Stopped into this discount tire location to have my tire checked for what I thought was a possible puncture. I can't say enough about the service I received from both Corbin and Jasmine - they were awesome!!! Corbin met me at my car before I could even walk up to thee door, greeted me, was super friendly, and very helpful. He helped me determine that I did not have a puncture in my tire. He didn't charge me a thing, and gave me all the time I needed until all my questions and concerns were addressed. After he helped me Jasmine checked the air in each of my tires to make sure they were perfectly inflated. Again she was very nice, helpful, and didn't charge me a thing. I was blown away by these two employees and their kindness and professionalism. They made me a customer for life with Discount Tire company!!! Keep up the great work Jasmine and Corbin and thank you to Discount Tire Co. for doing such a great job of hiring and training such top notch people!

This is the first time I have been to this discount tire and I want to say first hand that their customer service is exceptional. It started with Elijah greeting me and asking what my visit was for today. He was extremely friendly and professional with not just me, but the cars ahead of me as well. He recommended that I head inside to let the staff inside know what I was looking for.I was then helped by Tyler( the Assistant manager). I was helped in a timely manner and with extreme professionalism. Tyler then went to check the mileage and gather additional info for you on my vehicle needed. While he was out checking the vehicle, Michael sparked a friendly and engaging conversation with me. I felt as if I had met an immediate friend which for me is very rare! As a long time manager in the fitness industry that thrives off great customer service , I was extremely impressed with everyone here at Discount tire! I highly recommend them for when you need a safe and dependable set of wheels! Keep up the great work!

Very professional as well as courteous salespeople and technicians who went above and beyond for this customer. I ordered 3 very cheap tires through their website and unfortunately they didn t have them in stock as opposed to what the website said. So, as compensation they gave me an extra tire and upgraded them to a better brand free of charge! I wish I could give y all 6 stars, thank you!

Manager helped us reset the tire light and assured us the tires were fine. He told us to replace one back tire when we can. Helpful, free advice, with no waiting a Saturday!

Patrick was so helpful. I arrived just after 6pm and they were still pleased to help me out with my tire that had a screw in it and lost 10lbs of pressure while driving on I10 in traffic. Very thankful for the employees at this location.

Had a set of tire sensors replaced here, booked an online appointment, was seen almost immediately on arrival near appointment time, and was in and out. Everything went smoothly. Impressed with the customer service at this location; special shoutout to Tyler who helped me with an issue that appeared after the installation and quickly addressed it on return and got me in and out. Would definitely come back here for tires when the time comes!

Brought my vehicle in for a patch against my better judgement.Waited an hour and a half to be told there was a patch on the inner sidewall of my new tire (purchased somewhere else).Funny, i am now told they legally can't put the tire back on. Or my spare. Held here and required to purchase a tire before I leave. "Luckily" they had 1 used one that "just happens to fit" for a discount.Never coming back. There should be a case action against this place. There is a difference between safety and taking your money by force and coercion.

I went here to go check why I had a low tire pressure consistently. The worker TJ was very quick and efficient. He helped us out by checking out. What was the problem? When multiple people told us that it was fine and the entire time there was a nail. It was so small that others had missed it, but we got a new tire and as always, they helped us out. We literally come here all of the time for our tire needs and I recommend that you go here to when you need a tire.

This is the second time I go here for a patch and this happens . If your not going to do it right because it's free just start charging so maybe your techs will do the job correctly . Luckily I was at home when this happened and not on the road.

I had already gone to three other places in the area only to be told they couldn t help me. My tire had a hole in it and nowhere had my tire in stock. Patrick and Michael were extremely patient and took the time to explain all of the options I had available to me. They told me they would attempt the repair, and order the tire so it would be on the way in the event that the repair wasn t successful. Needless to say they were able to repair it and had me out within an hour.They also checked my wipers and suggested future items of maintenance so I can be safe on the road. In total, they were so genuine and I could tell I was in good hands. I will be back if I ever have any issues in the future

I wish I could make it a negative 5 stars. I sat at the free air check for 30 min and after a while it starts raining to which the tech comes out and says it's closed. Which is understandable because of the rain, but I and my two children were waiting long before the rain came.

Ordered tires. Was told they would be there monday. Come Wednesday they still have not arrived. Lucky i dont need them till the weekend or i would be pretty upset.

I had an accident in the road and I needed to chance my tires asap. I went to my dealership and they where asking for $900 plus $260 on interest for TWO TIRES! I went next door and met with Tyler, he went far and beyond to help me. I dont know anything about tires but he took the time to explain all my options and I was amazed by the price, it was like 70% less than the dealership, guarantee, certificate and installation plus no interest if I decide on finance. I can't be more grateful with Tyler. I am so happy, I will definitely come back to replace the back tires! You won a loyal customer! Thank you again Tyler!

I liked these guys, I went there because of a tip from a friend, and they fixed my flat tire for free. And they gave me awareness about tires usage and which and when to change the tires with some in house facility. I think I am gonna work with the guys. Worth dropping them a visit.

Patrick really took great care of us, I had made made my appointment at another location and Patrick said don't worry about it, we will take care of you, they had me in and out even though I didn't have an appt there...tha KS guys for everything....highly recommend this location

We purchased tires online with Discount Tire. The next morning I brought our car for them to be installed. There were no problems at the dealership. They took my car within a few minutes and installed the tires. Then they personally told me it would be pulled to the front in a few minutes. Awesome quick, personal service!

I am frequently buyer of tires for trucks I own a hotshot company and of all the locations I have ever been to throughout the US this store has left me perplexed. I cane here 2 buy 2 new tires and explained I had a bed tps censor amd the rep who worked with me didn't even check it while it was in the bay it came out with not even being checked. He then came outside to check it with me and basically said take it back to the store thar installed it that store was in Ohio . I have never seen that happen At any store before today. They usually take very good care of me as a customer but not today big let down Discount big let down

Went in to air up a low tire and they found a worn tire! Next day I had two new Michelen tires and they threw in two new wiper blades!! I m safe and good to go! Yay Discount Tire!!!

Went here because I had a flat. They told me the tire was too flat and I needed a new one. It went flat again by the time I got home. Had to go to another discount tire (the one in the heights) to find out there was nothing wrong with the tire and I needed a new rim. The second discount tire wanted me to pay for a whole new rim telling me that there was damage on the original tire. The first guy at the heights locations who helped me already told me there was nothing on the slip about anything being actually wrong with the original tire. Do not go here. They will scam you. They will probably not even actually look at the issue. Especially do not go here if you re not experienced in cars, they will not take care of you and will take advantage of you as much as possible.

Make an appointment and you'll be out in no time.Tony the assistant manager was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to get my tires installed same day when they didn't have enough stock. Fantastic service.
