Over charge. I paid 110 to get new terminal installs. Mind you I also provided the terminal. The last time I got it fixed at a different auto shop it was only $25 and it took less than 15 mins for the guy to install it. They claim that they charge extra for an hours work when we all know it doesn t take a full hour to replace a terminal.This shop does not have good faith or integrity. I would never step foot in that auto shop again.I wish I would have read the reviews before I took my car to this place. If anyone knows of a good mechanic shop who doesn t try to get over on their costumers please let me know in the comments.

I went to this company because Ive taken my car before and got good result, not sure if it was because he had not grow to the point of not. So trusting him to put on a catalytic Converter but was told that they Everytime you ran into a problem putting it on so it took longer and not it have a noise going on and the Owner Reyes is playing me as if I don't have since to know what I'm talking about. He kept my car for a hole weekend and came back and said He heard nothing you start the car it seem like something is falling apart. So he said he took some plastic out that was touching the fan. but the next day when it was cold it's yes doing the same thing. But He refuse to fix it. Do not take your car there He do not stand behind his work.

Came in for a simple battery terminal replacement. I provided the part. They did things out of order. The lady at the front desk told me that they would check and see what the issue is, and they would call me back with the price to repair.They did the repair and then called when they were finished telling me the price was $110 (their hourly rate). I had been quoted $25-$50 at another shop to do this simple repair.Do yourself the favor and go elsewhere. They are the stereotypical mechanics. Taking advantage of people.Service: Battery

Awesome, work is well done. This shop is so good at fixing vehicle mechanical problems. Yes I would recommend everybody that needs work to their vehicle to go to Reyes Auto Electric.

Bill was $385 - 390 If I could give no --stars to make a review I would!This is the worst place ever! Owner is a disaster!Thankfully I didn't take my vehicles here! My review is based on my friend who took his car here just for AC to get checked had his car there for more then a month!He is not from here and he asked me to go with him since I speak fluent Spanish & English!First off owner from the beginning was acting ridiculous! So I asked owner why it took so long to give my friend a diagnostic on AC!He started to blame my friend for not getting parts to them on time! And that they could have gotten. Part from dealer and so on!My friend was saying no that the owners daughter called and said they couldn't!One of his workers walks in with clients and the owner proceeds to yell at the guy in front of everyone to let him talk and to be quiet It gets worse my friend said that the daughter called earlier that day and just hung up phone! So we explained this to owner and he said and I quote! " okay and who cares I don't care what you have to say or what she has to say all I care about is you paying me for this invoice which was $ 389 or 390! !But they took a month to say what they think is wrong with it and then they changed a part with out telling my friend about it! it gets worse!So after being there for a good 20 minutes. My friends wife pays a bill which they shouldn't have paid! And all of a sudden owner starts to tell my friend " come on man you want to fight me! walks out side and starts threatening my friend his daughter gets him inside asking for the keys to my friends car. And owner pulls them out of his pocket and throws them at him! . We started to exchange words and he said" what what are yall going to do look I have so much business! Which at that point I said yeah and all those cars are full of dust bc those are probably victims that you have also threatened! With a huge bill!. We left but he was still threatening me as we left!WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT GO HERE! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I truly hope this helps someone else from this horrible place!

Very unprofessional and too expensive. I took my car to them a couple weeks ago for a coolant leak, didn t call me with diagnostic they just fixed it and charged me $377 for a hose and didn t even refill the coolant they left it empty. When I arrived to pick up my car the air back light was on and my windshield wipers were non op (they worked perfectly fine prior). I use this car for work every single day and the man who worked on my car tried telling me I was lying about the airbag light and wipers. OH OT GETS BETTER, here I am losing time from work because there s another leak. They said it was a different hose and another $370.

I ve been a longtime customer of this shop and I don t EVER write reviews but my experience over the weekend was horrible and this place deserves to loose business the way they are operating now!I took my car in @ 9:17am for oil change, asked for the breaks to be checked, and to diagnose why my car falls dead then cuts back on. I never received a phone call to AUTHORIZE ANY WORK DONE! And they proceed to do oil change, brakes AND replaced the rotors without my knowledge totaling out to $323! I had no choice but to pick up and pay for the car.I call today to get further explanation because surely this was the wrong price, because a very young kid just handed the receipt with no explanation, Sergio proceeds to tell me he called and got my permission WHEN IN FACT I CALLED A HOUR BEFORE THE SHOP WAS CLOSED to see if it had been looked at! He even says maybe I forgot! I will never return here and don t waste your hard earned money! This place has gone downhill and are no longer honest and trustworthy! I feel scammed!And as for Sergio s diagnosis for the car falling dead he never even checked the battery, THE TERMINAL WAS LOOSE! Horrible horrible placeServices: Brakes, Oil change

This place originally received a 4 star rating but after my recent work done to my truck it has lost some stars. Took my truck for a knocking in the engine come to find out needs an engine. They were able to find a used engine for me. The swap was quick but, The problem came when i got my truck back. My ac reduced air flow when pressing gas. Still blows cold air. Also now at times when you turn on my my ac cluster light come on and my battery gauge drops power bit the truck still runs fine. My experience with cars if all those light are on technically you car should not run. Took it back after 2days after, they keept it for another week and a half. When finally i picked up tje second time. They told me that i needed a new ac compressor but how i ask my self if still blows cold air. Also they referred to my check engine light being on due to knock sensor. But none of those problem would cause my cluster to light up. I continue to have the problem! DO NOT USE FOR MAJOR REPAIRS!!On a second note told my neighbor about my experience here and he told me they have had his car for over 2months and they have not been able to fix. He went in to fix sensor and car came out overheating. Idk how that would happen.

He has been my Auto Repair shop for years. He is honest, detail and charges a reasonable rate for auto repairs. I recommend his shop very highly.

I do not reccomend this place. Took my Jeep Liberty since turn signals were not working and was charged $298.83. Picked up my vehicle and the turn signals worked for a few minutes. Took it back and same thing happen. Took it back a 3rd time and after a few days I was told it was ready to be picked up. I picked it up at 6pm (location was already closed) & I try the turn signals and they are still not working. It's been almost 2 wks of going back and forth and I give up. I will look somewhere else with someone who can actually fix the problem.

Had some work done before no problems! Within one weeks time I ve had two car service there and was coming back a third time to have a seat adjusted. He charged me 45 to tell me what was wrong with my seat then I asked him if he can pull the seat up for that what he charged me he said yes for extra $45 and $95 total and put my seat up when it would ve taken him multiple days to order the part to have my teeth fixed and I planned on coming back but behind $45 I will not come back he was very rude and told me he didn t need my business!! Did I mention I ve had two car serviced within a weeks time?? I ve never been treated like that by any mechanic and he was referred by another shop I didn t have time to fix it so I will not be back! Bad customer service! Especially someone who s trying to do multiple business that has multiple cars!

Reyes is such a wonderful space. Went here for my inspection, checked in and completed in less than 30 minutes. Owner/ cashier was very informative about the process as it went along , they opened at 8 and I was out by 8:27. Printed on the receipt!

Amazing place! They were super friendly and helped me through out the whole process. I waited very little time. And the prices were great, best around to be honest. The mechanics told me and explained to what was wrong and how they fix it ! It's hard to find honest people these days. I highly recommend this place.

Went to this shop for my annual inspection sticker. The owner Sergio Reyes allowed his underage son to pull my sports car into the bay. The young kid was under age and obviously could not drive the car. He ran my car into a steel poll. It has been approximately one month and I still do not have my automobile. Stay as far away from this place as you possibly can. After the incident they were suddenly very rude and I am certain this will end up in civil lagal matter. If the owner after being an 11 year customer could have handled this differently. He chose not to communicate with me. Very disgusted.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Who gave this guy a review with 5 stars is probably friends with the owner. This mechanic is only good if you need basic maintenance like new brakes or an oil change. Do not waste your money or time trying to fix your a/c because he will rebuild your vehicle and drain your wallet before he actually fixes your a/c. Go elsewhere, please!!

SCAMMERS & LIARSRUDE & DISRESPECTFUL DISGUSTING PEOPLE. Take pictures of your car before leaving it here! They will mostly keep it for a very long time and not solve any problems only creating more . The owner has a nasty daughter that is in charge of being as ugly and rude as possible to customers. They will lie to you do not be afraid to take Legal action against these people

If I could give 0 stars I would, the assistant (the owner daughter) is RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL she even tried to HIT ME!! She just didn t touched me because two men grabbed her!!! And I paid 388.62$ to fix my air conditioner that DIDN T GOT FIXED!!! PLEASE DON T GO THERE

This place is a rip off. My husband has taken our truck to this place twice. The first time they seemed very honest, the second time not only did they charge for items they didn't do but they also caused damaged to my black rims. Watch who you take your truck to for maintenance. My truck had the same oil filter, but they charged for a new one, and to cap it off they broke the seal to the screw where the oil exits. When addressed to the owner Reyes he said no worries you and I will handle, then days later he responds with my worker's stated they didn't scratch your rims.. Of course they will say no did he really think they where going to admit they did something wrong!I wasn't asking for compensation , I was asking for honesty and for my truck to be taken care of. Now its leaking oil and owner wants us to take truck back..Hell no if anything goes wrong thenI will take your ass to court...

I'm a first time customer here by a personal reference. I did not know what to expect but i was greeted in a professional manneer by Francisco and Sergio. I had a faulty gas pump on a 2007 MB. Installed a Manufacturer pump and provided warranty on it. They also explained costs before working on it and my car was ready in 3 days. Reyes is reliable and will give you the right answer and fix your car problem the best way possible.

Great prices, quality, and prompt service! Not to mention extremely friendly staff! Very happy with my service here! Not to mention they do it all here. Very happy to have come to Reyes auto! They beat their competitors by $120!!! If your vehicle is acting astray, come to Reyes!!!

Each time I took my car back it came back in a progressively worse condition then when I first took it. Was told my starter was under warranty. They paid to tow it in. After work was done, came back to me and said I was over the 36k miles, no warranty. You would think they would do a better job of knowing the facts. Also tried to charge me for the tow, but got out of that.

I had a great experience at this shop. My A/C wasn t working and they got it fixed, working like new. The daughter was nice enough to apply a little discount. The owner is very polite and he even show me the part that had the problem

DONT TAKE YOU CAR THEREThey took my car for AC diagnostics and told me the total for the service was $388 and after 2 week they change one hose and was charging more $300$ saying there s is another problem and make me pay 388$ and give me the car with the AC still not working

Nasty service in my whole life.Didn t do the service what was expected.Rude and nasty behavior.I DON NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE!!!!If you just want to waste your time and money then you can go there.They stole my ear buds, when I went back, he acts like he doesn t know me.Beside not knowing their job, they are thieves
