We were involved in an accident in 2/2024. From the moment I walked into Classic Collision I experienced excellent customer service! Nolan, the Service Advisor handling my account kept me informed throughout the entire process. He always returned my phone calls quickly and took the time to explain the process. Towards the end of the process Freddy, the general manager went above to resolve an issue with my car. I can not thank him enough for his patience and assistance. In such a stressful time they helped to make it a bit better. My car was repaired quickly and with quality work. I am thankful for everyone's hard work and the excellent service I received. I highly recommend them!

Worst job ever! We had two cars damaged by the April2023 Hailstorm. We had to bring in each car over 7 times each because they couldn t get the job done right. They broke an interior panel and replaced it. In January, I tried using my rear defogger and thought it was not working. I went to Hyundai for service work and found out Classic never reconnected the defroster. They also found the panel that Classic replaced was broken on the inside. Took over two months for them to finally reimburse me and order a new panel. I had to call a lawyer for guidance and call corporate for them to finally take action. They also damaged my head liner and had to replace it. I called corporate and the regional manager was to contact me, which he never did.On the second car, they also damaged the head liner and had to replace it. They also couldn t install the sunroof trim correctly after several tries and ended up having to outsource it. They kept installing new ones with major creases. They also installed an exterior trim incorrectly and it flew off while we were driving. They had to reimburse us for that also because we had Mazda take care it since we didn t trust them to do it right anymore.I would recommend using a totally different shop and wouldn t trust them with a box of Legos. Do not use if you care about your car!

I had not had to deal with an insurance claim before my hail incident so I wanted to make sure I did my research to find the best location to take my vehicle. I went/interviewed four different locations. My first stop was at Katy Classic Collision. Freddy took the time to walk me through what to expect throughout the process and give me a general idea of the repairs that would be needed based on the damage. He was patient with all of the questions I asked and was able to give me an estimate for additional work I wanted to have done outside of the insurance claim. After visiting Classic Collision, I went to the three other locations and to say I was underwhelmed would be an understatement. I didn't feel they had the knowledge, expertise, or customer service that I received at Classic Collision.Throughout the repair, I worked closely with Ana. Despite my frequent calls to check the status, she was patient and provided updates throughout the process. I appreciated the company's hospitality, transparency, and communication during the repair and helping me navigate the process. While customer service is important, so is the quality of the work. I got my car back and it looks phenomenal! They even cleaned the inside of it for me, which was an unexpected surprise.Overall, I highly recommend this Classic Collision location for repairs. They really helped make a stressful task less daunting and provided me with confidence my car would be repaired well taken car of, which it was.

Unfortunately I am a repeat customer. Not a place you want to visit more than once. But living where we live, it's bound to happen. Both times vehicles needed repairs this was our go to place. As I walk in the door I'm greeted with a smile and by name. (Either they have a really good memory or I've had to spend way too much time there) anyways. Great service, friendly staff. Definitely the place to go for repairs

Pro Care was phenomenal. Dropped my car off on Monday by 9/20/21 and it was ready for pickup on 9/24/21. Five days earlier than originally expected. The repair looks fantastic and like new. Will definitely use Pro Care for any future needs. My service advisor Eric Sanchez was top notch. They buffed out a scuff mark that was not part of the reported damage and touched up a small scratch with paint without me asking.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Classic Collision Katy has a great relationship working with retired or needy veterans. I was with a retired vet who won a vehicle. We were greeted by an awesome group of people who treated us very well with snacks, speeches, and, of course, the unveiling of the car. The person who won the car was moved to tears as were those of us in her group. A big Salute to these people, and thanks for the wonderful, moving experience...

We have used this Classic Collision (CC) location for over 10 years. The service and quality of workmanship from the prior owners and the current ones is outstanding. Most recently, CC worked on both my car and my daughter s and we could not have been happier with the results. Armando in particular provided excellent estimates of work scope, costs and timelines. The projects were delivered exactly as promised. On a few past occasions I have obtained estimates from other shops to compare and CC has always been the most competitive on price & schedule. Even if they were not the absolute lowest price they would still be the preferred shop based upon quality, reliability and professionalism by the entire CC Team.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would definitely look elsewhere before bringing your car here.The customer service was terrible especially a lady by the name Yaneli. She handed over paperwork but didn't explain any of it.When I finally picked up my car the gas had been depleted, my tires were flat and about 50 miles had been put on my vehicle for the one day it stayed there.They explained that my car NEEDED to stay at the shop but it didn't need to stay there to have a part ordered.Yaneli was a terrible representation of the company.The manager was not any better. I literally had to follow the manager out to get any answers regarding my vehicle.There are other people who could do a better job and take the time to explain the entire process as stated on their website.

This shop takes a really long time for simple repairs. I am a Geico Express customer and it was anything but express. It took almost 2 weeks to replace a bumper. Then, I was told my car would be ready before leaving to go out of town and I had to cancel my trip, but not because it wasn t ready, it s because it WAS ready and no one ever called me to let me know. Never again.

Vehicle was returned with a noise and flat tires / took to the other shop they referred for work on wheels / vehicle was returned with the same noise. I give up. Also they left a little reminder/souvenir, their fingerprints all over inside my car. I thrust the insurance company for referring me but NEVER AGAIN! Unprofessional staff.

I normally don't write these reviews, but I have to be very honest here. The service they did on my car, was great! My car looks practically brand new after my front bumper getting destroyed and for the most part the staff I worked with were very kind while they had my car. Here is where I have my issue. My total bill was $500 (deductible) and I was told that I could not pay in cash. No problem, so I use my credit card and was told my card declined even though it clearly showed on the credit card reader that it authorized and my bank app showed it went through to which they finally agreed that it authorized. The next day I check my bank app and I had THREE CHARGES of $500 each on my card from the place. I call my bank and turns out they charged my card SIX TIMES, but three of them declined. I'm in the process of getting a refund and the guy who fixed my car was pretty apologetic about it, but I cannot in good conscious reccommend a place that tried to essentially charge me for $2500 more than I owed them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Words cannot explain how terribly let down I was from this establishment. Where do I start? I usually take my vehicle to the dealership when a accident is involved, but I allowed the insurance company of the vehicle that: hit me to talk me into taking it to this place. I turned in my vehicle on the 10th of August. I just received my vehicle back today, September 7th. Within this time period I received updated messages, up to a point. Many of them came late. Not only that, but I received a message twice saying that my vehicle was almost done. When I arrived at the establishment, I found out that the part they ordered was damaged and they had to replace it. The second time I received the text that my vehicle was almost done I was never notified that it was actually completed, which it was not because I went up there. After finally picking up my vehicle, I noticed EVERYTHING I had in the trunk was in my back seat. They didn't bother to put it back!. This was definitely insult to injury. To make matters worse, the windshield had a crack line across the top that wasn't there before. I didn't bother to argue about this because I already had cracks in my windshield, just not in that location. I recommend either using the dealership or seeking repairs elsewhere if your vehicle needs it. Literally, the only good thing about this place was Brandon, who seemed like a nice guy, and the complimentary bottles of water. Anyone know a good windshield place??

I gave Pro Care the business instead of Caliber Collision Center and figured I could count on them since they had a nice shop as you pass the building from the street. But was disappointed with the body and paint job that was done to my truck. Not to mention I had to take it back for rework which is still to my dislike. I believe that if you are going to run a business with so much critical overturn. IT SHOULD BE DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I believe in customer satisfaction and not trying to get vehicles in and out. I will say that customer service was good and will mention that I was taken care of the second time with a rental. I can't give a 5 star when I have to explain and show where there were mistakes made in the body work and paint. Although it lifetime guaranteed was given as long as I own my truck. I can't recommend nor will be returning back to this shop. I SHOULD OF DONE MY HOMEWORK BEFORE TAKING IT TO THIS SHOP!Service: Body & Trim

A truck scraped alongside of the bed of my pristine F150 and these guys did a great job repairing the bed panel, bumper, and tail light. Noah was my estimator and kept me informed of the process and had everything ready on schedule as promised. He was also polite and courteous when dealing with me. If I could give less than one star I would. I previously had my car repaired at Procare Collision less than 2 years ago this March. I called Classic Collision to see if they would honor Procare's warranty and repair the paint on my bumper that had started peeling. I sent in photos and the manager immediately said it looked like it had been in a collision. I told them it had not. He said to bring the car in and they would inspect it. I drove the car over to him and showed him where the paint was bubbling and peeling and again he said "where it had been hit". I told him again that it had not been hit. He then said, "Well we can only do warranty work on a car one year after the company purchased Procare". So I then said, "so you won't help me?" He said no.I called a couple of other Classic Collision locations and this was a lie. The manager (Freddy) lied to me and basically called me a liar in the process saying my car had been hit after I told him it hadn't. He just didn't want to accommodate me for his own reasons.Luckily I was able to get the car repaired at another location and they did a phenomenal job. It's unfortunate that people like this manager are in charge. Beware of this location, you will be disappointed. These reviews show Procare reviews which are not the same place. Shame on Freddy.

So long story short damage my car used their online estimate tool to take pics and get estimate. Which was convenient and got my estimate quickly. Went to location on Franz & Robert looked at vehicle provided new estimate lower than initial one, needless to say I was happy. He told me takes 3 days for work to be completed. I explained my scheduled needed car sooner he said would do his best to get done by date I was whining about. :) He did his best indeed got my vehicle back sooner than expected and car was like new. He & Fogle didn t have to try and meet my deadline but they went above and beyond to accommodate. They re the greatest I appreciate it ALL & lady at front desk is also very nice forgot her name but was welcoming, friendly Thumbs all the way up!-

I used them thru my insurance when my catalytic converters got stolen. Idk where there took my truck to get repaired but what ever they did is going to cost me. I ve been there and called to no avail. No response from manager not to mention my truck can not pass inspection due to faulty work. Very dissatisfied and I do not recommend.

I was immediately greeted by Robert when I came in. He was very kind and helpful and made me feel at ease with leaving my car at Fogle to get repaired. My car was supposed to take a little over a week to get repaired and it was ready quicker than that. I would definitely recommend getting your car fixed here they kept me updated with my repairs which I appreciated and Robert showed outstanding customer service!

After an accident I was sent to another shop and it was like night and ProCare was my day. ProCare office was clean and well lit. The staff were friendly and professional. There were people working on cars in the bays. I brought my vehicle to them based on the recommendation on Google They billed my insurance for a bunch of work on the body work on my vehicle. However, a few weeks after I got the car back, I realized a lot of the work are simply not done. Example, charges to remove all the trims on the door are simply not done. They simply taped over it and painted and there are evidence of over spray on the chrome trims.Also the front door that was supposed to be painted to "match" the rear door color also not painted at all because a spot where I touched up on the front door is still there. The old door edge protection is also not replaced, which further confirmed my findings. I didn't bring this matter to them as I only found out after a few week and I also don't want to leave the car with them another few days. I blamed myself for not checking on the details more thoroughly when I took delivery of the vehicle.I should have reported my findings to my insurance to take action but I didn't as I figure I may have to bring the vehicle back to them in the future for any warranty work. In any case, I would not recommend anyone bringing the vehicle to them for any work

I've taken my truck here twice now and both experiences were great! Just recently I was helped by Kody F. & Shelby both were great to deal with. I have no complaints. Great employees!! No hassle what's so ever. Their work is exceptional, and on a timely manner! Definitely will be back ! Thanks guys!!

Took my car in for a rear end collision fix. During the repairs they never communicated with me. By the time I went to pick up my vehicle some fixes were not made as the adjustor from the other party's insurance did not approve (if this was communicated then I would of reached out and sorted it out before getting my car). The airbag and seat belt lights were still on. They used the excuse that I have a tuning chip and they can't scan it. I took it to BMW and easy scan and now will complete the remaining repairs with the insurance company covering the damages. Huge waste of my time and with an easy fix, they should of just gave me a call once they knew the repairs were not approved. Don't waste your time getting repairs here, unless they change their follow up with customer process.

Received top notch service today. Brought in my brother s car (I ran into the back of his car while he was parked in my driveway and took some paint off. It was minor, but we filed it under my geico policy). I was 45 minutes late to my appointment to have it inspected- atypical of me, but today was just one of those days- but the gentleman took care of me right away-even though the claim adjuster hadn t made it in yet. The bays were clearly backed up with cars in need of more obvious, serious repair but they treated my brothers insignificant (in comparison) paint damage with priority. They even stayed late after closing and called us when it was ready TWO hours after the business was closed. That s above and beyond. It was freaking eight o clock at night. It s impressive. Go there. Take your business to these guys. You won t be sorry.
