They ordered a cheap pack of fuses I ve been looking for and got them in same day. I couldn t find the correct amp fuses anywhere else nearby. Great customer service, even for the small items!

Napa always seem to have knowledgeable personnel they can help you find what you are looking for cos the other auto stores that only go by year make model and the computer.Staff always seem to be in a good mood and friendly.Limited parking out front but the store never seems to be very busy. There is an empty lot across the street if the spots are full.

Super bad services , my battery die 6 months before the warranty expires , and they have excuses to not change it . I will never buy anything from this brand or AAA

From the initial phone call through final checkout- A+ service. They offered options, helped me in the sweltering heat while looking under the hood. They were professional and polite the entire time. Definitely recommend. Both owner and salesman were great. I wrote the salesmans name down- this was months ago. Now I can't find it!

ONLY place in town with the oil needed for our car, bought it there on a couple separate occasions. We were told the 7qts we needed would "be put aside" for us to pick up on their Saturday sale. Get there on Saturday, plug the car into the computer and they somehow still sold us the wrong oil and upon bringing it back was told you guys don't carry the same oil we have already bought there 2 or 3 times. Waited 2-3 weeks to get it for their "sale" only to be denied because they "only have the 5qt" bottles. What was supposed to be a sale felt more like we were being upsold so they didn't lose big on their discount.

Very helpful and Friendly. Blount and Schaffer were excellent with customer service!! They offered a free assessment and then once the problem was identified they quickly changed the battery regardless of time schedule. We appreciated the hospitality. Thanks again

I have been trying to find a bicycle rack that I ve seen online. Called the Katy store and talked to Trevor Blount. The customer service and attention to detail was beyond great. Stayed on the phone with me while he checked multiple stores to find the product I was looking for. Once determined it was sold out nation wide, he tried locating a close alternative. Great customer service. Will make sure to shop the Katy location for my next vehicle needs

Special thanks to Mrs Curtis - my dad and I traveled 3 hours from out of town to work on my sister's car, only to find out that my ordered parts were sent back home. Mrs Curtis took care of everything, and was actually able to locate parts at the Katy store that we were able to use and saved the day on what was looking like a disastrous trip-she also got my money refunded from the other store, and my sister's car is back up and running great! Thank you Mrs Curtis, from David in Liberty Hill and David in Lampasas, Texas! P.S. thanks to Bobby for helping me over the phone as well!

These guys are the greatest! I couldn't find my receipt on some NAPA batteries that I bought and they warranted them no problem!! They guys are super friendly and helpful! You don't find that too much nowadays!! Great job guys!!!

I am a "When I can warrior"Most store fronts nowadays keep a limited on hand inventory .... I get it sign of the times ...That being said the Awesome Professional Staff of this particular store was able to order (late in the afternoon I might add) and get what I needed next day folks (more reliable than online in my opinion) OEM Euro parts folks .... its just nice to be able to cross reference parts with actual people that know ....Friendly helpful knowledgeable Staff

Knowledgeable and great customer service. Ordered a hard to find fuel filter for an '06 diesel and they had it in the same day. Had to laugh, it was listed to hold for "Jennifer Filter."Very good service and a smile.

I came in thinking my battery was bad trevor checked and it was bad he then helped me replace it. The battery hold down didn't fit the Optima battery I was putting back in Trevor kept trying different hold downs they had in stock told one worked, it would have been much more difficult if I had done all this at the house. Thank you Trevor!

Never have I had a more accommodating and pleasant experience the gentleman working at the front counters or beyond helpful and extended the courtesy above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied and had everything we needed, would like to thank them again for showing us the great customer service that they did

If you really want to waste your time go here. They don't keep regular hours and will happily accept an order that's supposed to be ready in 30 minutes even though they're closed. Twice I've driven out to pixk something up to find out they're keeping they're only open when they feel like it regardless of their posted hours.

I agree. They are greatest, so friendly, so helpfull. Wisiting them I feel like I am at home with my best friends. Great managment. Love it. This is my store forever ;)
