Mr Patrick at the Katy location 3697 has been more than amazing when it comes to customer service. I wish I could say or do more to express how satisfied I am as a customer because this guy is awesome. He loaned me tools to do the work as well as helped me with getting a new battery under my warranty and just all around being a great guy when it comes to his position

Braxton, deserves a raise! His customer service was beyond my expectation. I came in with a dead battery issue, and he was able to diagnose it, and even offered to help change my battery so that I would not be stranded. I am grateful and appreciative of his assistance and knowledge.

Took my battery in there to get charged went back a few hours later took it home not charged at all. Went back the next day to charge told the guy I would like my replacement with warranty and said well do you know if they did it right I responded with well I hope they did if they gave it back to me without saying anything was wrong or it wasn t charged. He told man I apologize let me take it back there and put it on charge to make sure it gets done right I said sounds good we back a few hours later picked it up when I asked the guy if it was good to go fully charged he responded with I don t know. No assurance it was done right no ownership nothing took it home completely dead finally went back got my warranty for a replacement. Safe to say I will drive 2 mins longer to go to O Reillys instead from here on out.

Very helpful gentleman at the front counter. I needed a 12" rear window blade, and it was in stock. Also asked about a certain coolant type for a Palisade. Didn't know there was coolant for Asain vehicles. It states the word Asain right on the front of the jug. Saved me time from having to read my manual. I found this gentleman to be calm, cool, collected, and caring, as the primary employee who was assisting me and most others throughout the store.

Very bad costumer services. On 04/17/2024 around 12 pm. I Was standing in line for 20 mnts easily . Associates just walked by without greeting or knowledges they were there .

I wish I knew how cars worked. Still can't find the blinker fluid and I keep full synthetic oil in the car at all times, 5 quarts with a filter every 6 months. I end up giving it away because it ends up taking up too much trunk space if I don't rotate it out. And yes, I did teach myself how to change my own oil! Never even needed a funnel, I just keep the bottles in a wicker basket so they don't roll around while driving, so they never spill! I don't understand how it makes the car work or last longer, it just does! But can someone please help me make the little picture of the person using the bathroom with a stick in its hand stop flashing. It dings at me all the time too! My dad said he's never seen the light or heard anything strange, but I swear it happens! The car still drives great though! Y'all are heros! How many years does it take to learn about cars?

My wife's car needed a new battery. We went to my local Autozone where we purchased a new battery with great ease, thanks to the helpful salesperson. And, without asking if we needed help, he proceeded to take the new battery to our car and replace it himself. Excellent service!

Shout out to AutoZone on Morton!! Joseph was very attentive when we lost our NoCap gas cap Joseph was able to figure out exactly what we needed he even help us attach the item to the vehicle the store is very clean and all of the associates are very helpful with the customers I enjoy getting my parts and car accessories at this location because the staff is on point!

I visited recently to pick up a specific item. Literally, everyone working there was a complete Muppet. When I asked them a question, they either ignored me or stared at me... slack-jawed and silly-eyed.

The service here is great and so is the manager, but there is a Mexican who works there who is rude and poorly educated, which is why I only give him 1 star. I think the fact that the work there harms the good work of the rest.

I first want to recognize Ms. Misty for letting me use her personal tools out of her tool box. Misty has won the best customer award for the year!I came in looking for a nut for one of my control arms for my sway bar the nut came loose from the factory. Misty was able to find me a replacement nut and lock washer. She also let me use her personal tools. It's un common to find a personal with experience at an auto zone behind the counter. I'm glad I pulled into this auto zone. Please management help me recognize Misty for her going above and beyond.Thank you Misty.Merry Christmas...

My AC has been blowing semi cool air which is not enough in this Texas heat Since my autoshop was busy, our assistant called around and they wanted the car dropped off on a different day, etc. Figured I will stop by Autozone real quick and sure enough it was worth a stop!Cam'ron was assisting customers, he politely provided assistance on what and how to check coolant as well as freon! It was quick purchase of freon, waited for a minute as he finished assisting customers. Now my AC is cool as ice and I leave here a satisfied customer with much needed knowledge. High

Horrible service. I went to this location on Sunday around 3:30 pm to look for headlight. The young person who I talked with was totally out of patience, getting huff and puff, and he didn t find the appropriate bulb for my car. How a store that sell auto parts can t help the customer to find a bulb that fits in a car? They sell the product but they can t tell which one I buy for a specific model and make.And it seems that nobody cares. I stayed out awaiting for a solution and he said that there is nothing that he could do and said: have a nice day and go to a Chevy dealer. They will sell the bulb.Qualities like Gentleness, Kindness and Compassion are non existent in this location.You leave your home, you go a store that you trust and then you are mistreated. It doesn t make sense for me at all.This person told me to go to a Chevy dealer and buy from there and now I say: go to O Reilly and buy from them.

Came in for a warranty replacement on a battery. Waited a few minutes and then was helped by Misty. I gotta say, she was a pretty awesome. She quickly tested the battery, pointed out an issue she noticed while she was disconnecting the old one, installed the replacement and had me out the door in under 10 minutes. Thank you so much for the speedy service!

This place is a necessary evil. The prices are what they are because you really don t have time to wait on a car part that ll come in 6 day. The reason for the 5 star is because most of the time I don t have to wait in line I ll go to the self checkout which is the best cause some folks get to the counter and don t know what they re looking for and don t know what a part name is.

After being turned away at two different auto places, this Auto Zone saved the day! The Store Manager, Misty, was so kind and beyond helpful. Found a new battery for my car, cleaned the corrosion off and replaced it!!! I will definitely be returning and telling everyone to shop at Morton. I am so thankful for Misty!

Called at 1945 to ask about oil recycling. Said I can bring it in anytime before 2200. I arrive at 2130 and the doors are locked. Worker signaled they are closed. Wow never have I ever witnessed such lazy, disrespectful workers.This is exactly why I only buy from Amazon. Corporate will be getting a call about this.

While I got a product that worked with my car and got help installing, the customer service was absolutely horrible. Joseph obviously wasn t interested in answering any questions. As soon as he found out the make and model and what I needed he was on the move and wasn t willing to stop and answer any questions about other brands of the same product. Was told these are the ones I have to get even though the book gave several options. Left me wondering if that really was my only option or if he was just trying to get me to spend the most money. Definitely won t be back here.
