Rock chipped my window from I-10. Called Tock Chip for help. Javier has amazing service. I called and scheduled same day appt. He came to my home and assessed the rock chip and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Went over the process throughly and knows what he s doing. No crack or spread just in time for this winter blast to come.

The repair lasted only about 15-20 minutes, tops, but the really unfortunate thing about this business was that it does not accept our insurance of State Farm. So, we had to pay out of pocket. Not fun, but it also wasn't crazy expensive either.The total to seal two chips was about $70, not including tax. The repair man was friendly and quick.Be aware that this is just a tent and a one man operation. There is nowhere to sit but in your car while you wait. Or, you can stand out in the sun like I did because it was a beautiful day.This is not a cosmetic chip repair. You can still see the chip, it's just not as noticeable as it was before. Rather than a repair, it's really mostly a chip sealing to stop it from getting bigger.

I contacted Rock Chip USA by phone and Javier scheduled an appointment to meet me at my parking garage same day. He is a professional and I would recommend his service to anyone looking for windshield repairs.

Went to Rock Chip USA in front of Best Buy, Javier Rodriguez did an amazing job. I was debating in going to another location that was near my job, but this one was closer to were I live. So I went to go check it out. I was worried he wasn t going to be able to fix my windshield due to the size of the rock chip that was on my windshield. Although, he was able to do it without a problem. It didn t even take more than 10 minutes, and he had already fixed it. I looked at my window and it doesn t look like I had a rock chip at all. I recommend coming to this location if you want good customer service. Oh and he is bilingual which is awesome!

Everyone was very friendly. They did a great job filling my chip and you can barely tell where it was. The service was reasonably priced compared to other competitors. It was fairly fast(~20min) and there was shopping and a restaurant near by to kill time if needed. I am pleased with my visit.If there was any negative, it would be that the location closest to me was closed due to lack of personnel so I had to go to the location along I10. That was not too inconvenient as it was on my way home from something else I was doing that week.

So I came here spur of the moment. James was absolutely professional and explained everything. Found and repaired several chips in my windshield quickly. Being that its texas and I'm sure more chips will happen I will definitely be back because of this young man's customer service and professionalism. Windshield looks fantastic.

I had two chips on my SUV s windshield, so I went to visit them yesterday and Eli, the technician, provided me with an awesome customer service and made the chips look unnoticeable, almost like a new windshield!!If you are looking to get your windshield repaired, and get an outstanding service, this is your place.Thank you guys!!

These guys are awesome! When I called the office to ask what was the latest they would take me in to make a repair the guy said you can show up at 5:59 and they will still help you , and he wasn t kidding! I got delayed at work and showed up like 5 til and they were working on another car. After they were done they took care of me with a super positive attitude and did my repair. Thanks guys!

I initially put super glue right after the crack. Another place told me cannot be done with glue on it. But RCU here got it done nicely within 10 minutes. It was an amazing work. The crack becomes much less visible. And very fair pricing. Thank you Adam!

Jay did a great job sealing the cracks and keeping the chip from spreading! Yes, you might still see it slightly, but the purpose is to keep the cracks from running across the whole windshield. Keeping it safe!

Freaking amazing. I can not even see the chip anymore. It looks like a little bug splat. Make sure you get TJ and tell him to us the glass weld zoom.
