THANK YOU to Katy Collision Center for making my car look beautiful again! Out of all the collision centers my insurance sent me NONE of them were certified to work on my car. Luckily we found Katy Collision and I am so thankful for them! I truly appreciate their attention to detail, excellent customer service, and most importantly putting my mind at ease that everything would be taken care of. The entire staff (Yefri, Shaan, Moe, and Gina) are amazing to work with and the only ones I trust to work on my car from now on. THANK YOU!!

The experience I had was great, Jeffrey was amazing to work with. The team was great, and made the process efficient and easy for me. They were there every step of the way and literally made sure I understood everything. They didn t just want to fix my car, they wanted to make sure I understood the process and what each thing on the car does and needs to be fixed. They gave me tons of trust in them just by delivering honesty. That s the best you can give any costumer. I can t thank them enough. Y all rock. I will be coming back if ever needed! Please come here and get your cars fixed, they do exceptional work and phenomenal customer service. Lady at the front desk is as sweet as can be, they are truly one family and make you feel welcomed.Thanks again Katy Collision.

Katy Collision is very impressive. Facility was clean, all employees were friendly and helpful, great body work on the car. They even cleaned the interior. Gina, the receptionist goes all out to make any wait comfortable and help you in any way. Definitely recommend them to everyone.Shawn was also amazing. This work was not covered by insurance and he did a great job of working with us on the costs.

Gina and Yefri took very good care of me. They fixed my truck when I got rear ended. The work they did is perfect. Looks like a brand new truck. Gina and Yefri provide the best costumer service highly recommend Katy Collision

When I entrusted my car to this repair shop, I experienced prolonged delays in getting my vehicle fixed, with constant excuses and delays. Furthermore, I discovered that the 'new' parts they claimed to install were actually used. I was deeply disappointed with this level of service and felt compelled to warn others against having a similar experience. They are scammers

Great people here! Honest people that truly just want to help. My car was towed here and declared a total loss by insurance. My insurance first tried to say I had to buy out of pocket charges but Leo and Shaan worked on my behalf and cleared the charges. And gave me alot of knowledge when it came to how insurance companies work and how to buy a car. Gina was super nice and they even gave us a rental car to use for a few days. These people are kind and I definitely recommend them.

My car was towed here after the accident and pending a total lost by my insurance even though the damage was just in the front bumper. Shaan worked with my insurance company and was able to get my car repaired for me, Gina was super nice and kept me updated on everything, they know exactly what they re doing! Thanks a lot for your help!

Where do I begin my car was sent here after an accident. State Farm considered my vehicle totaled & left me with nothing! Gina and the team got them back on the phone & was able to get my car fixed for me. I couldn t be more thankful for her help. I was distraught about my car and never thought I d get it back. She kept me updated and helped in every way possible. I had never been in this situation before but she made it so much better for me. A true life changer. Thank you so much Gina, you are really the best!!

The work appears to be top quality. As if new. The only negative about Katy collision is I didn't get the follow up that was promised while the car was being repaired. However, they finished it around the time they said they would and it looks good.

I cannot begin to describe how much of a blessing the people who work here were for me. They helped me out when I was at my lowest thinking I would lose my car. Shaan and Gina fought FOR me and made sure my vehicle was fixed and fixed right. You guys have a lifelong customer and I would suggest everyone do business with these people. This place was great!! They explained every step of the way and made me feel comfortable . They answered any question I had and replied in a timely matter. I had No Problems at all ! Gina was sweet , understanding, and gave me her opinions Which gave me comfort . There is No Loosing coming to Katy Collusion .

Used this place twice. SCAMMERS They are very inconsistent, and often do excessive charges. Please do yourself a favor and do not come here, unless your ready for your pockets to get scammed. First time I had a vehicle towed here it was 680 dollars. Second time they tried to charge me close to 4 thousand dollars. Car was already totaled and declared a loss by insurance. Excessive charges you might find are, Admin fee, preservation fee??? Blueprint fee?? Gate fee? Diffrent excessive charges that lead to 3500 paid out. Do not come here!!

If you have your car towed here after an accident, they will take advantage of you. They will charge you nearly $500 a day to store your car. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!

I brought in my 2020 Ram for new catalytic converters since this place was referred to by a friend. They took care of all the paperwork, body work and rental. Even threw me a bone by saving on the deductible! Highly recommend if you need to get your car repaired professionally!
