I took for a minor replacement of TPS car not start when I picked up ! Service tech beat throttle pedal to start ! Told me to take to another shop , I not do that but since the pedal senser was bad! Which sure way it was beatin so bad! Chris wad always great ! Sad to see type service! To tell you to go to another shop I did not expect !!! Now car idle is high and other issues tech walked off and not help me get car to function safe to get home

I m so glad I found Katy Exhaust Pros! The service was top-notch, and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond to fix my car and even provided helpful advice. The prices were reasonable, and the work was done efficiently. I highly recommend this auto repair shop to anyone in need of reliable and outstanding service. I stopped in because I needed a Weld Placed on my Rear Carriage and Chris stopped what he was doing to help me out and I asked him how much and he said don't worry about it. That is hard to find now days, I will take any exhaust work I need done to him from now on.Thanks again Chris,Tom

We had issues with our car overheating, and Katy Exhaust Pros changed our water pump. There have been some complications, some out of their control, but these guys have taken the time to evaluate the problems and correct them. I'm very thankful to have found honest mechanics just minutes away.

These guys saved my bacon! I had an exhaust installed by another shop and it vibrated badly. I took it to Katy Exhaust Pros, they had it fixed in 15min and charged me basically nothing for their work. An absolute grade A shop

This shop charged me $800+ to replace my rotors and break pads. Nether of which were fixed when I got the car back. I took the car back because the brakes were making concerning noises and was told the noise wasn t an issue and that it would go away over time. Come to find out they used cheap after market rotors and pads and they didn t even screw the rotor into the wheel barring causing the rotor to become a weird shape and make rubbing noises. This mistake costed me $1200+ to fix the issue when I took the car to another shop.I wouldn t bring my car back here.

Had the best experience here. We had problems with the catalytic converters in our Silverado. He could have just done the work himself and not say a word but he told us that there was that it was still under factory warranty. In these days does something like that. It's somebody that cares for other people. Great group of people. Highly recommended

I took my car there to replace a stolen Catalythic converter. Chris helped me through the process and was very nice and straightforward to us with pricing and everything. No surprises and no hidden charges. We needed to take the car to California during the weekend, and he understood our urgency and got the car fixed the same day. This place is really far from where I live, but it's totally worth it. Excellent service and very professional.

The Best auto repair shop I have everbeen too. Owner(Roger) know everything about cars and how they run and if it's broke he'll fix ,he is goodAnd very honest it don't need fixing you won't fix it he'll tell you what's wrong with it and it's up to you.His team, works on everything ,that need to be done to get you back on the road and back home...a very greatAutomobile mechanic works on everything that needs that's why I gave him a five star

Wow! Fantastic, fast, and knowledgeable service! I would give them 10 STARS if Google offered it!Chris, one of the owners, is all about the most economical way to make the repairs to the customers benefit. His wife Amy who runs the front office is fantastic.If you need your exhaurst system diagnoised and repaired without breaking the bank, Katy Exhaust Pros are the BEST!!!Of course they also do brakes, AC, General Diagnostics, etc.I will most definitly use them again in the future and reccomend them to my friends. I have been going to this shop for years and have recommended them to my family and friends. These guys know what they are doing and are very professional. I can always count on Rodger to take care of my car needs. If something doesn't NEED to be handled on your vehicle , he will let you that all is fine. He never misleads you or tries to repair something that simply doesn't need to be done. His prices are fair too. Believe me, he will take care you!

Chris was excellent. He reviewed my 2008 Toyota highlander exhaust issues and advised that I might not have to do anything. Gave me some suggestions as well. Not many places you will find an auto guy who will try and save you money. I gave my review as soon as I got home. Will definitely get my repeat business and hopefully yours too. 6 stars!Service: Exhaust

I stopped in to see what it would cost to get the noice from my exhaust fixed.The gentleman greeted me which I didn t get his name. He asked what was the issue, then took my keys and went to check it out. I sat down for maybe 10 minutes he came back and said all done. He to my car back fixed the broken bracket and wish me a nice day....No charge, I will be going to this shop for all my work. As I was just looking to get an entire exhaust done on my car and truck. I will definitely be going back and would recommend anyone to use this shop.....Awesome, this made my day there are still some good businesses around.Thanks

I personally know the owner Chris. Wonderful customer service every single time I have been here. If you do not personally speak to Chris, speak with Roger. They will take great care of you and for a very reasonable price. If you ever have a problem, the owner Chris will make sure you are listened to and the problem is handled. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

Came here to check on a price to replace a catalytic converter on my Toyota Camry. Was recommended by a trusted mechanic. Went in was greeted and immediately helped. Ask for a qoute...gentleman knew the cost and time to do the work and told me immediately...very friendly knowledgeable and helpful.I got a very good feeling that they knew what they were doing. I will be back for the repair.

Went in expecting an expensive exhaust repair or replacement... they took care of the evidentally simple repair for an incredible price. In an industry that has a reputation for gouging customers, this level of integrity and giving the customer what they need is a rare thing.
