I am so grateful for the kindness of Fulshear Tire and Auto. I drove home from work with my tire alert light on praying I could make it before it went completely flat. When I arrived it was close to closing time and graciously the manager was so kind to fix it for me! He could have easily turned me away as the bays were full but somehow he worked me in before they closed. When I asked about replacement since my tires are pretty worn, he graciously gave me a good quote without any hard sell. I am a fan!! Thank you Fulshear Auto and Tire. I will be back. Michele B

Our experience with Fulshear team at FM has been truly amazing. Feels so honest and they are willing to go extra mile to help when an initial diagnosis did not end up to be the only issue. So glad to have found a team who we can rely on in future.

Came here to get second opinion. Customer service was awesome. Barry was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Decided to let fulshear tire and automotive do the work over the dealership due to the great Customer service.

Went for a state inspection and ended up with a bolt in my tire, i don't want to think it was because of malice of the personnel. but i did check around inside the shop where they parked my car and saw some loose bolts on the floor.

Had two nails in my driver rear tire. Went in to get it plugged for a temporary fix. Mr. Terrence helped me get back on the road as fast as possible. Excellent speedy and great customer service. Will be returning for that new tire set! Keep up the good work!

Let me first start by saying how much i already have a strong dislike for going to the car shop. From the wait times to just people being rude and only wanting your money for piss poor service. NOW I WILL SAY THIS, this is my first full year living in Fulshear and this car shop is not one to disappoint. My first time walking in (my anxiety at it s all time highest ) needing 4 new tires , i honestly was a mess but i soon realized there clearly had to be an Angel in that room. There was an extremely nice black man at the front with a large beard (i really wish i could remember his name) who assisted me and really explained the importance of tires and eventually gave me a decent deal; so thank you for that . I d have to say the coffee wasn t bad at the place either .

I needed a tire repair and stopped on a Saturday morning as a walk-in. They were so kind and efficient. The customer lounge is nice and I was out of there in about an hour.

Terrence was just awesome. He helped me find out what I had spent a whole year trying to figure out. Every other place took a lot of money from me and Terrence didn t charge me a thing because no actual work was done. He was pretty honest with me and I will recommend this place anytime. Thanks Terence!

Guy at the front desk did not even want to greet , and when I told him I came for an estimation to get passenger side mirror replaced he instantly said $500-600 , and when we called the office earlier we were asked to come in so they can give an estimation so when I asked him if he can go out & check once he dismissed right away and said he has to call the dealership & check but it will be around $500-600 again , I asked him once again are you sure you don't have to come & check he said no and dismissed . Disappointed with his service as he did not pay attention so I ended up coming to the crash collisions and been very helpful in assisting .

I ve been trying hard to buy local since the whole pandemic thing killed many small businesses. I ve bought 3 sets of tires, had alignments and multiple flat repairs and all my state inspections at Fulshear Tire as a result. Today I had a flat on I-10 on my way home from work. I was dirty, sweaty and probably grumpy after changing the flat and arriving with my damaged tire in the bed of my truck. The guys there were awesome and had me rolling in about an hour without an appointment. Really good experience and will happily continue to do business with Fulshear Tire.

With the cold temperatures, my tires naturally lost air pressure, but I called ahead, and they were friendly and got me in aired up my tires and out super quick. I also brought my jeep here not too long ago, and they knocked out the alignment for it, and when I came back because it was pulling to the right, they checked everything and re-aligned it with no issues.

Stranded in IH 10 when car quit. Fulshear Mgr went beyond duty to get us back on road. Long story, but I wish there were Fulshears in San Antonio where I m from!! Honest, fair price, great work and mostly, they cared about my daughter and I being safe. Don t trust your car anywhere else

The coupon I got in the mail for an oil change was misleading in my opinion. It said $50 full synthetic, so I drove out of my way to come here even though I don t live nearby. I was charged $75, because there were extra supplies included . This negated any value of coming here, I could have gone to the place next to my house. I really dislike this kind of advertising that lures people in under false pricing.

They were amazing. I ve never had a good experience with car services but I took my jaguar xf and they not only were quick but very inexpensive and they put up with all my questions. I ll never go anywhere else now that I ve found a trustworthy place

Mixed experiences. I brought my own tires and they install them quickly at a decent price. Next time, I visited them for an oil change, but I instead decided to go to my dealership (BMW), which cost for the same synthetic oil and filter was better.

After seeing a large amount of oil leaking from my car Saturday morning, I stopped in to have someone check my oil cap. Fulshear Tire & Automotive was able to identify the problem quickly and take care of my car. Found my new automotive shop!

This shop has earned my trust over several repairs and services in which they have saved me money. On multiple occasions, the mechanics and reps have found the source of an issue with my vehicles that could have been repaired by replacing large systems at great cost. Instead, they identified faulty components more specific to the problem and made those repairs. Great work, y'all.

This place was awesome. My car was shutting off frequently at random and I had it towed to another car shop around the corner from this location (sun auto) They told me it was my alternator and battery and was 900 to fix, I knew that was not it and had the car towed to this location. They kept my vehicle for two days to do a thorough diagnostics, which I appreciated. They found the problem (crank shaft sensor) and fixed it for 1/4 of the price the other location. Since I had it fixed haven t had an issue, they have now gained a loyal customer. Thanks again for the honest work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Be sure to double check their prices. It's a convenient neighborhood shop and are pretty efficient with work. We've been taking our cars there for over 6 years. However today was the second time I've caught them trying to overcharge my wife. She dropped it off for state inspection today and got a call shortly after stating her rear shocks were busted. If they would've looked they would've seen that they replaced her rear shocks a year ago. They didn't and tried to charge her $586 for two rear shocks. I got on the phone and had him look up the shocks we paid for and asked if they were warranted. They were and obviously they did it for free at that point. He clearly wasn't happy to be called out and never offered an apology. Moral of the story is without me double checking they would've charged her full price on warranted parts that they installed. This is just one incident. There have been several over the years but they were so close and convenient she kept going back. I don't mind paying a bit of a premium for convenience but that ended today.
