Got my M serviced here by a great group of people! These guys are always very professional and are experts at everything they do. Randy helped schedule and make sure I was able to get the car in/serviced, and Troy being a long time family friend is a stand up A1 guy who knows these cars more than anyone I know. HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone looking to get things done right and in a timely manner.Service: Oil change

I bought a new used European car and wanted a mechanic to look it over for potential problems while it is still under the dealer warranty.I was very pleased with the encounter, follow-up, and timeliness. The manager was pleasant and understanding. I was told that their mechanics are highly trained and certified.Their pricing was reasonable as well.Everything went as promised.

The worst experience I've ever encountered In a "euro" shop. I went in for a diagnosis for a minor oil leak. Was sold a valve cover. (That I replaced 2wks prior to taking my vehicle in) I was told my vehicle was fixed. First attempt at picking up my vehicle. Leak was never addressed. Vehicle developed a tick. Returned the vehicle, within the hour. Told them nothing was addressed. Vehicle was still leaking. Plus the knock AND my F. Right bumper reflector that was clearly ripped off due to their carelessness. Left it there another two days. They called my significant other told her it was fixed. She brought it home. Against my statements that if it's acting the same, Leave it there until it's addressed. They claimed to have only changed the oil. For an almost 1 thousand dollar ticket. Told me I need a new engine. When the ticket VISIBLY stated NO ROD KNOCK. My car is a E46 m3. Ironically they had an Smg e46 m3 They claimed to have an extra motor "out back" for 10k. That was February 2023. It's December. No updates. No follow up. But Hey, no more oil leak. Vehicles been down since. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with an "enthusiast" shop. I'm out a vehicle. Been renting and borrowing vehicles since this idiotic ordeal that has YET To be addressed. Unless you need BASIC maintenance, like a 800 dollar oil change. Do NOT use these CONMEN. They will rob you if not steal parts off your car for their benefit. If you care about your car. You'd be smart to find a better shop, with true enthusiasts. Not these YouTube mechanics. Epitome of shady mechanics.

I brought my car here for oil services, dropped it off in the morning and it was ready in the afternoon. They performed the inspection on my car and gave me a run down of their findings.. zero pressure. Randy was very helpful and friendly. I asked him for costs on repairs, he said he d send me totals the following day, and sure enough the next day I had an email from him with totals.

Wouldn t recommend this place unless you know what your doing and your ready to watch them like a hawk! Took my car here running and after months of repair and over 4k spent my car isn t running at all! And conveniently Randy always has an excuse! Very poor ethics at this place! Save yourself a headache and go someplace else!

I hit up Randy to get some interior stuff done cuz the sun was killin my wood trim. They fixed that and my inside passenger door handle. They even hooked me up with a ride home cuz I had to leave my car .

Took my daughters car there for a diagnostic check it was towed there because it wasn t running. I got a call saying I should probably take it up the street to Mercedes to have it diagnosed and then a call shortly afterward saying it was starting. When we got there to pick it up I was told by Randy it was $540 I bit much for a diagnostic I don t know if a mechanic shop in town that charges you by the hour to diagnosis your car. I have always taken my car there and felt like I got great service when Sam is there and a fair price. I have been loyal to this place but I guess they don t appreciate loyal customers or need my business anymore. Very disappointed

Had a great experience here. Sadly they could not fix all my cars issues (dealer level coding was required). They spent a lot of diagnostic time on my car and they did not charge me for that since the issue could not be fixed by them. They could have easily stuck me with a diagnostic fee but chose not too and for that they now have a regular customer. For general maintenance and troubleshooting, I wont bring my car anywhere else. You can tell this place is ran by people who like cars and want to be around them, and that inspires a lot of confidence as a customer.

Kudos to Sam, Randy and their crew! I've stopped by this place last year because I saw all the cool cars sitting outside. Spoke with a few of the guys. Really good first impression. So when I had an issue with my old 93 Mercedes I couldn't figure out, I brought my hooptie to Euro Logic. They quickly solved the issue and i was back to cruisin! Special shout out to Troy who knows the ins and outs of these old and sometimes stubborn cars. If you got a classic especially a European classic, then by all means bring it to the guys at Euro Logic.Service: Electrical repair

Referred by warranty provider. My son is in Houston for school and his recently purchased Audi started leaking oil and coolant. It was fixed timely and he is satisfied with the repairs thus far. 4 stars because sometimes it is hard to get through on the phones.

I had the oil change on my 2015 Audi S4 at an acceptable price. There it was one mistake on their part of not replacing the oil pan washer which need to be replace on every oil change, wich later cause an oil leak on my garage floor, nice mess for me to clean up.The provide an apology an corrected the problem.Will continue to do business with them, and hope for more attention to details on all areas.

Had the most pleasant experience bringing my 95 BMW M3 to this shop. Sam worked with me in identifying the leak my car was having. They quoted me about 40 percent less then the dealer. They had my car back to me in a little under 48 hours. I'm definitely going to be a return customer.

Everything started of great when I first began coming here however, upon bringing it in due to an axel and suspension issue things seemed to change. The communication was off. I was told that the car was ready on several occasions, took an uber, only to find out the car was not fixed and it was an error. Once the car was finished I had to bring the car back as there were still suspension issues. 6 months later the car starts to pull and the traction light comes on. I take it in to the dealership to only find out the aftermarket parts on the car (they were reimbursed by my insurance for Audi parts) were faulty and everything that they had originally fixed had failed. Upon contacting them the only thing I was told was to contact the warranty company that they use. Regardless it's a disappointing experience and am hoping to get the issue fixed appropriately without having to pay for something that was originally paid via insurance.

Everyone there is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all, trustworthy. I am extremely satisfied with their work! I appreciate the honesty and knowledge. They will be the only business that I will ever trust with my vehicle. The service was exceptional!

Sam and the guys are soo professional,I took my 2008 s550 benz in ,they took care of me when others couldn't, and they are reasonably priced,if you are looking to get it done right the first time check these guys out..Thanks Euro Logik...

The Best European auto shop. I've taken my Volkswagen to the dealer and other European auto shops but non have paid attention to the car like they have here. The staff is great and there's a cohesion to the team here. The techs will explain everything that needs to be done, give you different options, as well as give you an insight on how different components will affect the vehicle. There is a wealth of knowledge at this establishment and i would highly advise to skip the dealership and get any work done here instead.

I was recommended highly by coworker, sure thing they tick all the boxes, when it comes to true professionalism.I had all sort of quotes on AC of my car, and was looking to spend big bucks, and shared this with my friend who recommended Euro Logik, I have them a shot and they came through. The AC is running like new for over three weeks now. Will definitely going back to them for all car service.The management checked up on you and keep you posted, which is hard to find these days.Good job Euro Logik and keep up the good work.

What a great experience I had at Euro Logik. Service was extraordinary and the management was very welcoming. I took my car for service in the morning and the work was completed under the estimated time frame. I received the text to come and pick up the car. Facility is outclass you will get to see some exclusive driving machines staged in the showroom. My favorite is NSX is there as well.If you want to get your car serviced and looking for a great place with reliable and accurate pricing than this is a place to go.I highly recommend it.

Great guys. I stopped by with a question and they spent an hour with me and my car helping me diagnose a minor issue in their spare time. Just wanted an educated conversation and that s exactly what I got. Nobody else would even talk to me without dropping the car off for a few days. I understood they had other things to work on but I appreciated the opportunity to talk with them about my concern. I will definitely take my BMW and my Mercedes here when I have a bigger problem.

Sam and the crew at Euro Logik are fabulous, and I feel lucky to have found them. I searched for independent Volvo mechanics after being quoted more than half my little C30's value by the dealer to repair the AC. For third of the dealer's ask, Euro Logik gave me an understandable diagnosis, and did excellent work tracking down the actual problem and taking the repair by logical steps. And, my dear little car came back shiny inside and out, looking better than the day I purchased it. It's clear Euro Logik cares about its customers and their cars.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Fast and Impeccable service. I have a hard time trusting auto shops but this place was about 50% off of what the Mercedes dealership was charging. No add ons. No extras. No gimmicks. And that means a lot to me. Honest and reliable place for all your luxury auto needs. Highly recommend! Thank you! We will see you again at my next service.And an added bonus they filled up my gas tank!!!!!

I definitely recommend this place and I can say this is where my husband and I will be taking my Mercedes from now on. They are very professional and friendly. I came in with a charging issue on my 2004 E55 AMG. They quoted me for an alternator replacement and I went ahead with the service. When I walk in to pay, they tell me that the bill is HALF because the alternator is fine, and something else was the issue so I didn't need to buy a new alternator. They really care for the customer and took time out of their busy days to really talk to me 1 on 1 about my car and other issues that was wrong with it that should be taken care of. They were a joy to work with, professional, and don't try to waste your time with stuff you don't need. I'll trust them with my car anytime in the future. Thank you so much Sam & Troy and Euro Logik team! Car runs great!

Super clean facility, and a very educated staff! Took my BMW 335i in for some basic maintenance, and the car was given a very thorough check up to make sure there were no other issues that were unknown to me. Troy is super knowledgeable, honest, and doesn't cut any corners. These guys actually care about you, which is hard to say for alot of shops. They have earned a customer for life.

In the entire houston Metro area, there are a grand total of 2 places where I trust the mechanics with my vehicles (and trusting with my vehicles is a real big deal for me) apart from a Sewell dealership, this is the only place I trust. Sam is very helpful in guiding clients with what needs to be done, what else can be done and what doesnt need to be done. Troy and Leo provide some of the cleanest and highest quality work I have ever seen (and I have used many mechanics in the past).This is not the cheapest mechanic shop out there but it is by far one of the highest quality places I have used. I recommend everyone I know to them and they really take care of their clients.Note: I am not paid to provide this review nor am I compensated in any way. This is my honest feedback based on service and quality I have experienced there.

Awesome place, very knowledgeable, fixed a lot of extra things at no charge. They will do whatever they can to get your car back to 100%. I will be returning here in the future for any needs for my BMW, and highly recommend anyone else do the same.
