First time I have a good experience with a body shop in US, thank you Scott!!!Price and quality are very good, and Scott was very nice and patient explaining me how everything work.Way better than was expecting based on my last experience with another body shop.

Had my 1992 Ford Ranger there for damage to driver s side door. On classic vehicles parts are very difficult to locate (and fit). Once the correct parts were received the work was completed. They did a great job of matching the paint. Truck looks great! Thanks Scott for your patience and diligence in finding the parts.

How can a place make you feel good about spending your money on bodywork? This place. Thank you Scott for being so nice, so helpful and so professional. I left happy with my broken mirror fixed up and scratches all gone. Place is nice, clean and so easy to interact with. I highly recommend.

The paint job came out great. Although they forgot to add the trunk jam painted which I asked to be added and it was forgotten and the light restoration wasn t done on the car since he said it would be free but wasn t added. This is the reason I gave it 4 stars other than that the paint job is great and the customer service was great.

I believe in recognizing excellent customer service when I get it. I dropped my truck off for a small insurance repair, and a complete Repaint. when I came to pick my truck up. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work that was done. Also, I would like to State that anytime I called for an update Cole, and Scott were extremely helpful. .Their service was so exceptional that I brought my wife's car in to be repaired under her insurance claim. I would recommend this shop to anyone for the level of service and quality of work.

The best part was the fact is was actually affordable unlike the other facilities I checked out. They were extremely polite, professional, and did a stellar job. It took a little longer than what was originally expected but it was well worth the wait considering the savings.

They kept my car for a MONTH and constantly said oh it ll be ready on ___ and it wasn t ready and they did this 3 times and on the 4th time we come to see if it s ready, the AC still doesn t work and the hood still isn t fully latched on. I don t know how you can call yourself a reputable body shop when no one seems to have a god damn idea what they re doing. I hope I never have the pleasure of dealing with this business ever again. Frustrated is the tip of the iceberg for what I m feeling right now. Thousands of dollars and an entire month to do what? Wash my car? Thanks. Thanks for making sure it looks better than the work actually done on it.

I am surprised that Maaco did such a great job on paint. They had a few slip ups (a new dent, the peanut butter strip). You may have to stay on top of them but if you do, it's worth it. I need to bring my car back but im sure they'll take care of it. (85Eldorado)

They do not Communicateat all on whether or not they received the parts and when the cars done, it took them 2 months to receive parts after paying for parts that were supposed to be ready max 1 week turned into 2 months.Took them 2 weeks to do a Fender headlight and bumper on a Cadillac Deville with lil miles on it a classic i love.I was charged 263 for a aftermarket headlight, which they then did not communicate with me and used a used headlight Didn't bother to buff or shine it, so it's yellow and does not match the new headlight that was unwrecked.The used parts are way cheaper I know I called its 60 bucks so I was over charged.The work as in the result was ok the paint on the bumper isn't perfect but it's a ok.

Amazing experience! I took my 10 year old car here for a paint job and it exceeded my expectations. The entire staff was understanding and extremely helpful. I will be recommending them to anyone that I know. 10/10

I went in to get a simple paint job, paint was great but the care for my car wasn t came back and my car had mildew throughout the seats and floors, I was not notified and told after I paid for the job of these damages to my vehicle, then the manager author is the one that showed me the vehicle they lead me to believe I had a leak and I took it the same day to get detailed and no water seep thru the vehicle how this is happen is a mister I have already been in contact with the better business bureaus and will b contacting cooperate because I have called and left messages with receptionist cole to have manager call me back because a detail job did not do the trick my whole interior is damage and my car reaks of mildew and is a health hazard for me and my children to ride like that in those conditions my whole insides needs to be replace because a error on maacos behalf . I should not have to chase the manager down, keep calling, because they did not receive my car in that condition then they had my seats down purposely so I would not see all the damages til I got home, I was Only showed the trunk upon arrival. Did they wet vacuum my trunk yes but why couldn t they have done that when they made this error, complete disappointment and unprofessional on their end all the way around.Service: Painting

The experience was terrible I was so disappointed they. They kept my car almost two months the paint job wasn t good the car looks like it need painting again. Need to be waxed again would never go to Macco again for any work and customer service was horrible

Let me tell you the long story. It will be interesting and worth reading. I went to caliber collision, not that long ago and they gave me a $1300 bid. My husband was uncomfortable. I thought well they must know what they re doing but then after the estimate, they didn t take any money from me. And I asked them don t you want money before you order? And they said oh no. That s not necessary. That was my first red flag. Then, they said they would call me the next day when the parts came in. No call. So I called on Monday. Nobody called me back. I called on Tuesday. Nobody called me back. I just think there s something wrong with that. So you use your better judgment but the gentleman who saw my vehicle today at MAACO told me it was less than $200. He also told me that my fender was not broken. He told me that the only thing that needed to be replaced was that rim. .. That s a pretty huge difference if you ask me. Worst experience ever at a auto paint shop. Paint runs, scratches and paint bubbles around openings. Also unprofessional and intimidating when I went to pick up project. It also took 3 times longer than they estimated.

We were skeptical about having our truck painted at Maaco. They far exceeded our expectations! The truck was painted, there were a few hickies left on it, Maaco made it right, even better! We enjoyed visiting with the Manager and Julio. Julio went out of his way while he had the truck. They have an amazing painter! They are hardworkers, honest, and reliable.

So we took our challenger the first time when someone hit us. They got it done 3 months later everything started to peel. We decided to take it back and have fix that plus some work we needed done and dents. First they re customer service is horrible they took forever to let us know about a part coming late we had to call to see what was going and taking forever. The. We called a week later and said they car was ready to pick up and no one even let us know it was ready we had to call. When we picked up the car, the they even do the dents they said that it wasn t quoted when we specifically asked them to my bf showed them everything he wanted done and still they failed to do everything. Horrible experience definitely not going back. I would recommend you try a different place they re not professional.

I brought my sons car in for a paint job, Immediately greeted by Scott Payne, Scott was extremally helpful and we discussed my expectations and needs for the project. Collectively we agreed on the the scope and price to meet my expectations. The next day we dropped the car off for paint. Its an older car that has had a few paint jobs on it over the years. Scott and his team started the prep process the next day, getting it ready for paint. The paint process took a few turns some good some bad.. but Scott never gave up on getting the project right. after 3 weeks the car was ready and we are super happy with the results. For the price we paid we got better than expected results. That said, Overspray was a major issue, the interior was dusted with paint and took us many hours to clean it up to acceptable after getting the car home. The engine bay that was all nice and shinny was also dusted with overspray. I don't think we can ever get this overspray off to look like it did before the paint. This is disappointing as just a few extra min from the team could have taken this from a 4 star review to a 5.If you go in ask for Scott he is great to deal with.Service: Painting

Took a while to get my decals, and they didn't put my mudflaps back on right away, and didn't put it all the way back on on the driver's side. But overall very happy with the rust/paint work they did. Was a good price for the amount of work. Very satisfied.

We are delighted to say Katy Maaco did an excellent job on bodywork on our Toyota Forerunner. The manager made sure we got the best price for repair and was prompt in getting the work done. I checked all around to get a quote, on my car that needed rework on it. An they're the only ones that I did not need to wait on to get a quote back in the same day. Plus when my wife's car got dent, they took great care of her car.

This has not been a good experience, to say the least!Estimate when fine, $1766.04 payment went fine, and initial visit experience was good. After that I realized you can hardly reach them by phone (as a customer might expect), you NEVER GET CALL-BACKS from multiple messages left, and I had several promises of completion times - not met. NO PROFESSION COMMUNICATION with customer service.No courtesy updates when deadlines are missed. You have to call over and over and over yourself hoping you get a person to answer in the store, (and not a full voicemail or rollover to corporate answering service). I had to repeatedly attempt over a couple of days in order to get someone to give me the excuse for futher delays and rescheduling of my pickup arrangements.My vehicle was RETURNED UNFINISHED to me with an obvious PAINT RUN which I had to find "myself" and immediately return to the store. It has been "OVER" A MONTH since I have been without the use of my vehicle. I called several times today (Saturday) with someone waiting (based on my last promise from them) to pick up the vehicle for other cosmetic work, but have received NO call back again today. Now that they are closed, I hope to get it back Monday or Tuesday, but I have no confidence in that.I feel as though I am treated as charity instead of a paying customer. Had my car door, driver side replaced at the 510 Mason rd store. Once it was complete, noticed some pits, crates and orange peel effect on the adjacent door as they had to blend the colors through out the area. Had paint overspray on the tire, interior of the car and carpet very dusty and the adjacent trim and seals with paint leftovers - front bumper had a paint blob and had to remove myself with wax. Brought these issues to the store employees (one was the manager) and it was not resolved. They took my car back to the shop and after good 2 hours, still the issues were there. Pointed to the same issues and they took my car back again to the shop. After another hour waiting for it, the issues were not resolved and still have ask to clean the trims, overspray on the tire, and the car interior was left dirty. Still the paint issues were not completely resolved as I gave up showing where the paint defect were and they were not able to fix it. At this point it was lack of workmanship, lack of quality of service and lack of communication between the shop folks and front office.I'd not go back to this store or other Maaco store. Neither would recommend this store to anyone.Had my survey filled out online and even after a week, no call or any other type of contact. Another issue here is bad service overall and lack of care to customers.Hope this helps!Service: Painting

I just picked my car up today from dent removal, light fixtures and paint job. Coal was great! My car looks better than when I got her off the lot in 2016! I highly recommend these guys. I am thoroughly satisfied Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I was pleased with the customer service provided and the great job done by Maaco on I10 & Mason. I stopped by roughly a month before Harvey, I received an estimate for my SUV: hood, front bumper, and windshield. In addition, there was a quote for the whole body paint plus the repairs. Being pleased with the price I scheduled a month out to prepare transportation; the guy recommended it's better to get a weekday rental to avoid weekend rate increase, (thanks for looking out for me ;)) Unfortunately, Harvey hit and I couldn't return until a year later. It was awesome to know that price was still honored after so long. Once I dropped my SUV off at Maaco and I realized I forgot my garage opener, I called the store to notify them I'd pick it up the next day since they were closing in 15mins. The guy was generous and offered to wait for me to come back but I insisted that I could retrieve it later, knowing the feeling when it's closing time, your ready to go! Fast forward, my SUV was ready and I so Happy with the results! THANKS!

Excellent price and amazing work. I am a college student and needed to get my car painted and restored. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Mr.Simmons who worked with my budget and guaranteed his work. Gave them the car on Wednesday and picked it up Monday!! I am impressed with the customer service and and awe of my paint job!!! Definitely worth every penny.
