Michael provided excellent quality and workmanship in replacing a broken glass panel in our window. The panel fit perfectly in the frame, and looks great! He was very professional, and the work area was extremely clean; job well done!

We made an appointment to get a chip done on our Mini Cooper and Robert did an amazing job of explaining the process and it was quick it looked like nothing happened. It was not as expensive as the other quotes we got. Next time we need a windshield repair they will be our to-go company and hopefully, we get Robert again.

Glass Doctor did a great jog installing our shower glass curing a bathroom remodel. The company was great with scheduling. The team installing the glass was professional and did a throughout cleanup when finished. I highly recommend them for bathroom glass!

Got my truck broke into while in H-town. So while waiting for HPD, I googled truck glass repair in Katy and Glass Doctor of Katy popped up. Good reviews so I called. Was given a quote over phone and scheduled installation the next day at my house. Arrived on time and did quick work. Installer was friendly and knew what he was doing.Did a great job from start to finish.

workers were hard working and professional. Worker named Nick paid special attention to details. He was always on time. Did a wonderful job. Our experience with Glass Doctor of Katy was very positive. We have very unique dormer windows, and these needed to be replaced (poor quality in the windows installed by the builder). Even though Glass Doctor's measurements were accurate, there were issues with the glass coming from the supplier, issues beyond their control. They did everything to keep us informed, and make sure the right glass was installed. I appreciate their honesty and their dedication to get the job correct, even with items beyond their control. When one of the windows came in backwards, they realized that it could be used to replace another window, as the error was related to orientation. They replaced a window without charge due to the issues from their supplier, even though we did not ask, nor expect.

I needed someone to install the seamless shower door I had purchased online. The company quoted me an installation price and that was the exact price they charged. Andrew and Michael were very nice, professional, and took precautions by wearing masks. The quality of their job was excellent. They also installed my neighbors shower door and that is how I found out about them. I highly recommend these guys.

We recently had Glass Doctor of Katy replace 3 panes. 2 had small cracks and 1 had cracks going all the way across. These were large 52 by 46 inch single pane windows. The pane by the door was not originally tempered glass as is required by code. The techs Andrew and Tyler came out took measurements and gave me a very reasonable quote that included the proper tempered pane being installed by the doorway. Andrew and Tyler were also the same techs that came out and did the replacement work. I watched their work and was impressed with the methodical way they removed the panes and installed the new ones. I am pleased with the work Glass Doctor of Katy did for us and would use them again in the future.

If I could give them more stars, I would! Mr. Leigh Ballinger and Kathy have been so pleasant and easy to work with. We had our house on the market and needed some of the windows replaced. They were prompt with their bid, persistent with finding the correct windows, professional and pleasant with their interactions. If you have any glass issues, do not hesitate using Glass Doctor of Katy, you won t be disappointed.

We ve had a a leaky shower door for months. It was poorly installed and the original installers were giving us an expensive option to fix it. Andrew came out, gave a quick assessment and offered us several options to fix the issue. He was starlight forward and never tried to pressure us into the more expensive option. The less expensive and easier of the options worked for us! I regret not calling these guys from the beginning for the installation of our shower door!Service: Auto windshield leak repair

Glass Doctors of Katy replaced an old window with a broken seal. Off the bat, I appreciated the ability to schedule the appointment online and see the quote/bill via email as well.Andrew came out as scheduled and took measurements. While he was preparing the quote, I asked him a half dozen questions. All of which he answered thoroughly. I was so impressed with his kind ability to help, I not only chose Glass Doctor to do the work... but I made sure to request Andrew personally.Partial payment was put down to get the glass ordered, and when it was ready I was contacted to schedule the install. As requested, Andrew installed the window. Again, as he worked he answered more of my questions. He showed me how to increase the life of my aging windows and walked me through the caulking process (so I could do it on the rest of my house).I was completely impressed by Glass Doctors, I will gladly use them again in the future. A big thanks to Andrew, I appreciate the attention my project received and his willingness to answer questions (most of them related to how can help myself). I waited a couple days to leave a review....just in case the windshield decided to fly off or crack or something... But it's been fantastic so far! I did have to go to the dealer to get a bottom weather strip for the windshield but I'm not going to complaint too much, the windshield and service was 3 times less than the dealership was going to charge!!!And now I feel like my car is complete again. I highly recommend Glass Dr Katy!

Everything was easily scheduled and they responded fast to my request for an estimate. The service was completed by the date they indicated and the technician was friendly, informative and polite. Had an excellent experience with Glass Doctor of Katy. On Halloween night, some teenagers came around my street, pounding on front doors really hard to scare people I guess. The kid who got my house cracked one of the beautiful etched glass panes on my front door. I didn't even notice it until I took my Christmas wreath down last week. I was nervous about how expensive this would be due to the decorative intricacy of the glass pane, but their employee Andrew Beal came out today and replaced the pane. He had to cut the new pane by hand and plop it back into place. It was painstaking work, but he did an amazing job. I can't even tell that the piece has been replaced. The price was a great value. I highly recommend them, especially Andrew, who has been in the business for over 20 years. Thanks Glass Doctor for saving our beautiful front door!Service: Glass installation
