I went by one of their other locations, but my repairs were time sensitive, so they called the Katy location and sent me over there. Everyone was straight with me about the work needing to be done and difficulties involved. They made other service recommendations as well. Their customer service is second to none. I really appreciated their level of service. I'll be going back.

Keith took my order to have a tail light replaced on my vehicle. It was done within 20 minutes and the pricing was cost-effective. Pleasant, professional, and prompt. Take your vehicle here, where you get good service and excellent work.

Kevin and the crew at Clutch Automotive are the best at being great people and at customer service. They care about their customers wellbeing as well as taking care of their vehicles. All are pleasant, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. Once my car is fixed, I do not have to take it in again for the same problem. Keep up the great work Guys and thanks for being who you are as genuine, caring people.

Always quick service with reasonable prices. All repairs and recommended work is clearly explained with no sales pressure. Have used Clutch several times. Will continue to and recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable repair shop!

It couldn't have been a better experience. Kevin was outstanding, he found a man to do the job at another station. That man came over and I came at the same time and it could not have worked out better, the entire staff treated me very nice they were all cordial and wonderful right up to the front desk . It couldn't have been better. Kevin the manager, could not have been better

We went in for a State Inspection on our SUV. The attendant was courteous and professional and described what will happen and the expected wait time. It was reasonable and we were able to get the service done in less than 30 minutes. They also inspected the whole vehicle to be sure any other service issues were known. Its was a great place to service our vehicle and we will return for any issue.

I took my son's car here after another shop in Cypress didn't want to help due to poor customer service. Kevin stepped up and took care of the car without hesitation. He exceeded my expectations and took care of my concerns with the car. The car was fixed and is now running well. Thank you Clutch Automotive for taking care of our vehicle.

The customer service is great! I enjoy talking to them and they are good at what they do. They don't pressure you to get work done either. So my boyfriend discovered this place back in 2020 when he needed an oil change for his Avalanche and then he started taking my car there. So eventually I started going when he couldn t bring my vehicle. Being a female most car places tend to take advantage or try to up the price thinking females are clueless. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here I feel welcomed. Whether it s having small talk about our Jordan collections or car being tuned, I always have a good time. They changed the name but the atmosphere an experience is still the same.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

After fixing many issues on my car still had to takeit back in and they said it was my battery. It s aNew battery and they won t take it back or replaceit since it s new. We had several things done at Clutchand it was all expensive. You d think that only takinga few moments looking at my car and saying it s abad battery, and doing nothing about it, there wouldbe no charge. Nope. Over $100. Guess old cars andold people are out of luck.

My friend recommended them. My oil change was done faster than they estimated. Good price, and it goes on your CarFax record. Update: This time I also got my car inspected. I made an appointment, but you can walk in. It did not take them long at all. I was very satisfied. Bonus: Nice waiting area with snacks. Staff seems friendly and professional.Service: Oil change

What a difference when a little TLC is applied to a 22yr. old pickup. Clutch Automotive did an excellent job in resolving numerous issues my pickup truck was having. My truck runs better now than it ever has in a very long time. Thank you.

Been brining my vehicles here since moving to Katy 2014. The ENTIRE TEAM are WARM but PROFESSIONAL. The service provided is ALWAYS TOP NOTCH. AND they don't take advantage to single women. Plus thier prices are far less than having your vehicles serviced at the dealership!

The second I walked in the door I was greeted by Kevin and he was friendly and personable! My car was ready when they said it would be and the cost was reasonable. The team at Clutch is super fantastic and I will be going there again for future services.
