I have not only used Katy Quick Lube for my personal vehicle but I use them for my BoxDrop Mattress Katy truck! Very nice and always get me in and out! Go and see them!

I've been going to this place for my car inspection and sometimes oil changes for years. There's a new owner and he was pretty awesome! He and his crew took care of the inspection and had me on my way in less than 10-15 mins. The owner was friendly and chatted with me while I waited that I didn't even realize they'd finish so quickly. Will definitely return!

Not the same shop never use them again. I went there in May and they did not tighten the oil filter and almost btroke my car. the Owner is not a good man. at of September I've heard nothing. he keep complained it's the Manufactures issue, but never offered my money back. I ve never visited an Oil changing place like this one before & I drive all the way from downtown Houston to come. It s extremely clean, there s restrooms available and a coffee bar!!! Hands down the best. Customer service is great as well!

Came in for a basic oil change an when they went to start my truck it would not start so they told me my starter was no good which I had just replaced about 7 month ago it was a warranty replacement from o'reilly an when I called o'reilly they said I need to pay for a new one, well lucky for me chuck got on the phone with them an got me a replacement starter for free which awesome thanks man God bless you I will always bring my truck here

Visiting from Pecan Grove and needed to wash my truck, only to find out that their joining carwash is FILTHY! I know you can't put the whole blame on them because people will be people but come on...

My transmission started acting up and the check engine light came on just as I was near this place so I pulled in. They topped off my transmission fluid and investigated my check engine codes. They were very nice and didn t charge me anything.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I have been using this location for oil changes and inspections. They're very trustworthy, honest, reliable, caring, and reasonably priced. I won't go anywhere else. I recommend them highly.

I ve been coming to Katy Quick Lube since I moved to Katy in 2021. I would recommend them on any day. They are honest , fair and efficient. Never been up sold on extras I didn t need. Met Chuck today and he was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went in for my car inspection today. The young man opened the door for me when it would have been more convenient for him to let me walk there and opene it myself. The service was stellar and there was no made up problems to get get more Mmoney. Just the inspection. Met Chuck who was so nice. This was an overall great experience. I recommend them. Stellar Service.

They were great from the start. Friendly and knowledgeable. Brought my car in for an oil change. Some places are overcharging, it seems lately, but I found it to be affordable for an oil change and new air filter.

Great place for quick oil changes and inspections. Technicians always do a great job, the inside is clean, and they have been one of the few oil change establishments to minimally increase prices despite huge price increases from their suppliers. I personally count it as a plus when a business treats its community with care and ethics. Keep up the great work!

Highly recommended! Great place to get state inspection or other work done. Owner and technicians are professional and friendly. Nice touch to the waiting room, made kid friendly with colouring sheets and books to read.

I've been going to Katy Quick Lube for 8 years now. I go in for my state inspections yearly. The staff is always kind, courteous, and respectful. They work in a fast and efficient manner. I have never had to wait long. I truly recommend this business.

Used to be our goto spot for oil changes and inspections. Now the service is terrible. This time I pulled around back and sat for 10 minutes without them asking what I needed. I went inside and stood for 5 minutes and nobody bothered to come into the office. I went back outside and left. Under the old management when you pulled in back they came out, asked what you needed, and directed you to pull in or wait at a particular bay. They did not ignore you and avoid eye contact.

Great prices and didn t try to scam me by finding something wrong like other oil change places I ve been to. And everyone there was super friendly and nice :)

I've been bringing my vehicles here for years, since my first car in high school and my current dinosaur. I'm sad to say that customer service has gone down here a lot. I asked how much longer it would be (30 min since arriving) and the guy shrugged his shoulders and said "I dunno, it'll be done whenever it is done?" uh okay.I had my windshield wipers changed out once (April 2013?) they left them inside the hood. I guess my "Infidel" sticker offends a man who works here but when asked if I knew what that "even meant" he continue to "mansplain" what it meant and assumed I hate people who practice Islam...no...that isn't what that means or what I said.

They charge me $101.61 for Toyota Siena if I am going to Toyota service they charge me only $82.00 plus tax! I think they are doing better than Toyota service :( I was waiting 1 hour for oil chance I swear to god I'd change oil faster they didn t reset my car after oil chance, light is still on LOW QUALITY SERVICE!!

They were very polite and very fast.i had an oil change and they did an excellent job. I also needed an inspection and they told me 2 if the tires would not pass. One of them.possibly but the other no. They could t inspect the car until the tire or tires were changed. Went to the tire store and they told me 3 needed replacement.I replaced all 4 s d went back to Quick Lube and they inspected my car right away. It passed. They were so nice and polite . I recommend them to my friends .

We had a great experience here! Josh, the manager, was very helpful and accommodating. I have a Mini Cooper and they went to get me a filter from O'Reilly since they do not carry them in stock. They vacuum your vehicle as well, which I needed badly! Was quick and easy. Competitive pricing and quick service. We would recommend Katy Quick Lube!

I have been going to Katy Quick Lube for many many years and have always gotten really good service. Josh was always friendly and helpful. Saturday I was there to get an oil change and no one helped me at all. I continued to say "excuse me" over and over and yet no one helped me. My vehicle was parked at the bay door but they never drove it in. After waiting 20 mins I left. There were 3 guys in the shop standing around talking. I sure do miss the old crew who treated people with respect. I won't be going back at all.

Took my car in for an inspection. They had me pull it in the bay and I walked in the shop. One of the techs got in my car, backed it out of the bay and drove it around the parking lot accelerating aggressively. It's a fast car but I never had them drive it around the parking lot before during an inspection. Got the felling he just wanted to drive it just for fun. Was very upset that he is hot rodding my car. I understand testing the brakes but that can be done in the bay. I've used this place many times and never had them test drive my car during an inspection.

These guys were polite, reasonably priced and super fast! We told them we needed an oil change, the guy asked which oil we wanted, and that's what they did - change the oil. They didn't look at much else in the car, trying to find something else for us to buy or get fixed, which I really appreciate. (If I want to know about the state of anything else under the hood, I'll ask). Their restroom was clean and we were in & out in under 10 minutes - didn't even have time to eat our sandwiches for lunch.

I got an oil change back in May at this location. Turns out they cross threaded my oil drain plug and put in a different drain plug than I originally had. So now I have to put a whole new oil pan into my Vehicle costing me anywhere from $500-$1000. Absolutely ridiculous.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went in for inspection. Place does a lot of inspection. Wait time is 30-45 minutes.Not bad for people like me waiting until the last minute. Also $20.00 cheaper than midas was going to charge.
