Fast and easy, replaced my oil and fixed my coolant leak within 3 hours

BAD BAD BAD... I took my Lexus here to have thermostat replaced. They quoted me just under $300.00 which i knew was high but proceeded because of my schedule. The book has job at 1 hour and parts are $30.00. They completed the job, then i drove to pick my son up at school. Soon after my SUV started to run hot. I limped it home and waited for it to cool down to check fluids. I called them in the meantime and asked if they purged system and they reassured me they did and told me to bring it back the next day. I asked if they us OEM part and they said no. When it cooled, the reservoir was completely empty meaning they didn't purge it or add fluid that was lost when changing thermostat. They could have blown my engine if i wasn't paying attention. The next day i showed up at 7AM to drop SUV off to have repaired and told them to put the correct OEM part in and make sure the system was purged. They called 5 hours later and said it was ready. You would think that it would have been done quicker since i was the second person there and they didn't do job correctly the first time. I showed up expecting to have a properly repaired vehicle. I first went to check fluid level in reservoir and now it was overfilled and color was deluded from the orange fluid that was in it. I asked them to now drain fluid down so it doesn't cause damage from being overfilled and asked mechanic what color fluid he put in and he said green. It well known knowledge the Toyota/Lexus require specific Orange coolant. I then went to complained again to the service rep and he told me all they have is orange coolant which was a lie. I complained again that they didn't even say sorry, just that they would take care of it. I wasted half my Saturday because of them. At the end they offered me a free oil change. The mechanics are not competent enough to do the most simplest job there is, needless to say even the second time around when they knew they messed up the first time. I wouldn't trust them to change my oil or to touch my vehicle ever again, not even to put tires on. Please be warned to stay far away from this place and don't trust anything they say or do. You would think a national chain would have checks and balances in place to make sure they are doing quality work, but they don't.

I recently had a very negative experience with Good Year Tires. I brought my car to them to fix the air conditioning, and they charged me $1000. However, they did a terrible job, and the air conditioning broke again soon after.When I brought the car back to Good Year Tires, they told me that it would now cost $1300 to fix the problem. I was shocked and frustrated that they were asking for more money when they had not properly fixed the issue in the first place.To make matters worse, their customer service was absolutely terrible. They were rude and unhelpful, and it was clear that they did not care about my satisfaction as a customer.Overall, my experience with Good Year Tires was very disappointing. I feel that they are taking advantage of customers by charging exorbitant prices and providing subpar service. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I will certainly never use their services again.

Shame on you really my daughter went to fix her AC last week you charged her $1000 then it broke again a view days later . She went in today to see what s going to you all told her it s the compressor this time and it will cost $1300, as she was with me on the phone , you are laughing at looking at each other. I told her to come home I called a mobile mechanic he checked the car said the compressor is completely in good shape it was something else completely that s will not cost much maybe $100 that she needs to buy from auto zone. Shame you last time ever never going there again.

I recently had a very negative experience with Good Year Katy. The customer service was absolutely terrible, and the employees were incredibly rude and unprofessional.When I arrived at the store, I was greeted with a very dismissive attitude from the employees. They seemed to have no interest in helping me or answering any of my questions, and they were very short with me throughout the entire interaction.Additionally, the quality of the customer service I received was unacceptable. The employees seemed to have no knowledge of the products or services that Good Year Katy offers, and they were unable to provide any helpful information or guidance.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at Good Year Katy. Their customer service was terrible, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I m not happy with the service at all. I changed my front tires at Flusher tires. Barry Hafezi took the keys and changed the tires and I got the car back home. Right after that when my wife started the car, she noticed that tire light is on, so I called them and they told me to bring the car back to check the issue. I sent the car back next week and Vladimir Falcon the service manager checked the car and told me that there is an issue with the sensor and it needs to be changed every 5 years and coincidental things happens and this will cost me additional $80 to fix. Really!! The tire sensor was good before I change the tire and the issue started right after that. They must did something wrong that caused the damage of the sensor and they want me to pay to fix it. There were other Goodyears nearby me, however I chose this shop in particular because I noticed that they have high starts in the reviews. Unfortunately, after this incident, I wouldn t recommend at all.

Came in to get my a.c fixed today, this isn t the first time I have been here and the gentlemen in the front are always very nice and helpful. Shoutout to Gilbert for helping metoday, he was quick to help me and checked in with me during the wait time to tell me that my car was almost finished and what they had left to do. Thank you Gilbert! You were helpful today and the other times as well that I have been there.

I have to say I love the work that this Goodyear does. The new guy working there, Tony is awesome. I had a bit of an issue and he made sure I was happy and pleased. He definitely knows how to deliver customer service to his clients. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family. Tony keep up the good work, you are such a blessing!

Very professional, courteous, and efficient personnel. Honest & helpful recommendations. Great work quality. They can sell and install tires other than GoodYear brand. I would not hesitate to return for new tires and car servicing.

Very helpful, and honest. I appreciate the time they took doing a good job and not rushing thru the needs of my vehicle. Everyone was efficient and friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this business for automotive needs.

I trust the people here (especially Tony) and take my vehicle in to them everytime I need anything looked over on my car. I even took my new Ford Explorer to them after I purchased it, to make sure everything looked ok with it.Tony found some things that were wrong, that the dealership hadn't. Afterwards, he took the time to explain how that part worked and in which way it wasn't working. I was able to take those details back to the dealership to make sure they fixed it. Thanks to him, I'm driving a safe and reliable vehicle. Honesty and dependability is what I get here. Thank you to everyone there!

I live in a new subdivision that has homes still being built so naturally I had a drywall nail puncture one of my tires. I tried calling this location but there was a problem connecting my call. I went here anyway and upon being politely greeted I mentioned the problem I had calling them, to which they immediately acknowledged and apologized (they have since had their phone service restored). I told them about the puncture and they quoted me $20 and that it would take about 40 minutes or less to check ALL the tires and fix the puncture. About 20 minutes later the job was done and, due to the nature of the puncture being such a small problem for them, they waived the cost of repair.I would have happily paid for the repair but this in addition to their professional demeanor I feel warrants them the most positive review I can give. Go here for your tire service. You will not be disappointed.

My first time visiting this place and I must say I was satisfied. Customer service was great and I had Eric help me with my purchase. I will definitely be going back toi this place of business. Tires look great on truck. The alignment was done professionally. Eric came out toi walk me through what he thought was wrong with my vehicle.

I have been to this location 2 times. I already posted one review but some how it disappeared. Both times the price was good but the main reason for this review is for the customer service .The customer service at this place was outstanding .I will be use g them for all my non warranty auto needs.

Eric was extremely knowledgeable when we had a tire issue and starter issue on my suv, he walked me through what the repair looked like and was prompt in getting me back on the road. Very clean facility and friendly staff.

the very bad service tried to damage the fan of my car's internal cabin by placing a plastic bag inside, talking to the manager and the answer was that I will give him the next free oil service and told him I was not here For that. I have enough money for that. Worry about your customers and observe the disaster your workers are doing.

This place always goes above and beyond to make sure were taking care of. They are always kind, fast and dont pressure you to up sale you in things you don't really need. If they do see something else wrong they will let you know. We recently got 4 new tires and came back for brakes, rotors and oil change.

Frank treated me as if MY problem was his own. Went above and beyond to help. Was back to 100% in no time at all, THEN followed up with me the next day to make sure I was satisfied. Outstanding service here, ask for Frank!

Excellent service, really kind staff, Ivan Garcia was the one who helped me, he was overly nice, double checked the issues I had, he was honest and overly nice, if I need a tire/oil change this is the place where I m coming.

Nice clean goodyear tire with all that you expect to find at the tire store. Friendly staff and ample parking for rvs or travel trailers . Very clean and new facility. Handicap accomodations available.
