Blown away at how awesome this shop is. Since moving to the area 6 years ago, we have only trusted this shop for our needs. They have always taken great care of us and always have been honest! From management to everyone else that works there, they go above and beyond other shops and they actually care about their customers. Thank you for being such an amazing and trustworthy shop!

Took our car in for annual inspection. They started within minutes of checking in and were finished quickly. The technician was friendly and helpful. They also accepted used motor oil for recycling.

Amazing customer service! From the time I arrived until the time I left, everyone was so nice! The waiting area was so clean and the free coffee was a bonus! My car was spotless, like new, and I was in and out so quickly! This is my new go-to car wash!

Excellent - was in and out in no time for an inspection of a Canadian car and an oil change as well. The associate was very helpful with explaining the charges and next steps for vehicle registrations. They don t take reservations but I didn t wait at all when I got there and was out of there in approx 35-40 mins.

Reliable and trustworthy and great service for decent value. I have had the opportunity to get my cars serviced at this store Jim, JD and others are very friendly and provide you the best consultation and reliable service and repair guidance. I had to travel quite a bit and my kids will often take their car for repair and service when they were students in high schools, Jim will always make time to help them with their issues without taking any cost advantages. Over a period of time I have to say that I trust them and they are dependable. Thank you and please keep up with the integrity and trust with your customers.

Cinco Auto went above and beyond to help when I was unable to drive my vehicle to them for the registration inspection. They are always so helpful and friendly and knowledgable any time that we have been there. Their whole team is top notch! Don't hesitate to use them any time you have auto needs. We've always had a great experience with them.

1st time at CincoAuto and I didn't feel like they just wanted my money. I was working with Jim there and he treated my vehicle as if it was his own. Very kind, TRUST WORTHY. The customer service as was great. I will be a returning customer if needed.

Cinco Auto on Cinco Ranch Blvd. has the BEST customer service when it comes to your tire & automotive needs. I always feel like I get honest feedback about my auto needs and never feel like I'm over charged for repairs not needed like at other businesses in the area. Will always come to Cinco Auto for any and all automotive needs in the future.

A car mechanic I truly trust. They will tell you when work is not necessary. We went to the dealership with a light issue. The dealership told us there was absolutely no way to fix our car without $1k for an entire new piece. We told cinco auto and brought our car in. Cinco auto fixed the issue and sent the car right back out - wouldn t even let us pay them for labor because they said it was such an easy fix (never mind the fact they saved us $1k from the dealership!). Will never go anywhere else for car issues!

Amazing service. Not only is this shop super conveniently located right next to the Kona coffee shop, the crew is efficient and trustworthy. Not once have I felt like they are trying to upsell me something or offering unnecessary services. Highly recommend them!

Cinco auto is the worst mechanic shop ever. I think they should just focus on inspection. Especially there sales guy Jim he lies all about repairs. After paying 2500 dollars in less than five weeks I brought my car for the same problem. His diagnosis was another 1076 dollars and not even guaranteed. According to Jim I will open this and open that then it will be additional cost. Please be be advised dont get close to cinco ranch auto. A total rip off. I fixed my car with 375 dollars

Businesses like Cinco Auto are rare these days. Jim will always take the time to explain what is needed for your car and present the quote in a no pressure manner. The work is always done well and in a speedy manner. We would never go anywhere else.

I could see that they were very busy with customers waiting and in line. Nevertheless, the attended to me promptly and got my car out quickly for the annual state inspection! Thankful for their professionalism and prompt attention!

This is the place where you can say your car is in good hand with reasonable charges. They do offer loaner cars also, which was very helpful to me, as I have only one car for commute.

Excellent Service hands down!I went to the Cinco Auto 2 on FM1463 which is closer to where i live after looking at their website to see what time they closed which was 6pm. There were notices on the doors that they closed at 4pm.I hurried to the Cinco Auto location on Cinco Ranch Blvd not sure if they were also closed or closing at 6pm. I was met by Cody, Alvin and Todd and it was about 10 minutes before closing. I explained that i wasn't sure what was going on but that i was getting a warning that all 4 tires were underinflated and that i assume it was due to the cold temps. They welcomed me in and put air in my tires for me with no problem. I will use this location for inspections or maintence from now on. Really friendly and welcoming.

Jim was able to get me in, no waiting. Arranged to have my GMC duramax picked up and changed out starting motor and back to me in the same day. Running perfectly. Take a big wallet with you.

Thank you Codystaff were very good professional on the three time I've been there (twice for inspection oil change and other work done professionally ). They gave me detailed explanation with realistic work times. The times I've waited, the work was actually completed before the estimated time good price . The facility is well maintained, organized, and the wait area while cozy is still welcoming with adequate seating. I would highly recommend using them.

Jim and his team are top notch. Always efficient, over the years I ve appreciated their accurate and honest assessment of the condition of my vehicles; when no action is necessary, they let you know it, and consequently I feel confident I am not having unnecessary repairs performed.
