one employee was busy with a customer at the register.2 or 3 in the back of the storage room,talking with another customer and i'm at the other register waiting for about 10 mns.ready to pay and waiting and waiting and waiting..finally the store phone rang,another amployee showed up and this guy act like i was interrupting the GRAMMY AWARDS WINNERS.really ? C U NEVER Auto Zone on fry rd...

Aside from other minor issues I've had from this store, like being sold the wrong parts(easily fixed), I've never taken issue with the place until today. I went in there looking for an ax35-q belt for a fan(was unaware it's been discontinued) . I went there because when I searched it online, that's one of the stores that was said to carry it. After waiting in line for more than 10 minutes, all the employees but one went outside for various reasons as they helped other customers. I was next in line, and a young man, in a red shirt stopped to offer assistance. I let him what I was looking for, and after a short search he asked me where I heard they carried it. When I told him I looked it up online, the kid doubled over laughing. Needles to say I became instantly angry, but just bit my tongue and left after he said they didn't have it once he regained his composure. They're were other people in line behind me. I don't go somewhere with the intention of spending my money just to be laughed at by some peckerwood half my age. I WON'T be spending another dime in your store, or any other Autozone.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. My husband, son & I came here to get a portable air compressor because our tire was at 8 psi. They sold us a faulty one that had been used (and abused might I add). When we went to return it, while still in the parking lot we never left, they told us they couldn t help us because it was past 8 pm. When our grandfather got here to help us because we were STRANDED, the absolute rudest young man here told him that he didn t care. Absolute awful customer service. These kids deserve to be fired.

No customer service at all, 1 young gentleman working in the front, and 5 other employees in the back talking and laughing . 6 minutes in line and left, the green auto parts take care of customers!!!!

Came in to return some wiper blades that I had purchased which didn t fit my particular vehicle. Located the correct ones and was able to exchange them with no issues, even included a military discount which I appreciated.

Horrible customer service. The manager should set an example for employees, however, he too has horrible customer service. No acknowledgment when I entered the establishment. I stood in line to PAY for 10 minutes with no employee even offering assistance. Finally, I asked an employee with a bowl cut from the early 70s for assistance (the manager ) and he blatantly ignored me as well. This is just unacceptable. I will not be back.

Bought gold brake pads and rotor on an emergency. When I went to go install the brake pads at hoke, there was no hardware. Stopped by the autozone by my house to go see if they had hardware and discovered this location had given me a box with the hardware removed and the brake were slightly used. And surprise, no free warranty was added. The autozone manager at my local store was so disappointed in these guys and set it right at their location in Sealy. But these guys here on north fry are bad news.

I went to get a battery for my key. One of the employees was helping me to open the little screw, so we can see the size of battery REY GALAVIZ stop him and told me that I need to open it and didn t let him to open it. He said he is the store manager. I ve been to Auto Zone so many times and I see the employee change the battery or head light. He was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Really helpful establishment. Had some work done on my car. They were helpful enough to test the battery and replace with a new one. The representative from the store was very helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate their customer service and attention to detail.

Quansi was incredibly helpful! I was visiting from out of town when my truck started acting up and the check engine light came on. Quansi not only helped me diagnose the problem with the computer system, but he also recommended a place for me to get it fixed quickly so that I could continue on the road back home to San Antonio. Incredibly thankful for his patience and help!

Usually anytime I walk in the store service is courteous and prompt. Not sure what was going on this day, but it seemed like none of the employees knew what they were doing. After awhile I just decided to leave. Will return on a different day. Autozone is my go to place for my automotive needs.

I had a great experience with Joseph taking care of me right away. No standing in line. He checked my battery, starter, and alternator, and advised me on some good, reasonably priced products.Tre helped out with some great info on what's best for my car as far as fluids. Great service with smiles. I definitely recommend them.

This review is long overdue. I only visit this location because the service is usually great. The store manager John is amazing. He always greets you with a smile and he tries really hard to make sure his customers have a great experience. Patrick is great. He always tries to get his customers the best deals. Trey is always pleasant and ready to help. The store is usually clean and stocked and the line moves fast. Joseph is wonderful. He's extremely knowledgeable of his job. He suggested a product that made my car door panels look new. Joseph is heaven sent because no one else had suggested that product. He went above and beyond. Joseph is definitely an asset to the company. John, Patrick, Trey, and Joseph always provides excellent customer service.

They were steadily busy helping 2-3 customers inside while also helping 2-3 customers outside and consistently having 2 people waiting in line. Although, no one seemed to wait very long and no one seemed disappointed. That's really good teamwork!! I was there for probably 30-45 mins. Mainly, in the parking lot on the internet narrowing down what I needed. Then I was in and out of the store 2 or 3 times with 2 different employees helping me...and they did!!

Rudy was excellent at this location. He helped me pick the right light bulb for my vehicle and taught me how to remove the old bulb and replace the new one. Excellent customer service.

Always a great place to get auto parts. Their oil collection bin was full the last time I was there. It seems to be a constant. But I was able to go to oreilly auto and make the dump. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. Auto zone has always been my first go to when looking for common auto parts.

Unfortunately I m leaving this review do to a bad experience. New guy working there was being completely unprofessional. After ignoring his coworker when asking for help he then proceeded to ask why don t I just pick up the part at another store indirectly and laughing. There is absolutely no reason for me to have to explain why. Even after his coworker asked again to help , Trey ignored him and walked away. Patrick was awesome btw, he helped me get my parts.

Your national managers must be idiots as your website is designed to make it almost unusable. When I tried to do an online search for a specific store, I found listings that were not in alphabetical order by city, but randomly entered. To make matters worse, there was no link to transfer me to that store's website, just an address for writing letters, I guess.

Great customer service. RONNY greeted me at the door, helped me with a long list of items- ranging from small like coolant to car parts like tie rods-and even walked around the store gathering them for me. Super pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Clean cut/shaved, shirt tucked in, ready to be at work. He gave me a ton of advice on what could be wrong with my car and how to fix it an easier way before buying a whole new part, as a DIYer this was extremely helpful. He wasn't trying to cram/oversell products to me.He didn't have a few parts in store so he showed me a list of nearby stores that had them, I chose one and he put the parts on hold for me over there, even gave me an "on hold" receipt to bring them for verification.The whole process took about 30min to an hour (I had a long list) and he didn't once get frustrated or give me attitude.I am very picky on customer service since I have been in the industry for years and he was awesome.This is how, in my opinion, you build customer loyalty.Definitely my favorite auto parts go to store location now.Ask for Ronny if you go :)

I bought windshield wipers at another place, but did not know how to put them on. So I remembered my last purchase at Auto Zone they did it for me. I went to see if I could get the same courtesy. Well I was about to go in with wiper and a customer put it for me..great!
