David was an excellent employee ! Extremely nice guy and helpful! Very glad I got a second opinion from him because a different auto store told me I needed a new battery but it seemed fine to me. Turns out I was right so thanks to David I did I didn't have to spend 200 plus dollars unnecessarily. He also helped me get to my battery,borrow tools, and put new wiper blades on for free!I tried to tip him but he said no need! Very satisfied with david at this location!

Went into the auto zone on 2/19/2024 between 7:30 pm & 8:00pm both times.2/20/2024 on Franz in Katy I was greeted by a lady I don t remember her name , she was very this respectful, talking at me not to me.. that was last night.. the man that helped me was very very nice last night tonight went into the store same lady.. greeting me..I was describing the part I needed.to her, She didn t go to the computer to find out what I needed, she was changing the trash bags & shaking head & and saying I don t know I don t know . So I said maybe someone else in here could help me , she said I m the only one here.. I just left and went to O,reily s!

Needed Coolant and of course as a woman I wouldn t know what to do, however Mr. John provided beyond five star customer service! Mr.John enjoy your coffee and thank you so much for delivering AMAZING customer service in a time that I was dealing with personal stuff your smile a friendly HUG made me feel like my Dad was hear to side me on my way! Just before arriving I was in tears but you changed that and I can t thank you enough!

The fact that you can bring car batteries for full recharge without buying a thing is just awesome. We don't have services like this in my country. Samantha was nice and helpful. Will come back soon for my next carpart needs.

Went in to buy a bulb replacement for a headlight. Tried installing it in the parkinglot. Had some trouble and Chad came out and saved the day! Best customer service! Recommend!

I ve only been to this location a few times. Great customer service. This time around, Gary and Samantha made it so easy and convenient. I felt as if I was the only customer in the store and they tended to my needs promptly and got me back on the road. I will definitely be returning as needed. Btw, Gary is the man. How lucky your company is to have an employee like him. He genuinely cares for people and has the absolute best attitude towards others. May God bless him and all of you. First walked in and the lady didn t seem like she didn t want to be there or assist. When asked about charging the battery, she told me she couldn t do it because this, that and a third. Usually when I go to an AutoZone, they re helpful and do everything I asked.I couldn t take my battery out myself, but it was an easy battery to take out if you knew what you were doing. I went to a different AutoZone and they did it right away.

If you want helpful people don t go here I bought a bunch of oil so I can do oil changes on four vehicles. They told me I could return the old to be recycled when I was done however, when I returned to the store the manager said I don t have room for it I can t do it. Why don t you go to O Reillys so maybe everyone should take the manager suggestion and just go to O Reilly so you can get better service

I went to autozone to get my battery changed today and Gary helped me today! He truly went above and beyond in customer service, testing out the battery and describing the issue, and completed the service in under 20 minutes! There are so many good things that I can say, but I can t put them into words! In short! This is the place to go for your battery change and all of your car needs!

Gary was so knowledgeable and helpful! He helped me get what I needed for my car, even though I walked in completely lost. His knowledge of cars, and positive personality, made a stressful situation into a pleasant one. I ll definitely be back because of him! Thank you so much.

I had some of the most amazing AutoZone associates help me out today.I went to get a battery. The cord around the negative pole prooved extremely difficult to come off. So , Chanelle started to help me. After trying several things ,but to no avail. Chanelle had to go and assist another customer. So Gary then came back and took over. After a few drastic and unconventional attempts, he succeeded.Then Samantha was in instrumental in instructing me how to get the site to get this review done. What is worth noting is that while I was being assisted under the scorching heat of Houston/Katy, not at any point in time did Chanelle or Gary grumbled or complained. Thank you very much fellows. Excellent services.

I love coming to this location, I ve been coming here for a couple of years now and we even have a commercial account with them. Samantha and Darius are amazing and the customer service is great!!! If I could rate 5 stars for every visit I would. From taking time to explain things to the customer to having patience to deal with stressed out customer they handle it professionally. Would highly recommend as the place to go in Katy.

I just left the autozone and was helped by Latasha. She was helping a customer before me and I watched him throw his money at her! She handled it very professionally and I was very upset about it. He then told her he was calling cooperate. I told her not to worry cause people are crazy these days. I am giving her 5 stars for her service and patience cause I wouldn t have had any!!!

Those guy in this location they're don't know what they are doing it, I took my starter to tested and the 2 guys tested twice and they said that not good, unfortunately they don't have it at that time, so they toll me that I have to go in gesner location, the guys in gesner tested and said that starter is God, they almost make it to buy another starter, I thing they need more training .

Came in with a battery to exchange. I upgraded the battery from the $150 to $210 so that I could apply the 20% off coupon. They weren t able to allow me to use the 20% off bcuz it was online only. So one of the managers said she could give me 10% off. I went outside to shop around but decided to come back in and purchase to save myself some time.I told the lady at the desk what was promised to me from the other manager. The associate who was initially helping me even collaborated what I was saying. She said oh Naa, we can t just be giving you 10% off. I said this is what one of the managers told me she would give. This is something between them, not me as the customer. I was promised something, you should honor it, not embarrass me in the store as if I m trying to rob you for $20 dollars off a battery. I do not recommend this location.

Big shout out to Pedro! He was very helpful when I visited the store. I was there for some items and I wasn t able to see them but Pedro came over and helped me! This place deserves a 5 star, the place was clean, I found what I needed and Pedro was nice!

Eddie was a GREAT help for me today!!! He tested and took out my old battery. Then replaced it with a new one.Even though there was a bit of a rush when I I came, he made sure he got to me as soon as he could. And he was very nice!!!I tried to tip him for his help, he didn t even take it.It s still good genuine people in this world.

Bad customer service, impressed... An order is placed in the morning at 9:00 am and they say it's available at 2:00 we go to look for it and can't find it, they say it was lost and the 2 sellers just laugh between themselves they and make fun of customers, they can't have racist people, who discriminate against others for not knowing their language, I think their business is to SELL not to treat customers badly, we left without any explanation, just excuses and false ones" sorry" who knows nothing about serving a customer, until recently they had 2 good employees in this store, surely it was very difficult for them to work with the current employees... What an uncomfortable waste of time .....
