It was a long wait, but I d do it all over again to get the quality level of service that I received (and have always received) here. For me, there s a tight competition between this location and the Cinco Ranch location. My experiences at both have been nothing short of amazing. I thoroughly enjoy the knowledge, care, and expertise that the team members at both locations hold. I know NOTHING about cars, but I do know what it looks like for someone who DOES know something about cars to put their professional hat on and take care of their customer s needs. South Mason location, you all will forever have my business. I d recommend your location to anyone and everyone!

First time going to this location, Fry Road is my usual location. I brought my mother-in-law's 2020 Subaru Outback for its state inspection. I should have known they were going to try and oversell something not needed. A gentleman came in with a check engine light lit and was quickly told he would have to pay $200 to read the code. I stepped out and spoke to the gentleman, the check engine light was on but so what was the on-screen display stating to check the gas cap? His cap was loosely on, told him to drive home and should turn it off shortly.That said, I was told the inspection was complete and the counter person even commented on how good the Outback looks for its age. A 2020 Subaru Outback with 13k on the clock means very low miles driven each year. I was then told the engine air filter was dirty and should be changed. The best part is Subaru just finished a full-service on this Outback which included a new engine air filter in mid-January and has not been driven since.I have had very positive experiences at Fry Road since 1996 and Mason Road could have put a bad taste in my mouth. I will not recommend Mason Road but take the drive over to Fry Road. This was on February 4th, 2024 around 11:00 am.

Jeff was a great guy, he called me to confirm the appointment and let me know how long the service will take. I arrived and he was very welcoming. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour for the alignment. Overall, great experience at this location and I ll definitely come back in the future for my services.

Firestone always does a great job on my vehicle. They always complete the job in a timely manner and they listen to my concerns and questions. They explain what needs to be done and recommend what needs to be done. I will never take my car anywhere else.

I dropped my car off before 1pm for an alignment and was told they would call me in a couple of hours. I get a call before 5pm telling me that they couldn t get to my car and that I needed to pick it up. Get there at 6:30pm to pick up my car and ALL the techs were standing outside of a stall talking to a guy in a car parked outside to the stall. Went inside to get my car so I could leave. I have used this location for nearly 10 years (bought the lifetime alignments for 3 vehicles). This is actually not the first time I have been turned away as there seems to be an issue with this location doing alignments on a Tesla. I was previously turned away bc there was no tech working that could work on a Tesla .. called the next nearest store and they told me that it shouldn t be an issue at ANY location but were more than happy to help me. I am not sure why I keep returning to this terrible location as they definitely don t want my business.

I want to share my experience from the beginning.I came to this shop on November 9th at 9:30am to do an oil change, tire rotation, and a car inspection.I spoke to Jeff, and he told me everything would be ready by 2 pm because they only had two techs working that day (a bad start for the business). Despite this, I still agreed that 2 pm was fine.They called me at 2:15, letting me know that the car was ready, so I arrived at 2:30 pm.Once there, I asked Jeff if they had done the tire rotation, and he said yes. However, upon checking, I found they hadn't done it, as I had marked my tires. I quickly informed Jeff, and he confirmed with the tech who admitted, "Oh yes, I didn't do it."To make matters worse, they told me I could come back another day to get it done a joke, considering almost 4 1/2 hours was not good enough.That's what happens when a company decides to hire incompetent workers.To summarize:1. 4 and a half hours to do an oil change and inspection.2.Not completing the work.3.Lying about getting the work done.4. No apologies whatsoever.5.No good customer service, since they didn't try to correct the issue right away.For these reasons, I give this place a 1-star rating and won't be coming back.

They are extremely helpful and friendly. Brett (manager) was busy with a very upset and difficult customer when I arrived and this man had the patience of a saint. Brett also took the time to help me figure out what I needed and was very professional. Will be back.

Originally, I went with two starts after two wheels took minor damage; 80 dollars to fix. Also.paint near the fender was damaged. I can't confirm it was done here, but the timing seems weird with pics a few days before not showing the issue. I have the color matched paint on the way to fix that. Also, the "shop talk" after I was blamed for the wheel issue captured by my dash camera was interesting, to say the least.That annoyance aside. I went to leave work, and a screw managed to punch right in between the threads of the new tires. Instantly deflating one. Got the spare on and rolled the tire to them after 6pm. I knew they would close soon. I think it was George took care of me and got me my tire patched and balanced in a hurry and I rolled it off/installed it at home so they could get home as well.No issues, no fuss, and properly balanced with the right amount of air in them. I was happy they helped. Note: it was my call to install the tire to ensure it was fixed before work the next day. Didn't want to run the smaller spare that long.

Got a flat in a brand new (1 wk old) Pathfinder. Firestone is my go- to for all my vehicles. They fixed my flat and put the spare back into position.

service service writers here are real awful no customer service what so ever, and when you ask what is wrong they don't know, second time at a Firestone to get an alignment

went there to get my tire patched. was told that they couldn't patch the tire because i'd used "Fix-a-Flat." he was more than happy to replace my tire. went to discount tire and they had it fixed within 30 minutes.

Not good for anything other than regular Oil change.They did a quick patch up job instead of fixing the real problem(battery clamp bolt removal/replacement) while charging top dollar, and didn't care to communicate the change in plan.Also didn't care to remove the tape that was in there before -- shows how much they care about their work; and front desk had no idea when I asked him if everything went well.Also wasted my money on Uber as they said it would take atleast 2.5 hrs (and said its not a good idea to wait there), then called me back in 45 mins.Get your act together guys.

I was referred by another location for a specific tire size. I called and the guy greeted me, put me on hold after telling him what I needed and then answered the phone again like if he forgot we spoke. Then when I repeated myself and he became rude. Told me he only had one tire left not the four the other location told me they had and the tire went from $232 to $316. I understand this is a different industry, but great customer service is what keeps a business going with referring and repeated clients. For this I came to discount tire. Paying almost the same but worth it due to the service I received.Suggestion . Work on phone skills and customer service.

Same day i tried the location on S fry rd and i wish I didn t go same day i tried this one and the difference is HUGE ... Irving was more than AwesomeI never seen such a dedicated worker like that ...this person has the true passion for helping people and helping the company he works for ...Firestone needs to recognize their employees...this Gentleman has to get a promotion or at least get the Kudos for the great customer service that he provides ....to the opposite of the S fry rd employees there who were terribly lazy and avoided helping me and of course they do not care for the business or the company reputation

Their lifetime adjustment isn't actually a thing. They try to sell you on it but if you get any suspension work done, it voids it. That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Literally a reason you'd need an alignment done will void it. Waste of time. Waited an hour and they didn't call me to tell me they couldn't get to my car.

Said they would have vehicle done hours ago. Very short staffed and can't seem to keep up with the people. Would not recommend coming here unless you want to wait all day.

I love this location! George is still one of the friendliest and most honest guys you can go to for your automotive needs. He offers fair pricing and always has a smile on his face. This location is always busy, but that is because George and his team offers great service. He got me to apply for a Firestone Credit Card which saved me a little money and gave me 6 months to pay off the repair. That helped a ton! Thanks GEEEOOORGE !

The manager Joe was amazing as always. Whenever I take ne vehicles there I'm always treated as a VIP! They have always resolved my issues the first time, every time. The prices are extremely fair, or even better when compared to all the other major chains, and they've never tried to up-sell me or recommended a service I didn't need. I've been doing business with this location for more than a decade and I'll never take my cars anywhere else. I highly recommend their service and first class treatment. The free WIFI, cable TV, coffee, and free drinks are also a bonus! Check them out, you won't regret it!

Horrible business!! I made an appointment 2 days prior to service. Had a walk out price sent to me. When my daughter got there with her 6 week old baby, they didn t have the tire in stock. They had to get the tire from another store, so they said it would be an hour until she was ready. My daughter said that was ok. 90 minutes later the baby is crying and they still don t have the tire on the car. Then when she went to pay, the bill was higher than what they quoted me in an email. Even after all she had to go through with their screwups she still had to pay the higher bill. Will never go there again!! Too many other tire shops to use.Service: Tires

This place really saved my butt. I was out of options on a Sunday but they were able to get me out the same day. Keep in mind it was a minor fix but still. Everyone was nice and courteous to me. I will say some of these negative reviews on here don t seem to take into account that auto places everywhere are short staffed and parts are in short supply due to the pandemic. Please keep this in mind guys before you start putting business on blast.

The worst customer service everI asked to check my tire sensor the sales guy he want to charge 150$ before even check or look to the carIt s so funny that s company that s big hire people have 0 sales experience they just want to charge customers Without even look to the car I even ask him I migh be need program he say no behind his desk

I took my car in to get inspected. I am always leery that they are going to find "something" wrong that will cost me an arm and a leg to fix so it will pass. I was certain I needed new tires but they were honest and didn't try to sell me anything! They told me my tires were fine and I had plenty of miles left. I love this place for car repair and they are open 7 days a week. Sunday mornings are the best time if you need something quick. Saturdays you will have to wait!

If there is a zero rating I would have given that.Horrible experience. Where do I start. My toyota was brought into the store with a fuel injection problem. Firestone took my car for a day to diagnose and then they said they need to swap a part for 200$. I agreed.Took the car 2 days later and to my surprise it stops again with the same problem. Took it back to them and this time it took them 4 days to figure out that its a totally different problem. The part this time cost almost a 1000$!!! George the manager there never admitted that they diagnosed it incorrectly in the first place and cost me renting a car for 6 days and was always defendant with an attitude. Add to that the credit card company they refer you to pay that amount which is a total scam!! They ended up charging me 1400$ instead!!!Terrible experience, will never go to firestone again or any of my family or friends

Worst firestone ever. I took my car to get my alignment done. Dropped off my car at 11:00am and it wasn t ready until 7:00pm. They told me it will take about three hours and obviously it wasn t ready until the last minute.In addition, they messed up my dashboard light and I had to take my car back to the shop next morning.I understand that my car was not their priority but they should not handle their customer like this.
