I had such an amazing experience here. Terrell (I hope I m spelling that correctly) and Bryant were kind, helpful, and friendly.They got me in and out fast and didn t try to sell me unnecessary things to do to my car. It s hard to find an auto/mechanic shop you can trust. I didn t run into any issues.They also have great deals on services and tires etc. If I ever have any problems with my vehicle, I know exactly where to go now. Awesome work!

I never used Goodyear before. I assumed they would be expensive.But their oil change price was the best out there.AND-Their cost for peripheral maintenance was so good, I had them change a filter and wiper.Mgr Terrel Fagan was excellent. He worked hard to get me a great price on everything.I'm impressed enough to stop what I'm doing to write this, which I normally never do.I am now a Goodyear customer.

Absolutely the worst Goodyear experience I have ever had 3 different times now. Keep coming back for warranty issues and if it weren t for obligations I would never return. Stay away if you have a choice.

They charged me for a 4 wheel alignment as advertised when my vehicle only can be aligned in front 2 wheels and then instead of notifying me it can't be aligned they make alignment worse and tell me they still have to charge me. It's no wonder why they are always empty there. To top it off while driving my wheel collapsed in on itself. The assembly just feel apart which was adjusted.

I'm a Lyft driver and I was happy with the Fast easy service! Came in for a wheel alignment I wanted somewhere trusted. And even put windshield fluid in for me thanks so.much!

In the past, Goodyear in Katy did a good job on the vent cleaning service but now the mechanic who did the service this year did a very, very poor job. After the service and then turning on my a c and after a few minutes the debris started floating from all the vents again as it did when i brought it in. Ive requested a refund for the service. Another mechanic informed me that goodyear's mechanic did not close the blend door after performing the service. WONT RETURN TO GOODYEAR AGAIN.

The worst experience! I purchased a new tire from them and they had to replace the old tire that was clearly spoilt. They changed the wrong tire and took out my newer tire that was in good condition to start with. After I noticed that the wrong tire was replaced they took the car back in and put my old good tire that they took out by mistake but this time put the tire wrong! They put the inside of the tire on the outside! This was after it was clearly marked on the tire itself. I again noticed that and told them. I am writing this while still at the shop and sitting for over 3 hrs for one tire change. The store supervisor tells me to talk to the manager who is not even there and says he can t do anything about it.

Had a terrible experience at the pearland location. This location took so much stress off , took me same day , about an hour and a half service. Was very nice and friendly when greeted. Location is far from where I stay but it was well worth it. Thank you !

I went in with my TPS light on. I knew that I'm getting close to needing tires, but wasn't ready to buy. I just needed the low tire fixed. They fixed my low air pressure and reset my sensor. They also let me know that my tires were close to needing replacement and offered a quote. But, there was no hard sell. They were professional, straightforward and very helpful. And, I have an appointment to go back and get new tires already on the books. Great service.

I start out by saying HORRIBLE service go ELSEWHERE! 2 hours for a state inspection is the worst I ve seen in the area of Houston. The service manager Zeeshan Afzal has no clue in the world what s going on with the techs. Don t waste your time here at Goodyear.

If you want a great customer service experience and to be treated like a human being, please visit Stephen at Goodyear Auto Service in Katy, TX! It was 20 minutes to close and Stephen provided the best customer service I'd seen in a long time! He, along with another young man, helped me with taking a look at my vehicle and showing me the damage that occurred as a result of running over something that I did not see. As a result, I was able to determine the problem and get it fixed for little to nothing. I am so grateful for people like Stephen! They make the world a much better place. Go see Stephen!!!

Pathetic. 3 hours for an oil change on a Mercedes is ridiculous. Even scheduled online to make sure they had what was needed. Go somewhere else.

I rarely take my vehicle to a service center, or dealership, if I can do the work myself. When I do I always take it to this service center. The store manager, Justin, and his staff were kind, considerate, and above all skilled mechanics and tradesmen. I took my truck in to have the tires balanced and fuel system cleaned. I ended up talking with the manager and employees for 3 hours about cars, trucks, and all the little details that only mechanics of their capabilities know and understand. By the time I left I knew more about my truck than I would have ever expected. Justin and his staff were also able to identify a tapping noise that has been a problem with my vehicle for over a year...and they did it all at no cost. I can now fix the problem they identified...and for that I will always take my business back. As mentioned before, no one works on my vehicle, except for them, and it will always be that way as long as they are open for business. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Everyone deserves to be treated fairly and honestly...you will find that if you talk with that team they will treat you like family and take care of your car.

I purchased a set of 4 new tires online from Goodyear and had them installed by their mobile (Roll) service and, in order; to not have the warranty voided I took the vehicle to this Goodyear Shop to have the allingment checked using the free voucher I received from Goodyear. The check was undertaken and I was told that both the front rear suspension required adjustment, and while the front could be adjusted the rear suspension required the installation of a kit to facilitate adjustment. However, time and costs prevented me from having the rear done and I gave them permission to make the necessary adjustments to the front suspension, however I was quite flummoxed at the cost of $190+ especially as no new parts were replaced or installed all that was done was the adjustment of the toe which involves the loosening of the tie rod bolt making the necessary adjustments and rethightening of the bolt, I am a extremely disappointed customer and doubt whether I will be a repeat Goodyear customer.

Wow, what a miserable experience. Some of the worst customer service I've ever had.New to the area, I chose this location for an oil change, because I had used other Goodyear locations in the past and been happy with the work. I called in advance and asked if they had any openings for an oil change this afternoon. I was told that they weren't that busy today, and were taking walk-ins.I brought my car, checked in, and waited. And waited. And waited. 30 minutes. 45 minutes. 60 minutes, as more customers came in. Eventually, a customer who came in after me had her name called, paid, and left.A few minutes later I noticed my car was parked in front of the building. I walked up to the counter and said, "Excuse me, I see my car is out front. Does that mean it's done, or does it mean you haven't started yet?" (At that point, if they hadn't started yet I was going to take my car and leave, as I'd been there for an hour and a half.)One of the three men behind the counter asked my name and the model of my car, and went out into the garage to check. He came back in, set my key on the counter, and said "Your car's done."I asked, "How long has it been done? Why didn't anyone tell me? I've been here for an hour and 40 minutes."He replied, "OK." No apology. No explanation. Not even any eye contact, from him or anyone else behind the counter.After I paid, I got a mumbled, "Thanks and have a nice day." Again, no apology, or even any acknowledgement that there was a problem. If either of those things had happened, I wouldn't be writing this review right now. Just awful customer service.

I visited this store yesterday. The store AC was broke, the temperature was hot. There was one other car in the bay, I thought my oil change and tire rotation would go quickly. The service took over one hour, not a huge problem. When I received the bill, an item called shop supplies appeared on the detail. What the hell are shop supplies? I was quoted $ 69.95 for the oil change, I was charged 79.70. I paid $ 111.41 for an oil change and windshield wipers. Really!!

They sent me from the Pearland location because they didn't want to do an alignment there. After being there for a while since they didn't want to do it there either. They had me waiting for almost 4 hours and they did a terrible job. They are risking people's safety. I drove all the way home scared that i was going to have an accident. I don't think the guy who did the alignment even knew what he was doing and to top it all off, they have really bad customer service.

Waited over 2 hours for a car inspection. after end of inspection I was told the tires would not pass. 2/32 but where never showed measurements $25.50 later I left Why not check the tires first thing of inspection save my time and maybe the 25.50. I won t be back.

I went in for a flat repair. Was quoted a 45 minute wait. Ended up waiting an hour and a half before my car was even taken from the spot where I parked it, in to the garage. Then after waiting another hour, guy comes back and says you need 2 new tires. He told me there was a slow leak in one of my tires and the other that had a puncture could not be repaired. The tire with the puncture has been patched 2 times before so i could understand that, but the other was completely unexpected. I just had my inspection and they said the rest of my tires were fine. I politely asked them to put my spare on so that I could leave. 2 days later after sitting in my drive way the second tire "that had a slow leak" is still not flat and looks exactly the same. SHADY! Today, I took it to another shop and they said that I don't need new tires and that my other tire with the two prior patches can be repaired. So either the technicians don't have the skills to repair tires like they should, or someone thought that since I was a young female that they could get me to spend buckets of money on problems that don't exist. Don't go here.

Great prices for lifetime Alignment. You can be the only customer and still wait hours until alignment is completed and this has happened multiple times. I would be told 1-2 hours and it will take 3-4 hours.

These guys do great work and seem to be really honest which is a breath of fresh air when dealing with anything "automotive repair." I recently had to take our 2012 Highlander in to the dealership because of a loud, strange noise coming from the rear passenger wheel. The dealership quotes me $350 to replace the entire rear brakes but says the parts were on "backorder" for a week or week and a half. HOW does this happen? Aren't you a dealership?!? These are just brakes on a 3-year old vehicle for crying out loud.So I picked the car up and took it to Goodyear, which not only assessed the problem, but figured out that the rear parking brake was simply missing a bolt assembly. They had the part in stock, replaced it, rotated my tires and didn't charge me anything other than the simple minimum labor charge of $45. Sound is gone, brakes work great and they had it all done in half a day.Definitely recommend at least getting a second opinion checkout with this Goodyear location on any bigger (or smaller) automotive repair. These guys get two thumbs way up from me.
