Jedidah (Jay) is awesome! When I purchased my RR from a sister dealership I stopped by to ensure that everything was working and registered for my warranty. He made sure everything was cleared including recalls, and also detected a headlight lens issue and had the entire headlight housing replaced ( a 7K value) which was under warranty. I am now really feeling comfortable and ready to enjoy my new vehicle! Looking forward to working with him in the future.

Service was awesome. I needed a ride after dropping my vehicle off for routine maintenance. As usual the team will shuttle, provide a complimentary loaner, or Uber. I had errands to run later that afternoon so informed my service advisor and he made sure my vehicle was ready in time for me to handle my business. Team is always providing great customer service and will take care of your vehicle.Thanks for the awesomeness team

I have visited the dealership in the past for parts but this is my first visit for service and it was memorable. My car was brought in before I arrived but the staff (Brady) set up everything even before I arrived and have been giving me regular updates. I am very grateful and excited

Jay was very helpful and accommodating. I went there for an oil change. When they inspected my car it was discovered my front brakes and rotors were metal to metal and needed to be replaced asap. He went above and beyond for me to make sure my safety was a high priority by making the replacement affordable for me. I would highly recommend the Jaguar Land Rover West Houston location.

Dropped off on a Monday, didn't get estimate until Wednesday. Had to keep sending text to get a response. The estimate was more than double of the value of the car.Had to get it towed to a import specialist, where the repair was less than $1000.00. Clearly they wanted to "scare" me into trading in that car and buying a new car.Questionable ethics in my opinion...

First class service all around. Jay Favorite was super pro. Got in quickly for a manual software upgrade and went ahead and got the pre paid oil change done too. Also got a summary video on brake pad check along with commentary on what they did and what did not need to be done. First class. In and out in 2.5 hours. Great service, great people, and very nice facility. Always look forward to going back.

One star at this point is too much. My vehicle was here getting a differential replaced from Oct 30- Nov 28. I mnot a mechanic but I was raised by one. It was a 8 hour job and I was told prior to them starting they had the parts in. I m not sure if there were trying to milk my warranty company or are just completelyincompetent. I ve called the service manager Todd several times and have yet to get a return call. Their communication is less than subpar and customer service is terrible. Land Rover prices with Walmart service. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE but here.

My husband and I were right on the show room floor looking at vehicle s. There were at least 7-8 workers sitting at their desk and not one of them got up and asked if we needed help. Needless to say we walked out.

Stopped for an oil change. They charged $30 to reset the oil life indicator in the dashboard. Talk about ripping off customers. Not going there again.

My service advisor Morris definitely earned my business today and in the future. I was using Land Rover North Houston for my vehicle service needs but after they dropped the ball I called Land Rover West Houston and I wasn't disappointed. I spoke with Morris and he was able to schedule my service and provide me with a loaner within a few hours. The technicians are quick and do quality work. The only draw back is they require you to pay for tolls and fuel on the loaner (unlike Mercedes-Benz West or Westside Lexus) so it's not a true loaner in my opinion because you are paying an up tick in service prices for the dealer to provide loaners. So that is something to consider if you are a heavy toll user like myself and have to drive a long distance.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment
