First time customer going to jiffy lube. Wanted a brake flush done since it s been past due. Everything was smooth until the point I decided to drive my car. I always check on the work after it s finished. I go under the hood and see A MISSING BRAKE CAP. The tech, Micheal M, told me he was busy with other things and had too much going on, so must have forgot to put on the brake cap. This is unacceptable, imagine what would happen if someone didnt go under their hood and check. Brake fluid got all over the hood compartment. Makes you wonder what else they don t do correctly. I would not trust going to this place, your life is at risk. Do a better job Micheal!!

I went to Jiffy Lube today to get my oil changed. I like that they are kind, do their job quickly and thoroughly. I liked that the technician came inside to show me my air filter and explained everything to me that needed to be done to my car.

Took my car to this location to see if they could figure out why it was making more road noise than usual. Michael was quick to get started on my vehicle and figure out the issue. I was very pleased how Michael answered all my questions and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. I will be back here! Best customer service I have received.

I ve reviewed before but I m happy to review again because this Jiffy Lube is the best ever. They re honest with you whether or not there s a wait and, if there is a wait, they ll tell you the best time to come back for your specific service to be completed quickly. The entire staff is helpful and friendly, and I never postpone getting maintenance done on my Jeep because I know I m going to get whatever I need done honestly and quickly.

As a first-time customer, my experience at this establishment was disappointing. I arrived for a state inspection and tire rotation and was promised a 30-minute completion (for inspection) time by the inspector. However, 45 minutes passed, and my car had yet to be inspected. During my wait, I observed an employee smoking a cigarette in one of the bays, and the supposed lead or manager spent at least 30 minutes on his cellphone walking around the shop. Only two technicians seemed to be actively working. The inspector finally finished my inspection after 80 minutes and when he came back in I asked how long it would take for the tire rotation, he said about another hour! I said never mind. As I prepared to pay for the inspection, he casually remarked to a coworker about getting food, showing little regard for my time and the two other customers waiting for inspections, saying, I m gonna get some food, if they wait, they wait; otherwise, there are other places they can go. Unless there are absolutely no other options available, I will not be returning to this establishment.

The service here is horrendous. On almost all my visits, probably 4 and spanning about 7 months, they are ALWAYS short staffed and no one ever in the office.I m writing this review as I wait to see if my tire has warranty after a flat yesterday. Been here 45 minutes and have asked two times if they can help to no avail.Now I will probably be out $250 because there s no way I m staying here. I m gonna go to my old tire shop that I used to go to but it s farther.Same thing different day.

I came to tire repair that hitting nail and they told me I need to purchase new tire. That is imposible because I purchased new tires in two months ago. They smell money! I refused. They are inexperienced workers!I went another tire shop and they repaired two nails and nothing to tell.

My experience at this Jiffy Lube was the best I ve had in the last 12 months from any auto service provider (including from this location)! Jemal M. made all the difference. He told me about 2 mfg. service recommendations that were due in a straightforward manner, without the up-sell pressure that everyone expects from every service center!My last 2 visits to this Jiffy Lube were less than satisfactory, but after this experience I am bringing another vehicle in for service tomorrow! PLEASE keep Jemal assigned to this store in Fulshear, Texas!! The high turnover rate makes a huge difference in customer loyalty.

I ve been to this Katy/Fulshear location 4 times over the past couple years and there is NEVER a drop off in professionalism and kindness. I won t go anywhere else!

Came in to fix a tire for the third time (my son drives can t help but run over nails apparently). The guys there were super friendly and helpful as usual. I knew one of the holes this time was going to be too big to patch. They got to it quickly and called me to let me know what they found and what they recommended, without trying to sell me something I didn t need. They told me if I wanted to just grab a new tire they could swap it out and balance it for me, so I ran and grabbed one and dropped it off with them. They swapped it out quickly and only charged a very small fee for the work. These guys should get raises. It waay to hard to find people this helpful and pleasant anywhere. I ll continue only taking my car here so long as this crew is around!

The mechanic failed to use all the screws that were needed to hold the bottom protective carriage Ultimately it began dragging on the ground forcing my wife to pull over and drive it to the nearest auto garage for them to attach properly.I should ve known better to go to this location because my mother-in-law went to the same Jiffy Lube a month earlier and they forgot to tighten the plug on her drain pan and she ended up having an oil leak all over her driveway. These so-called mechanics do not put things back the way they found them. It s lazy and unprofessional, and I will never use them again.Service: Oil change

I needed an inspection to satisfy a citation. Court date was on Friday. I had to get some repairs done so I hadn't been able to get it inspected befor now.Inspector stayed after hours on a Sunday to make sure I got taken care of. Nice crew!

I called ahead of time to ask for pricing for state inspection..the first thing I hear is absurdly loud laughing from the lady then she has an attitude in her voice, tells me price and that's it. I went there and forgot I needed my insurance...luckily I stopped guy working g and he said it's fine if it's on my phone, HE was super nice and helpful. I waited for service heard I needed wipers as expected, then the front lady says I owe $150...she was about to make me pay for someone else's service! She also should've reminded me what all I needed before I came. In person she was nice, just needs to work on being more professional. Service and other employees were friendly and fast!

Not happy with the service. Went to get state inspection done and had to wait 20 mins before someone attended me. For a vehicle hardly 3 years old, they took 45 mins more to complete the inspection, failed it for some gas cap related issue and didn't even care to inform me that my car failed the inspection. I drove away and few hours later, when tried to get the sticker online found out my car failed the inspection. Call it my ignorance knowing the fact that my car is well maintained, at least I deserved to know if it failed or not. And moreover, they charged me for the inspection too. Not going there anymore!!

I m very disappointed with this establishment. I took my car to get an oil change before taking a trip from Fulshear Tx to Harlingen Tx. I noticed that all of a sudden my A/C stopped working on the same day that I had my car serviced??? Then on the way down I notice my 2011 Challenger RT was running rough. I get home and tell my dad what s going on and the first thing he says was don t ever take your car to Jiffy Lube ! We go out side to look to see why the A/C is not working and the first thing my dad see is that the air filter is not on but laying at the bottom of the engine bay. Additionally they broke my dipstick! Well lesson s learned! I will never take my car back to Jiffy Lube. I don t need an apology, I just want folks to know how my first and last time was at Jiffy Lube.Service: Oil change

Your tech do more harm than good. First off, they couldn t figure out how to take four bolts out to drop a factory skid plate... second off they stripped the bolt on the front passenger side of the factory skid plate. They had to ask me how to take it off initially. I m changing my oil myself in my driveway and discovered a leak from the oil pan and stripped bolt... they didn t tell me I m sorry sir, but I stripped the bolt and now I m stuck with it.I am so glad I stopped here before a trip and short on time (sarcasm). You guys don t even know how to change oil correctly. But I guess I m stuck with fixing it.AVOID

Very impressed with how efficiently this place was run. Was just looking for a quick oil change and I normally do not trust these establishments. They were quick, great attention to detail, upfront on pricing before the vehicle was pulled in, no high pressure up-sale tactics, clear on what was being done...all that I'd ask for.Very pleasantly surprised in how efficient they were without losing the human touch.
