This is by far the best Land Rover dealership in Houston. I ve purchased over 10 Land Rover products in my lifetime and this dealership exceeded my expectations. From the Sales person David, to the sales manager Daniel, and finally the GM Belal. They were all extremely helpful. I highly recommend Land Rover West.

The entire team at Land Rover West Houston are all amazing. From our salesman, Alejandro, the GM, Chad, Melissa in the business office, and Morris in service we can t say enough nice things. The entire team at Land Rover West Houston did an amazing job of making the purchasing process quick, easy, and enjoyable. First time Land Rover owner and this dealer was amazing! Chad and Joseph in sales were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Melissa in finance was amazing, got us in and out quickly. Came back to install accessories and the entire Service team was attentive and courteous! They also had every accessory we wanted in stock. Great job Land Rover West Houston we will definitely will be back when service is due.

Bronson was a wonderful salesman! The car buying process is never easy and always takes all day, but his upbeat and friendly attitude helped to make the experience pleasant.Kim, from the finance department, was also wonderful. She negotiated to get us the best possible rate and didn't give up. She worked hard to ensure we were taken care of and happy with our purchase. She even managed to get us an extension on our warranty without us having to pay an arm and a leg for it, and that meant a lot. Warranties are a must when buying a luxury vehicle and we're grateful she was able to help us protect our purchase.Aside from spending literally all day at the dealership, which no one enjoys, our experience was a good one. Well recommend them to others who are looking for a vehicle.

You will not be disappointed by the service here! Abraham S. was so helpful from the beginning, answered all my questions (as a first time car buyer/owner) and was extremely flexible in his availability, particularly when it got close to purchasing the car as I was calling at all kinds of random hours. I was updated when the car I ordered was being built, when it was loaded onto the ship and when it arrived! I even received a video of the arrival. That was so cool! I was extremely appreciative of the attentiveness Abraham gave throughout the whole process, even when he was dealing with other customers. I loved buying my first car here and want to buy all my *future* cars with Abraham's help. There's nothing like good customer service where you feel heard and valued. The entire process of buying a car was pleasant. From my sales person, Bronson, to finance and service, everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Everything moved along in a timely manner. They did go above and beyond to provide excellent service and to make this a pleasant experience! I would choose Land Rover West Houston over any other dealership that I ve previously dealt with and I highly recommend.

Just bought a Land Rover Defender and it is absolutely one of my favorite vehicles I have ever bought. My sales consultant Alejandro Motto was so kind and patient. He took his time to show me multiple cars and test drive. Never felt pressured. Overall great experience.

Doug and his team exhibited exceptional, professionalism, and dedication. Upon entering the dealership with my concerns, I was immediately impressed by the outstanding level of customer service provided. Not only did Doug personally attend to my needs, but his team also surpassed expectations by going above and beyond to address the issues with my vehicle. I wholeheartedly endorse the dealership for any Land Rover requirements one may have. Furthermore, their meticulous attention to detail was evident when they took the extra step to thoroughly wash my car before completing the servicing. Took my Defender in for a routine service and to get the snorkel repaired. I experienced great customer service from Richard. He kept me informed throughout the entire maintenance process. Even arranged Uber for me to get back to work! Some of the parts needed to be shipped from another location, but all was repaired correctly and professionally. I will definitely come back for my future service needs.

The dealership has really gone downhill since I purchased my vehicle. The car selection isn't what it used to be and customer service doesn't exist. Annie in Finance doesn't return calls and is extremely rude. My husband went in today to cancel the add on service polices that are no longer valid now that he has sold his vehicle. Each policy has 2+ years left on the term. In order for the customer to receive a refund for the unused term, the dealership has to do the cancellation paperwork. It's clearly stated in the contract yet, Annie argued with my husband and refused to help him. Don't waste your time or money going to Landrover West. You'll get better service at the Landrover dealership off of Old Katy Road. Ask for Rey, he'll take care of you.Updated: 04/17 - thank you for your AI response, my issue still hasn't been resolved. My husband was given a phone number that doesn't work. He was on hold for over an hour and then the call was disconnected. When asked for a different phone number the woman in finance gave him a number that circulated him back to the original non-working number.

The service department as West Houston Land Rover go way above and beyond. The care we receive is unlike any other dealership we have experienced. The manager took the time to personally call us and explain information about our vehicle. He found us when we picked up our vehicle and spent some time talking with us again. Such a friendly, knowledgeable group of folks. We adore Morris, he is very respectful, making us feel important and understood. He follows up and through with any service we ve needed.GK

Very courteous staff. Steven is great, he helped a lot, very knowledgeable and very cheerful.Update- I've been there for a service today. First , the appointment scheduling is very easy on the website. Second, when I got there, everything was ready for me. They had the file ready, took the car and checked in the car, and lined up a shuttle in case I wanted to leave the car there (which at the end I decided to do so). They gave me a clear path forward and a clear picture about what they diagnosed and what to expect..

My experience with the dealership has been utterly disappointing and unacceptable. Despite scheduling an appointment for a loaner car due to a critical recall notice, I was repeatedly told at the last minute that no loaners were available, with promises of updates that never materialized. This level of disregard for customer safety and convenience is completely unacceptable.

Hope was very helpful and responsive with messages and updates. Very good communication and service experience compared to other dealerships I've been to. I was trying to identify the engine noise with your service team and they invited me to ride with the foreman trying find out the problem. I can tell the management cares about the customer service. Car always washed and cleaned after service. I would definitely recommend to others.

Doug, @ Range Rover West in Katy, TX.my service representative was wonderful, He kept me updated on all service as they were preformed. As soon as my Range Rover was ready he called immediately. He also helped me a with a loaner auto. I am very satisfied with the entire experience. A Big Five Star Rating for sure!

We always have a great experience at Land Rover West Houston, from sales to service center. When we bring our vehicle in to the service center, we get up-front pricing, video updates, text updates, and if they know we re waiting at the dealership, they go the extra mile to get it completed sooner but still with quality work. This dealership is very clean, well managed, professional, and respectful. This dealership provides a service like none other and we ve been to other dealerships.

Donovan the sales person and Martin the GM did an amazing job assisting me with the purchase of my Defender. Any previous issues with my current LamdRover were resolved.and the purchase process was quick and simple. The car was in great condition when I picked it up. I was looking at a different dealership first but the experience here was so much better. Donovan has done great follow up work post sale. This is my 2nd LandRover but not my last!

Walked into Land Rover West Houston to take a look at some Defenders. The receptionist greeted us as soon as we entered and was very kind and professional in offering assistance. We requested a salesperson and only waited about 2 minutes and Abraham appeared. Abraham was the perfect person to walk us through our Defender purchase experience. Was professional, patient and extremely detailed throughout the entire process which we appreciated. We also met with Melissa in the business office who was fast, efficient and professional. Everyone mentioned made this process as smooth as it could possibly be . Abraham even went above and beyond in explaining every detail on the Defender before we drove off the lot which we ve purchased a lot of vehicles and have never had anyone do that with us. Exceptional service at a fantastic dealership. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! WE LOVE OUR LAND ROVER DEFENDER FROM LAND ROVER WEST HOUSTON.

We were pleasantly pleased with the services performed, the costs, and customer service as provided by Morris. They promised us a loaner vehicle to use while our vehicle was being serviced. Unfortunately, there were no loaners available, and Todd, the Service Manager, provided us with a rental vehicle at the dealerships expense. These guys went over and above to ensure only the services needed were performed, and took care of us while the repairs were being performed.

I have had the BEST service experience because of both my service advisor Doug Ankenman and my sales consultant Dave Hudzietz. Both worked as a great team to make sure everything was perfect before I left.Doug was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed when we met him. I am definitely looking forward to bringing in my car to Land Rover West for any service needs because of them.
