I went yesterday, Sunday the 14th, and they told me I had to wait 4 hours. Book an appointment for today April 15 at 10 am.My wife went with our car and it took me from 10 am to 3 pm to just change the 4 tires and balance them.Is it possible that the Firestone brand takes 5 hours to do a job? I think that every time the brand's customer service is terrible. I am going to file a claim with the brand directly.The treatment of the employees has been terrible and when my wife complained they only gave her a $20 discount for spending 5 hours of her life staring at the ceiling in the office.As customers we are paying for a service and it is the duty of the business to say how long the work will take. Don't have customers waiting 5 hours.Without a doubt I will not buy the brand again, much less in this store, but I will file my complaint with Firestone about the service in this store.

I had both stats replaced over a year ago. I recently had my brakes done at brake check and they informed me that my right strut is leaking. I have been driving only 6 miles to and from work since they were replaced with better roads. I used to commute 30 miles to and from work with horrible roads before they were replaced. I called Firestone and they said there was a one year warranty but I can come in and they can charge me for another replacement at 550. Brake check charges 520 and offers lifetime guarantee. Why would I go back to the place and pay again to a place that charged me 2800 total for the work and placed a bad strut?

This place is run by thieves. My van needed an alignment. After the alignment was "done", they said my car needs a new part "control arm and ball join assembly". After the alignment, when I drove the car, it was pulling right on its own, this was not the case before I took my van to Firestone. Mind you this is a relatively new van 2020 Honda Odyssey, about 39000 miles. I am the sole owner and in my mind its just not possible that it requires a new part unless something hit the car, which never happened. I took the van to Honda dealer in Katy, they completed the alignment, no problem whatsoever. There is no need for any new part. I paid more than $200 at Firestone. I would like my money back. I have before and after reports from Firestone and also from Honda Service in Katy. I will be filing a formal complaint to Better Business Bureau and to the local court for fraud and my time lost, unless my money is returned and lost time compensated.Firestone "recommended" brake-service and other work that "should be" done asap. I checked every point with Honda, in their multi-inspection report everything came out green.Date of Service at Firestone: 12/03/2023Date of Service at Honda: 12/04/2023My goal is to bring awareness for my fellow citizens to avoid this place. It is so disappointing that just for some business they are lying to people and creating more business for them. This is unethical and immoral and it is wrong at all levels.

Imagine paying over $1,200 for a set of tires and thinking "oh well, at least it includes tire rotations." Then when it's time for the first rotation you call well in advance and make an appointment. On the day, you get ready, drive there (50 mile round trip) and arrive 10 minutes early only to be told you'll have to wait an hour and a half before they can pull your vehicle in. Meaning you'll probably be there another 3 hours.FYI, before I got my bachelors in engineering I was a master technician.I did it myself in a fraction of the time, crisscross bolt pattern and torque specs included!Gave them 2 stars because there have been times they did a good job (excluding the time they scratched my wheel caps).Service: Tires

Katie and her team are absolutely amazing. I had my husband s car brought there by a towing company as I slammed into a curb and had some damage to the rim - amoung other problems. They helped me by replacing the parts that needed replacing in exceptional time! The manager even phoned me to discuss the extent of the damage. They made me feel at ease and were extremely professional. I highly recommend this branch!

I consistently have issues with this location. Every time I book on the app, the appointment shows scheduled and I get reminders that my appointment is coming up and then at the last minute or on my way to the shop even, I check my app, just because I expect bad service, and the appointment is cancelled. The few lucky times I have actually been able to get service here, the staff are always hanging out at that little desk in the shop on their phones while customers wait in the lobby. For such a tenured company who used to set the standard in the industry, I expected better.

On New Year s Eve my wife was on the verge of a blow out which we had no idea of till we stop for air. The technician that was airing up our tires pointed out the problem. The service we got from the team at this location especially on New Year s Eve was a blessing thank you. They assessed the situation and fixed the issue promptly. Their efficiency and professionalism saved us from a potential disaster on the road. We are extremely grateful for their help on such a hectic day. The team at this location went above and beyond to ensure our safety and peace of mind.

Horrible experience. Decided to get new tires and a tune up since they had my vehicle. A one day process turned into 4 days and getting my truck back with a check engine light on. Had no issues prior to them working on it. Ended up having to spend $2500 at the dealership to get it fixed. When I went to my truck to look at my tires I noticed they messed one of my rims up badly. Had I not seen this and drove off they would have never done anything. Now I have to go thru the inconvenience of driving 40 minutes from my house to get it repaired. Management there from the branch manager to store manager is horrible. I will definitely not be giving them anymore business.

Went to this Firestone twice Katie and I am sorry I don't remember the other guys name. I brought a 2005 4runner and a 2010 m3. These proper were beyond helpful they took a look at my issues, they didn't even charge me to reseat me tires for my m3 when another shop messed it up. Again thanks so much guys.

Joey A explained everything that was going on with my vehicle in detail. Broke down pricing and options. He helped me apply for financing to make sure I can get the most serious items taken care of. Checked on me a few times to make sure I was comfortable while waiting on my car being serviced.

Made an appointment for 9am the day before. Oil change and tire rotation. Get there half hour early only to be told my appointment don't matter. Then tried giving me an excuse my truck was to heavy. 1 ton single axle. I said really... because its been here before and was on that lift right over there in corner. Thats when the truth came out after he lied to me. Well we got that big utility van up on there right now and dont think we can get to you today at all. Never will I go back and I will let everyone else I know to do the same

Truck had a major death wobble and I was passing through for work. The staff was honest transparent and eager to help me. Suspension was fixed and I like my new tires too. Thanks to the whole team at this location.

This may be the worst review I have ever experienced, if I could give zero stars I would! my experience is that I took my truck 5 times to alienate they never gave me my truck well aligned, a worker was rude, he took my truck in a rude way and I handled it in a bad way, the worst part was today, the "Manager" Jaime V . He doesn't have any costumer service , he was a kick, very rude, I even laughed in mu face and I couldn't get a refund! I do not recommend this place! zero professionalism

I bought a battery here in January of 2021. Batteries come with 2 yr warranty. Woke up this morning (Nov 2022) and found my car completely dead. Didn't leave anything on. Which i understand it could happen. I call this place and I am told to come in. Cool. Get there, they kept me there for a whole hour, only to come back to say that they have to charge me for another battery and labor, since they don't carry the same battery. Huh??? But.. im... still... under... warranty?!?! THEN, I'm told I have to wait another hour, because they don't have any in store. Huh?? No inventory? At Firestone? So i decided to go to another location since i needed to get back to work. They tell me that if i decide to leave without changing the battery, i still have to pay for the labor. If its going to take you an hour to get the new battery, why would you remove my original one from my car, then charge full labor for it???? Also, another customer asked for a Spanish speaking person. She was told no one speaks Spanish and to come back tomorrow! THEY DO HAVE SOMEONE SPEAKING SPANISH HERE!!! And the manager is the one that told to representative to tell the customer that. In conclusion. Do yourself a favor and buy your battery somewhere else. Lifetime warranty isn't really that here. Oh! And the customer service is TERRIBLE!!!! WOW!!! The rep and manager were arguing with me at an elevated volume, and manager even tells me "im not going to argue with you" when I asked him to make sense of what he said. I have worked with people at this location before who were friendly and professional. Today??? Smh! I wish I had something nice to say about this place. But I can't seem to find one. Just a heads up.Service: Battery

Loved the service provided by the Firestone team. My AC was not working properly and got it fixed quick, even had shuttle service to my job while they worked on my car, making it super convenient for me.Customer service by Joey was excellent, he showed genuine care and honesty! 10/10 recommend talking to him if you want great service. The best customer service experience of my life. I had a flat on the highway and I was on a tight timeline to get to my destination. They went out of their way to go pickup a tire from another store, and I was outta there in less than 2 hours. Amazing experience!

Don't schedule an appointment online because it's useless the local branch approves it. Firestone is canceled for place I will do business.

I hate taking my car to the mechanics I usually have my husband to it but, I am a complete fan of this little auto spot they seem to always be very friendly and courteous they are very quick with getting you in and out. Jeremy and Katie have been very kind and reassuring.

Brought my truck in for inspection. They said I needed new shocks and new tires. I was surprised because they truck has very low mileage and the tires looked like they had good tread still. I went ahead and scheduled the replacement for the shocks. When I picked the truck up it seemed extra rough and bumpy. My adult daughter actually hit her head on the roof when she road in the back seat. I took the truck back and explained my concerns. They kept it a day and told me I should get the springs replaced because they looked damaged. What? I took the truck elsewhere for a second opinion. They said my tires looked good and the new shocks had been installed upside down! What??? I called Firestone and they offered to fix the problem for free. I turned down their offer and paid to get my truck fixed after they jacked it up. I likely never even needed new shocks. I m retired and only drive to the grocery store and stuff. What a shame that they try to trick people out of their money. I won t be back.

This place is the best place in our neighborhood for anything your vehicle needs. They are so great at explaining everything you feel so much comfort knowing exactly what your vehicle needs. I had a few things wrong with my vehicle and they were able to tell me why my check light was on. Told me I could replace it myself or visit my local mechanic and that way I could anticipate what my mechanic would tell me. The guy to always talk to there goes by Jose Canales. He s knowledgeable and gives great customer service. Definitely recommend coming here.
