I had a very good experience when I went in for wheel alignment. I was told to be there for 9:00 they took my car in and I waited in a very clean and comfortable waiting room Steven and Omar was very nice and professional. I offered coffeeI will alway use this company to repair my care if needed.

I don't have pictures to share, BUT their service was amazing. The entire staff is respectful and happy to help in any way they can. I am happy to have found this place so close to home. I thought I was going to be waiting for a long time, but didn't. I had taken our truck, 2020 chevy silverado to Mak Haik Chevy on Katy fwy to find out why this new truck died on us while in a trip to Austin back on 2021. They found the starter had died and had it replaced. Prosperity Auto Service found that the bolts around the starter were very loose and that's why the truck yet again died on us.

Very satisfied with their service, my Jeep needed replacement for the Power steering rack, they made the works in a good time and charged me the lowest price possible. I highly recommend this place.

I came for a car inspection, and there was no wait! I was in and out in 20-ish minutes, and the manager Omar was great, and the guy doing the inspection was knowledgeable and personable. Can't ask for much more!

I only stopped in for estimate and the service was excellent. My coworker advised me of the service he got with 3 vehicles. Definitely returning to get work done

Mr. Omar and his team done a great job on replacing my oil pan gasket. He talked me through everything on how it s properly done. Showed me pictures and a video of them doing it. He has great knowledge in auto repair and also has great communication with the customer. He kept me informed with everything. Would definitely recommend to friends, family members, and anyone else within its surrounding areas.

staff was nice and helpful, but they couldn't tell me up front repair estimate or cost. too expensive for the work they did.picked up my vehicle, while driving home i noticed my vehicle bounced too much. did not have that issue before i took it to Prosperity.never going back to them.Service: Engine repair

My son had his car towed to this shop. Friday and on Saturday was told his vehicle would be ready on the closing of Saturday. I was told sorry not today everybody leaves at 3pm. My son now has to wait until Monday for a simple alternator. He refused to give me owners phone number. He has lost my business and my family business. Guy acted as if he could care less. I explained to him that I own a shop and that s poor customer service.

I do not know what they did with my car, but since they touch it everything broke down, just went there to change bearings and brake pads, they broke 3 bearings, destroyed one rear axle, one rear oil cylinder, had to come back because they tight so much the brake pads that my drums cover were overheating, because I was like braking all the time.And the worse is they charged me a lot for at the end nothing done right. Very very disappointed regarding their service, totally incompetent, not to mention they misuse their electric wrench and messed up my wheel bolts that need to be change now. Terrible job they did

Very nice, professional, honest, and communicative. Had body work, and general maintenance to do on my 2012 Chevy Volt. Priced very reasonably and repaired quickly. Had both side mirror assemblies to be completely replaced, and front struts/shocks. Omar called me to update progress and work with me on pickup during the holidays. They also did my inspection. Easy to see they love what they do and take pride in their work. Confident I will return, and highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is where we always take our car. They're very honest about what is happening with your vehicle. The only problem we have is that we have to call to check on the progress of our car.

Found this place on Nextdoor. It was also recommended by a pal of mine. Well I have a Ford F-150 and I got a tune up and a state inspection done. My vehicle has 86,000 miles and I decided to get a tune up. The tune up included the spark plugs, air filter, oil change and Ignition coils. But Omar was very nice and informed me that he was going to check to see if It even needed all of that before replacing it. So they checked it and turned out that I just needed the Spark plugs and air filter. I m glad they were honest with me. The price was very reasonable too. All of that for $240. Which I was glad because I got quoted for the spark plugs at another shop, double the price. The whole job was done that same day. I will be coming back again. Very nice people and great prices

This place has become our go-to for car service based on a Groupon we used. They ve always been so honest. They never try to up-sell you on unnecessary things. The prices are lower than most places for an oil change. They are always quick, too! Seriously, if you always try to find a good deal on an oil change and go to a new place every time like I did... this is your place. And you re supporting good people with your money. (I also posted this review on a review website. :) Not a bot. Just a happy customer.)

After I found this place to get my car inspected I have recommended it to all people I know. They are great doing their job, very honest and trustworthy and you can feel the friendly environment while waiting for your car. All friends and family I have recommended this place are as satisfied as I am. Hope they never disappoint us, we appreciate their hard work.

Best motorcycle inspection place around. So friendly and professional. Honestly would have tipped if I had cash. Good people. Im a mechanic and these guys get my recommendation.

Brought my Tahoe in for repairs and Hector and his staff were friendly, explained the entire process of the repairs that were being made and they were fast on the completion of those repairs. Fair prices which is why I will definitely bring my vehicle back.... They did great work!

I've had both cars serviced here in the past several months. Both times, they did a good job at fair prices. In the most recent visit, had the car towed there with no appointment around 10am. Didn't need major work, but they still had it repaired and out the door (with and oil change and state inspection thrown in) before 5pm. I would recommend Cherry Park.

These guys held my car in their shop for a whole month, kept coming up with a new part every week, at one point they said they ordered the wrong part and it had to be another whole week of wait time, the price that they charged me was over $3000 on top of their new items they kept adding in. These guys were so un prepared and un professional, the only thing they did fast and correct was collect the money. Three days later my engine light,ABS,VSC popped up and my steering wheel got all stiff in the middle of the road, very terrible experience, I would not trust these guys when in comes to Your safety. Anyway I m taking it back to the Toyota dealer to get my rav 4 2008 fixed properly there by actual mechanics and not scam artist that do poor jobs and lack preparation. Very disappointing as my dad highly recommended these guys, I feel like they took advantage of his kindness. I wish all the services could get refunded as they did nothing but mess the car up some more, worst experience ever.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Came here for an oil change a few months ago and everything seemed fine. Now time for my next oil change and pop the hood and the cover for my engine was never placed back on. They never even called to let me know they still had our part. Such a simple task and still couldn t get it right.

I love Prosperity! They gave me a very good price on my oil change and state inspection. The service was very good and they took care of me as soon as I arrived with no appointment. I will be coming back here and I recommend Prosperity to everyone.

Well they are not interested in repairing, they are more interested in money because they charge $95 por hour repair the vehicle or not repair it in my case they chareged $600 susppousedy to repair the A/C but the left it worse. and on inspection they also manipulate the computer to try to have work on your car.

This people have very bad customer service.They did a real bad alignment on my car. I returned the same day to get it fixed, but did not take me because it was supposedly too late. then I came back the next day, but they pretended to put me back in line to wait for 3 hours as if it was the first time. I argued with them that I was not going to wait, and they should apologize for the inconvenience and fix it immediately. But, they did not care.I needed the alignment urgently, and requested a refund, but they did not want to do it. They said there might be something else wrong with my car. Logically, my car is in perfect condition.I got the alignment someplace else and they showed me on a graphic that they had actually made it worse. The suggestion is that they wanted to pretend there was something else wrong with my car to keep getting money from me.Don't risk your vehicle, they might make it worse to keep milking your pocket.And no, don't believe the police calling, it is a complete lie, I have too much education and brains for having to curse. There are ways to insult without bad words. They have to justify their bad customer service, some way.

Came in bright and early for an oil change. The manager was really friendly, let me know of the charges before work was done and let me know I will be needing a new air filter soon, which I appreciate. Will go back for the air filter and state inspection soon!

I came here today for a car inspection, they helped check my car before they charge me to see if it will pass. I have a 1995 Toyota Corolla. Not all shops have the equipment to check cars older than 1996. Very friendly and upfront with costs. I highly recommend.

Good. honest, hard working people. They have worked on 2 of my vehicles and did a top notch job both times. This time around they were able to extract a broken spark plug from my 2006 F150 that the dealership said could not be extracted without pulling the heads. It took some time but they were able to get it out with no damage. A big thank you to all the guys at Cherry Park for the great work they do.

I ve found Prosperity Automotive in Katy to be fair and honest with me. I trust them more than the dealer to not take advantage of my lack of knowledge when it comes to auto repair! I will definitely go back when the need arises.

They are reasonable in their pricing and have good customer service. I got brake fluid flush from them on saturday the pedal was squashy , took it back to them and they took care of it. Omar is knowledgeable and helpful

It s so nice knowing I can trust my car with people who are knowledgeable and super nice, The staff is courteous and the shop is very clean, they didn t hesitate to answer any my questions and I definitely will be coming back with all of our cars. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends or family so if you re looking for a trustworthy place who s not going to rip you off with excellent customer service then definitely think about going to prosperity
