didn't start so the driver stayed and continued to work on the truck until it was fixed. The management and the driver were both really nice and direct, they were prepared to get the job done and they did it fast with no issues. If I could give you less I would. These cons gave me a price over the phone. Once the invoice came in it was paid and we received a text stating the driver has just left. 2 minutes after that we got our issues with a vehicle resolved and called to cancel the service, at that point we were told it would be a $25 service fee. Which we were good with, 10 minutes later were called to told we that we were being charged 50% of the total amount that was never done!! It gets better because the refund was not even 50% of what we sent!!!! The owners are con artist. If your on the side of the road with your Children don t call these clowns

Wowww I had never been so impress with the service and the professionalism of this company, I recommend it to anyone they fix my rim and tire, very affordable and fast, they said it would take 2 hours but actually took an hour and I was back in the road .. Thank you

Best service in town for an emergency car service! Terence was very patient and fast and made sure my car was fully ready to drive before leaving and also assisted me in getting the best value for parts. I called on a Sunday evening and they answered on like thev3rd ring where the others i called went to voice-mail and 6 hrs later STILL HAVE NOT RETURNED my call. Very professional in all aspects from answering the phone to the driver, the name on the card he gave me Terence McCoy, very professional and worked fast. Arrived really fast, was polite and sociable, offered to even put my blown out tire back in my trunk. Even checked and corrected the air pressure of my spare! Awesome service and a price half as much as the number I called before it. I highly recommend

Wish I could leave more Stars. I got a flat at midnight had no way of changing out my tire or getting off the side of the freeway. Called my insurance and was told to pretty much figure it out after being on hold for an hour. Best they could do was reimburse me if I could find a roadside assistance that was open that late. Needless to say I was very upset having 2 kids in the car and very far from home with no help. This was the first number I called they answered right away told me give them a few minutes and they would get back to me. They requested my location an even though I was out of there normal range he showed up 35mins. Later had my tire changed in less then 5 mins and we were able to get home safely. I really do appreciate it and am very Thankful. I would recommend there services if anyone is in need.

The van I drive for work got a flat tire on I10 really early in the morning (really early). I called a couple other places, but no response. I called this place and got a response; very direct and professional. The gentleman found where I was stranded, and was able to have a new tire on there, and jumpstarted the battery which had gone out while I was trying to change the tire myself. The work was done in good time, and very reasonably priced, and I was on the road in no time. I got his card, which the company I work for has on file now, and I would recommend him to others I know, and would call again if I ever need assistance in the future.

Had a flat tire(front) and an almost flat tire(the other front tire).Called Roadside service & Terence came within the time range they had said. It was around 8:30am and cold, wet and windy .He Changed the flat and put air in the other tire.Followed me to the closest tire shop, since I had to get new tires.(the flat tire was completely worn out).Excellent customer service, reasonable prices(I had called about 3 other roadside service places). They answered the phone promptly.I was very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs roadside assistance. Thank you for saving the day Terence.
