Brandon was very helpful. Although we spent a lot more than we were planning on spending he still helped me get a new helmet for me and my wife along with a duo cardo system. They even installed my system for me and it is flawless. I am very happy with my selection and will happily go back very soon for some more accessories and gear. Thank you very much Brandon and Cycle Gear for helping me stay safe and visible on the road!!

I've been a customer of Cycle Gear for years and I have always had good service. This was my first time in their Katy store and it was no exception. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous while they were helping my wife with a new helmet.

I went in looking for my first jacket. Jeremy was super helpful and very knowledgeable. He made me feel like he actually wanted to find the right jacket for me and not just the most expensive one. I really appreciated how welcoming he was. Will definitely be recommending this location to everyone!

The whole team at this location that I interacted with was great. I was in there for a couple hours really feeling out the new gear I was picking up and they were always available for my questions.I just got back into riding and decided to update all my gear. I had always gone to cycle gear on 45 but wanted to try this one by 1-10 and it is so big it blew me away.Great service, btw they were closing and told me stay as long as I need to, pretty amazing. I would not of purchased as much as I did had it not been for the clean/organized location and friendly staff

Had the Katy store reserve a tire for me they emailed me when they confirmed it was there I went down gave my name and someone brought the tire up. The only negative was that I stood up front to check out for probably about ten minutes waiting for someone to take my money but besides that everyone was friendly and helpful

What an amazing place and the customer service was over the top!Jamel was our salesperson and did we use use his time, he was able to assist other customers while answering every question or concern we had. Jamel was EXTREMELY knowledgeable on both the helmet we purchased as well as the communication system we added. Kudos to Cycle Gear and what an OUTSTANDING Salesperson you have in Jamel!Thank You!We'll be back!!

Needed new helmet, gloves, and boots for riding. Joe was super helpful. He helped me find gear that was safe, stylish, and in my budget! Huge selection. Joe was very patient with me explaining the features of each product. While we were shopping for boots, Joe even downloaded software for and charged my Bluetooth headset in my helmet! Definitely recommend this place if you have a motorcycle and I will be back next time I need some gear.

Stopped in the Katy location looking for vest extensions. Walked in and amazed at how big the store was. This was my first time in at this location, to say I was impressed would be an understatement. Super friendly staff. I found what I needed and made the purchase.

I bought my first helmet yesterday from here and the experience was great. Mind you I arrived at 6:30 and they close at 7. I didn t feel rushed, multiple associates were helping me choose the right helmet for me and making sure when I get on the road that I have the best protection. I ll be coming back soon to get a jacket and other things!

The staff were very kind , helpful , knowledgeable and encouraging on our new quest to explore motorcycles and all the necessary gear. I particularly appreciated Jamal and his knowledge of helmets , Steve and Brandon for help with clothing and Joe at the till for his help on back guards , his patience and politeness when our card kept being rejected for some unknown reason. All sorted out in the end. All really nice staff who obviously enjoy their job. Thanks for your help guys.

I stopped by to purchase a new communication headset. The staff was courteous and very knowledgeable about the brands and specifications of each. After my purchase they installed the headset free of charge. I was on my way within 20 minutes.

I was walking in to buy my first jacket, and Jerry took me through the entire process. He was very knowledgeable on budget friendly, but effective safety equipment. Every worker there just wants to talk bikes with you. Must stop by if you're in the area!

Love this store.Almost everything I need I can get here.I have multiple jackets, helmets, gloves, tires and pants from here.Staff is hit or miss either amazing or not.Good prices. Biggest selection.When they first opened (pictures) there was a lot of wasted space. Hopefully they ll keep on filling it with more sizes and stuff for ladies.

The Cyclegear Katy location is by far the best store in Houston. They have lots of stock and all of the people that work there are always very helpful and friendly. Cyclegears return policy is excellent also.

I needed to replace a tire on my bike and Cycle Gear has great prices. I was going to be in the Katy area that evening but I was 30 minutes away and they closed in an hour. I called ahead of time to confirm they could still mount and balance. They checked with the tire guy asap and told me to head that way. Once I arrived, they had me in and out in about 10 minutes. They also matched the online price since it was a little cheaper than store price. Great customer service! I will definitely go there again!

Jamal at the katy, Texas location, was very profesional and knowledgeable. I haven't shopped for a helmet in 15 yrs and things have changed alot. He came thru and gave me ALL the knowledge I needed to make a quality purchase and then also installed my Cardo Bluetooth, would recommend him anytime.

The store in Katy TX is one of the best cycle shops to visit. Went in yesterday for a new Cardo and the crew was extremely helpful. Was surprised the price on the Cardo was less than what you can get it directly from Cardo, and they had a ton in stock.

Bought tires, tubes and rim liners online and had them shipped to CG. I go with my wheels after getting an email saying everything is in. The guy says he gets off in 15 minutes and can't get it done today and no tire tech will be in until Monday. Okay, I guess I'll have to wait. I decide to grab a bite to eat in the area and get a call before I walk into the restaurant. The guy says, "I went ahead and stayed a little late to take care of your wheels. They're ready." WHAAAATTT? I rush back to personally thank him before he leaves. I thank him and he even helps the guy at the register ring up the service and offers to carry my stuff out to the truck. I tell him "That's okay, you've done enough for me." He still carries out the old tunes and liners and drops the tailgate on my truck so I don't have to set the wheels down. Now that's real customer service! Thanks Stephen T. You just made me the most loyal Katy Cycle Gear customer for life.

We drove to Houston from Port Arthur and immediately as we walked into this super large store we were impressed from the get go. We were greeted right away and offered help with our needs to purchase 2 new Shoei helmets. This store had the most incredible selection I have ever seen. The gentleman that helped us with our helmets was very knowledgeable and extremely nice and helpful. We also bought intercom adapters and some gloves. I love how every person that works in this store and in every section was so interactive with us. Also, did I mention huge selection for all your cycle needs. Thank you so mucht to everyone who worked with us to make our trip so easy and pleasurable. Thank you so much for offering lower prices and discounts. This retired Army Veteran appreciates it that there are still businesses in the USA that honor Military. Just purchased two helmets from here customer service was amazing. The manager was awesome very knowledgeable. Staff got everything done quickly. Honestly if I had to read them one to 10. I ll give them a 20. You guys are amazing. Keep up the amazing energy.

Had a great experience overall got my dirt bike tires swapped out and he did it within an hour and did a great job! Kaley had a great attitude was nice and very helpful I was able to get my parts and was in and out!

Okay, so I have to tell you about the difference between Cycle Gear and your local shop. 1) If you're looking for it, these guys have it! The selection of gear is top notch. 2) Dakota, the guy who helped me out, went out of his way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. My local shop, Conroe Area, hardly come out from around the counter for a $500 dollar sale. These guys treat every customer like they are about to drop 10 grand on their gear. Best customer service I've ever experienced. 3) Great deals! Not only is their selection aces, their prices are great...and be sure to let them know you're a veteran. Love this place, highly recommend!

As much as I appreciate not being bothered by salespeople when shopping, at some point it s okay to check on customers to see if they need any assistance. I had to interrupt the staff s social hour at the checkout counter to ask for help with finding a different sized helmet, and then had to wait for another employee to be called over to assist us.Very poor customer service!
