I recommend taking your vehicles here. I took my vehicle to get serviced and repaired at this location. Gotten nothing but the best experience. Staff was knowledgeable and welcoming. The work on my vehicle was top notch. Rabi went out of his way to assure that my issue was resolved. Rabi was efficient and professional throughout my repair process. They are fair in price compare to other auto store. I would recommend this location to anyone. Highly recommend this store!

This place is so amazing and had everything done so fast. Everyone was so nice. I called up there very emotional about what was going on with my car and They were so attentive understanding to me and told me everything was gonna be all right. They were very good with calling And giving updates with what s going on with my car? Also gave me some recommendations on what I need to do. Going forward. I highly recommend going here if you have any issues with your car, I appreciate you guys. Thank you so much for your help.

Had come in after my breaks gave out. Had known this place before since my previous job had a FLEET account with them they handle very well. They do great work with honest and fair prices. The owners are very polite and technicians worked on my car very quick. Will be returning here for any work i need in the future.

I can t thank Sami and his team for helping me bring back my childhood car back to life after sitting for many years. The turn around time for the kind work he did is amazing. He replace my water pump, timing belt, radiator and gave it a oil change and made sure everything was running smooth on my Porsche 944 Turbo. I can t thank them enough! That drive home when I came to pick up the car was emotional and I m truly blessed to have gone with them to fix my baby. Thank you again!! Highly recommend! Had my car serviced here under warranty, and I can not say enough about the guys here. There was a seperate issue with my car, and they did everything they could to solve the issue and get me going. I will definitely be going back.

Really great place and very kind business owners. They were very honest and explained everything in great detail. I asked about price and they were able to tell me everything upfront. I got my oil changed and AC fixed here. I would definitely recommend and would come back if I have any future car issues!

9.21.2023I think I am a bit overdue with writing a review for these guys. As someone that used to run and manage (on and off) a tire / mechanic shop for close to 20 years that my father owned. I hate having to bring my vehicles anywhere else, it has been 8+ years since my father moved on from that business. So as you can imagine, I am a full blown customer in this sector now.These guys have been absolutely great. To be fair, I vet everyone I am going to deal with before dealing with them. I have done this with Proline and they really are some really nice guys. The people I am dealing with is the main thing I look at, the work done is second on my list. They are professional, polite, and empathetic to the customer which is extremely important in almost any business. The quality of work has been great so far.Older vehicle to fix the AC which went out after almost hitting 200K, but I will not let that car go if I can help it (My wife drives it daily). It still need a little more work which I am putting off for right now. Another vehicle in which I had to get the starter replaced (Family Vehicle). Third vehicle coming up to replace rotors and brakes (My Daily Driver).Dumping money like I have it but this is Houston, an unmaintained vehicle will always end up costing you more here. I've seen it with my own eyes running a shop. You tell them the issue, they try to push it off for another month or two until the time is right for them and keep driving it. Problem is, before you know it, situation is worse because you waited and it ends up costing more. I am really trying to avoid being that person.Anyways....I would strongly recommend these guys to anyone. I am pretty active with my reviews, so I do edit when needed to. I think it is important to keep everyone accountable and honest, just doing my part for Houston. =)Your Welcome!

Proline is an acceptable, exceptional auto repair shop due to the attentiveness of the staff there, they listen to what you say, they don t do extra work that doesn t need to be done, they get right to the point of the problem, and most of all they make suggestions and if work is not needed from what you think might be needed they let you know. their pricing is a lot better than other auto shops around there. They re run by two brothers who really care to give great quality work and go way beyond what is expected.If the reviews do not make you want to go see them then go on your own accord. If you have any issues and see how they treat you it s well worth your time.

I highly recommend Proline for any car repairs you need. They replaced my transmission & radiator on my Mercedes CLS 550 & did an amazing job. I brought my car into the shop on Monday & picked it up on Wednesday the same week. Rob,Sam & their team are awesome Master mechanics that are professional, knowledgeable, patient & have fair prices. I Took my car to proline in Katy for Battery light on my Dash they check my car they told me I need alternator they give me estimate they did the job in Less half a day They are good people, very honest.

I want to start by saying 5 Stars isn t enough!! These Brothers are excellent at what they do! I had a Total Engine replacement and Rob was able to contact my Warranty as well as the Manufacturer and get my Engine Replaced with Zero Hassle! They are Professional and communicate in a timely manner, they even offered a Loaner! I d highly recommend them, even just for an Oil Change, Wiper Replacement or just to stop in and check out their line-up of vehicles For Sale. They are Honest and Upfront and make you feel like Family! Give them a Try! They are worth it!

As a previously employed mechanic for a well known dealership, it has been extremely difficult for me, to find an honest good quality shop that doesn t break the bank on over priced or unnecessary services. But thankfully I stumbled across this family owned business that clearly care about their work, & clients. Ive brought many of my different vehicles that needed repairs from engine, suspension and even transmission work and thankfully their smooth and quick work has kept my Bussines afloat. Thanks to Sami, his father, and Robbie my Bussines has been back on the road with no hesitations. I knew going into any repair what the vehicle already needed without telling them and they ve always got the job done with a fair and lower than normal prices, without trying to rob me. They re extremely organized and very professional. I ve never had problems with any of my 7+ vehicles. They are not crooks, and are honest, Very good people, I would recommend to anyone and everyone. These guys are great! They will find the problem with your vehicle, explain it clearly and politely so you understand, then they will fix it right, fast, and for an affordable price. I've taken my minivan to them a few times now for different issues that have come up (check engine light, brake problems, air conditioner). I won't go anywhere else. I highly recommend Proline.

In a large city it s difficult to find honest and reliable auto shops, but I came across this shop. I would highly recommend bringing in your vehicle if you have any issues or even standard maintenance! Amazing technicians and staff! Had a few issues on my car and they took care of everything without breaking the bank. They are honest and breakdown the issues and pricing for you, also great to see a family ran business.

I just went to check my car the alternator light. It was on the owner very friendly and he check up my car. Give me an estimate it was very reasonable and I was in and out Less in 3 hours. I do recommend the pro line auto in Katy .to everybody.

I wanted to tell you about proline Brothers. When I called proline about my car and Mr. Robbie was so concerned and was so patient with me. I was curious is the guy really like this. I had to find out. I was able to bring my car by his shop. The same concern they had shown on the phone was the same concern that I received in person. I have been going to almost a year and I wouldn t go anywhere else. Mr. Robbie , his brother Sam , and staff have displayed wonderful customer service l.

Great experience and glad I took a chance with Proline Brothers. I've lived in the neighborhood for 10 years and have always avoided this shop due to the negative reviews I've read online, however Dan (the owner) informed me that he purchased it from the previous owners about 18 months ago. After speaking with Dan I was very impressed with his knowledge, experience, and patience in explaining my car's problem. I took my Subaru Forester in after experiencing a suspension issue and Dan quickly diagnosed the problem. He had me back on the road after a few hours for a very reasonable price. What a great addition to the neighborhood. After calling around and having some disappointing experiences with some of the bigger shops I realize what a luxury it is to have an experienced mechanic like Dan so close by. I will definitely be returning in the future.I came back for a repair on my CVT. Other shops claimed the only option was total replacement. Dan quickly identified the issue and presented me with a number of options at different price points. I was able to save thousands of dollars and I am confident the repair was done correctly. Very happy with the service here.

Dan is a great mechanic. He found out exactly what was wrong with my car and he resolved issue within the same day. He is inexpensive. Prices are very affordable specially working on an European car. He cares about the clients and is very honest with his diagnosis. Finally, I have a good mechanic to rely on I can go to. Superb service.

Needed a clutch and fly wheel replaced in my 100,000 mi manual transmission Hyundai Accent. It was what I expected as far as transmission costs go but they got it done in two days and now it drives like new. I thought I might have to do work on my AC but it turns out the clutch replacement put power back into my AC. Who knew? So two birds with one stone! Glad to do business with them and would be glad to do it again.Service: Transmission repair

The fan on my Ac was going out. Toyota dealer wanted $800 to replace it. I bought the motor online and paid a very reasonable fee to Rob and his crew to replace it. It took them 20 minutes and I saved almost $600. These guys are the best!Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

I was quite impressed with this place. For the last year my Mazda Miata has been running sluggish with acceleration issues and engine light going off, one issue after the next. Many mechanics in Katy/Houston have seen my car trying to diagnose and repair. My car was still running sluggish with them suggesting other repairs. Finally I took my car to Proline Auto Repair in Katy, TX right off Mason Rd behind Jack-in-the-Box and Big Lots, they confirmed a tune up would mostly help with improving acceleration and especially if I hadn't had a tune up in a few years. End of story they did a COMPLETE Tune-up on my car an now my car RUNS LIKE NEW!!! I'm blown away. Acceleration was excellent getting on the freeway. They were professional, informative, precise in their knowledge and relaying that information. And the price for the tune-up was very reasonable. Happy Customer!

Extremely happy with Danny s work. I had some noise underneath my pathfinder. Nissan told me it was the 2 struts that needed to be replaced ($1,200 and 1 year warranty). Danny was recommended by a friend. I went there. Danny lift the car up and showed me the issue. 2 bearings needed to be changed, the struts were all good. Car fixed within 2 hours for $400. It drives like it was new. I Highly recommend this place.
