I changed two tires on November 7. A tire valve was fitted other than the original tire valve. I went to pick it up the next day. They didn't say sorry and told me to wait, saying they were busy.I waited for more than 20 minutes and asked again. How long do I have to wait.. They were angry with me and told me to keep waiting because I was busy. It's not the consumer's fault. Just give me mine. They are so rude. I wouldn't recommend this place.A few months later, there's still no answer

I have been coming to this Discount Tire location for several years for replacement tires, sensor fixes, tire leaks. I make an appointment and I'm always serviced on time. Excellent customer service and have had no issues. Wait time has always been sufficient and never excessive. Everyone who works here is professional and respectful.

Tristen and the rest of the team did a great job putting new tires on my truck. I have used this shop since I could drive in 2008. For tires, I recommend them 100% of the time.

If the establishment successfully performs its core functions, such as selling tires and addressing flat tire issues, I would typically rate it at 3 stars. Going above and beyond, particularly in assisting customers to choose suitable tires and offering cost-saving options, would warrant additional stars in my evaluation.However, my experience at this particular store leads me to deduct stars, settling at a 1-star rating. The primary reason for this rating is the perceived need for improvement in their system.My initial concern arose when I was informed that I had not properly maintained my tires according to their recommendations, rendering all certificates and mileage warranties void. Fortunately, I had retained all receipts to demonstrate my adherence to maintenance guidelines.Furthermore, I find it disconcerting that the staff did not thoroughly examine the tire history before suggesting the immediate need for new tires. In my case, a tire with a 65,000-mile warranty only endured 18 months of use and had a remaining tread depth of 2/32. Shouldn't this trigger a consideration for a treadwear warranty claim rather than a straightforward recommendation to purchase new tires? This approach feels more like an attempt to sell rather than genuinely assisting the customer.In conclusion, I believe it is essential for consumers to safeguard their finances by familiarizing themselves with warranty terms and acquiring basic maintenance knowledge. Regrettably, my experience with Discount Tire has led me to perceive it as just another ordinary tire place.

I just had a flat tire fixed at the Discount Tire store, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The staff was efficient, friendly, and, to my surprise, there was no charge for the repair. I appreciate their professionalism and generosity. Highly recommended for their excellent customer service!

Excellent service. Great deal on tires, similar or better than other tire retailers such as Costco, walmart, etc. However, they had much more availability on appointments so I was able to schedule next day service.My appointment was at 1:30pm. It took 5 min to get checked in and then my car was in the bar at 1:55pm. They finished up by 2:15pm.Git a new set of Michelin Defender 2 tires and they were new from the June 2023 production batch (last 4 digits after DOT giving week and year of when produced)They offer free rotation every 5-6k miles. Will visit again.

These guys are fantastic. Had new tires put on my truck. The next day realizing they weren't the right fit for what we use truck for they swapped them out. Quick service even on a busy day. Always smiling and polite.

Excellent service, the text message system works well to keep you informed of your vehicle status. Service Advisors are knowledgeable. Having tires shipped to an installer is sooo much more convenient than gambling on whether or not they'll have your size and type of tire - mine were shipped directly from Tire Rack to Discount Tire.

We have always worked with discount and experienced friendly and helpful staff, but the Cinco Ranch office is particularly excellent. Thanks to Trace and the team. Not the cheapest tires, but the best for our family s need. Today was nail repair and we were in/out in 20m even though they were fully scheduled.

Front staff was helpful and efficient, but the guys in the back need to pay a bit more attention to detail. I appreciate that my car was done so fast, but I wouldn't mind waiting a bit longer if it meant not getting my rims scratched up.

Wife jeep goes there for rotation , I go to do brakes and the lug nut is so stripped you can t get tire off. I ve had several problems with my truck and losing center caps because there lazy people working there. This place is horrible and I recommend people not use them. All they want is your money and send u on your way. Now can t drive vechicle until we find a way to fix.

The employees are very rude and dishonest. They will try and rip you off by scaring you of tire thread and viper. Always try to find way to sell you something you don t need. I drove 10k miles without issue after they said it is dangerous to drive! How come it s dangerous after 50k with remaining 5 and 6 tire thread with a 70k Michelin warranty? Also, they won t do price match per their policy. They will only sell you for the price they want to sell you by dishonoring one or other things in a purely greedy way!My review is totally based on this specific location only and not for Discount tire in general. I have had great experiences in other locations!

Excellent and well organized store. I greatly appreciate the team in helping me troubleshoot and fix an annoying vibration after a new set of tires. I had to come back a few times but at the end the results are good. Particularly big shouts out to Eric, Ricky, Tracie, and Sebastian and others that I can't remember their names. Thank yall!

very grateful for how Erik took care of my teenage son, when he came to them with a blown out tire that happened while I was out of town. Eric was very understanding and made the whole process and experience to remember especially for my son s first experience with Discount tire.

Yesterday I went for my regular tire checkup at this Discount Tire location. I received very bad attention from the salesman Agust�n B. It is not the first time, several weeks ago I went to check the air in the tires, and he was serving outside and his attention was terrible. I like to go to Discount Tire, in fact I pay Insurance with them for my tires, but I will have to change stores.

Best experience buying tires in decades... I shopped around online and found Discount Tire had very competitive prices, plus a rebate from Goodyear. I bought the tires online, made an appointment online, and showed up about five minutes early. There was just one person ahead of me at the counter, so I was checked in quickly; there was no sales pitch for extended warranties, roadside service, or any other add-ons. Five minutes later my car was on the lift and twenty minutes after that they were handing me the keys.

Had an appointment and was treated horribly by the first sales rep to assist me. Was made to stand at the back of the line for another 15 minutes to see another technician who was extremely helpful and provided great customer service. I would return despite how rude "Eric" was.

Please avoid this place, especially if you re a woman.The service I received from this location was appalling. I had a screw in the tread of my tire and one of the assistants said I need a new tire right away. He was going to charge me for a brand new tire without seeing if they can try to take out the screw. He said it s too close to the shoulder to be fixed.It wasn t the info he told me that annoyed me, it was how he treated me. He smirked and was insensitive about helping me find a solution. I understand tires for specific cars may not be in stock, but he told me the tires I got (I bought a year ago at Discount Tires, different location) are no longer provided by DT. He was trying to scam by making me buy a different tire and it would probably more expensive. When I said what should I do if I have to wait for this tire, he said to continue driving the car with the screw in it!I had a gut feeling something was off, so I went to get a second opinion. Fortunately, another tire place took out the screw and said there was no hole in the tire and it saved me at least $100 for a new tire.When in doubt, always go to a different place for a second opinion.

After waiting 30 minutes for air to be added to my tires, I was told "We have a line out the door and need to attend to customers first & it's a free service" in a don't care you've been waiting tone. I AM your customer! I buy my tires from you guys! I will be emailing corporate about this. 4 people in those 30 minutes and no one could take a quick 2 minutes. I understand it's a free service but a sign saying no air tire service when they are unwilling to do it would be nice.

I came in to purchase a tire (run flats) for my wife's car. We just had a newborn and we didn't want any issues with the rear tire running out of air daily. Erik took a look at my tire and was able to repair it. I will definitely be returning to purchase any tires needed from this store due to that experience. Erik was professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate it!

I always have a great experience at this place. It is always busy, so my recommendation is to make an appointment. If you buy new tires here, I would recommend getting the road hazard coverage. They fix flats for free, but by having the coverage you can rest assured they will make every effort to fix the flat before they have to replace the tire. There have been two times where they recommended I replace worn tires/old wiper blade and these recommendations were all accurate.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement, Wiper blade installation

I felt the front desk sales people and the technicians worked in a very professional manner.It wasn't clear what tire my car needed. It turned out the original tires I had were discontinued. They called the manufacturer and found out the replacement tire and had it in the store that afternoon.While waiting for the tires to come in I found a competitor was running a sale on that tire. After showing it to Discount Tire they willingly matched the price.The technicians took care with the car and got the installation done in a timely manner. They only issue I had was with the air pressure, two of the tires were not at the recommend setting. A problem I took care of at home.

They're always trying to upsell with tire salesmen who are commission based. Somehow my tires are always worn out and they'll replace my un-repairable tires with ones that provide a lower warranty mileage. There's always some scapegoat tactic to avoid paying for tires under the certificate or warranty. On top of that, they can't even wipe down or wash the white lubricant off the new tires and rims. I end up paying hundreds of dollars to them each time I visit.
