Caliber has been a major contributor of helping my car repair issues the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and genuine care. They handled my vehicle with precision and expertise, restoring it to its pre-accident condition flawlessly. Staff kept me informed throughout the repair process, and the end result surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone and ask for Ruben if in need of top-notch auto repair services. Five stars all the way!

Staff were very professional and courteous. Unfortunately when the car was scheduled for return we identified damage to the paint work that had been caused while the car was in the shop. This was duly fixed but took a few extra days. We subsequently found out the horn no longer worked and this took additional visits to get resolved.The original repair was completed to a high standard, but cannot give 5 stars when considering the other issues encountered

Went to Caliber for an estimate after an accident, Scott Joiner was the guy who helped. Great guy, very knowledgeable and got me taken care of right away. Scott was awesome to work with. If you need an estimate, bodywork etc, go Caliber Collision in Katy. Ask for Scott, tell him Art sent you...He will take great care of you!

Wonderful experience. Ruben helped me out and communicated with me throughout the whole process, giving me updates on my car. Once I got it back, it felt like I was driving a totally different brand new car. Definitely recommend this location.

I had the best experience when I went to Caliber Collison Katy. I was helped by Julian and he was very helpful and courteous. He was very informative and went out of his way to make sure I was taking care. He resolved my issue and provided me with informative information about my vehicle. Thank you Mr. Harley, his manager, for training Julian the importance of customer service

11/22: The customer care experience have gotten better since the last time. Got communications regarding vehicle status and picked up the vehicle last week. However, noticed several internal damages were not assessed originally and the representative promised to get them fixed when parts become available. Will be taking in the vehicle at a later date to get that work done. Nice job Caliber Collision!11/19: Update after 2 months my vehicle went in. Still no proper response from the rep dealing with the vehicle. Every time have to leave a message and only get vague automated texts on vehicle condition, no luck with email either. Seems like the rep is either overwhelmed that he couldn't respond to the customer or simply doesn't care about customer service. I now regret my decision to have pick this CC location.This CC facility is well maintained and staff at the front desk are nice. Have had car work done with CC's across different states and especially twice with this location. Their overall quality of work is good, recently there are delays due to parts back ordering which is happening everywhere. However, getting a response on phone have been difficult with this location, the reps could be busy, but giving a call back to customers won't hurt!Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Painting

My vehicle has been at this location for over 4 months now, the team is honestly very friendly and helpful if I call, however, I do not know if it is their system is slow, or sluggish or the way they communicate with insurance companies is poor but it seems they do not care enough to get a rush on it because every time I get an update they tell me a time frame and every time I call to confirm the time frame, it just gets longer and longer, they seem to "find" new issues every single time or they are waiting in parts approval or they do not have them and its always an excuse for everything. they say they have to wait on the insurance company's approval, i call the insurance company and they say that they have already approved all changes but for some reason it is not reflected on calibers end, it is very frustrating because it is affecting my lifestyle, my work and daily life i wish for this to be handled with a sense of urgency not only for me but for everyone because i feel like i am not the only one.

Always a pleasure coming to this location. Harley and his team are great. I ve needed repairs on my vehicle on many occasions. When I drop it off I m given constant updates and have had no complaints. My go to for sure!

It s been frustrating my experience with Caliber At the beginning, I was told that the repair would take approximately 3 weeks. After 2 MONTHS, I still have no idea when I ll get my car back. I think they should at least explain the reasons for such a big delay. Having a proactive approach and communication would make a big difference in this case. They send text messages almost every other day but they don t seem very precise in terms of the status of the vehicle.

This was place was a Godsend. I love how I was texted daily with the status of my vehicle. My truck was returned washed and vacuumed. Very professional and polite! I highly recommend CC for your next vehicle repair. You won t be disappointed. Thank you Scott and staff!

I am an Army veteran that just moved to the Katy area. Within a few days, my sensor and horn was fixed. Rick had great costumer service and communicated with me very well through the process.

I went in after getting rear ended. I have an almost straight bumper and an almost straight fender. The only work I can tell they did is replace my tail light, not impressed whatsoever. They also didn t acknowledge the fact that the impact knocked my bed cover out of alignment, causing more damage.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I wanted to see if I could get some new part that I got painted and the person on the phone was told me in a rude tone that I would have to open a repair order with them and come down with the part. I've gotten estimates from y'all before over the phone and now I have to come in? It would be one thing if the guy just told me plainly to come in-person with the part to get an estimate but the guy seemed so annoyed that I even called. Get someone better to answer your phone.

They were great, fixed everything even when insurance didn't cover it just to make sure I was happy. And despite supply chain issues had it fixed before my insurance stopped covering my rental. They worked hand in hand with the rental company And made the transition of cars the easiest I've ever experienced before

Gavin and his team were very informative, kept us in the loop of the repairs at every step, covered the cost of our rental car for the few days that our insurance wouldn't cover it (due to the holidays), and kept in contact with insurance company so we wouldn't have to. The detail work is impeccable and I highly recommend them. Their customer service is top notch as well.Service: Painting

Brought my car in for rear bumper replacement after a driver hit me while stopped at a red light. They gave a four day estimate to have the work done which sounded pretty quick to me. Fast forward 36 hours and my car is already back in my possession and the craftsmanship is unparalleled. Super fast, and everyone inside was beyond courteous. 11/10 recommend these guys for all of you collosion needs. All the employees appear to live by the code of honor, integrity, and customer service which I had previously suspected was a lost art. Timely, effective and efficient. Excellent work and thank you to the whole team over there!
