Honest and upfront on the service aka ac check.Low on freon and crooked pin on low line. They explained the process of vacuum the old out and put new freon in and die to insure no leaks. Repaired pin in condenser line. Inflated tires checked my fluids and toped off. Highly impressed with the service and my AC is blowing cold Thank You

Love this place - The only shop I take my vehicles. Leo manages the front end with customers and also works on the cars. He's very friendly and most importantly honest about work that needs done. Prices are fair and reasonable. I've spoken with the owner several times and is also very friendly and invested in taking care of his customers. Best place in town!

The best auto garage! The price i paid here was half of what the dealership was charging me and I got my car back in 2 days instead of 3 weeks which is how long the dealership said it would take them to fix it! My car works perfectly now and I can t believe how fast it was! John is the best and the entire staff is so kind and helpful! I will be telling all my friends with car troubles to come here! I would give 10 stars if I could. The fastest and best service in town.

This shop is the best ever! Fair price, honest and knowledgeable. They get the car repaired in a reasonable amount of time and communicate very well.Leo is very patient and explains everything clearly. The manager came and offered very good customer service. I love being worry free!

Great place to get your car maintenance done.I ve brought my cars here several times for different needs, such as brake jobs, AC work, state inspections, etc. They ve always been reasonable with pricing and have taken care of my vehicle needs.John is very easy to deal with.I will continue to bring my cars here.They re in the El Rancho supermarket, so getting here is never an issue.

Today I took my '14 f-150 in for repair because my truck was running hot. I was pleased to learn that diagnostic fee was reasonable. Leo did a great job detecting the leak. He communicated clearly what the problem was and advised on what needed to be done. All around great service. Thank you for your hard work. I looking forward to doing more business with you again. Was refused service, only because my car had worked done at different shop than theirs. Yet they suggested their own competitor across the street Prosperity Automotive Repair, thanks guys, and they definitely took care of it.... won't be coming here or referring my friends and family here.

I went there for the first time. The staff in general was very friendly and helped me out so much! Frank really took the time to listen to my concerns about the car, then checked it out himself and told me exactly what was wrong. They had great prices and very fast service. Would 100% recommend!!

I've used Auto Garage Inc - Katy on multiple times after a recommendation from friends. They have always been able to fit me in, sometimes at short notice and have always had the car repaired on time or even earlier and have been excellent value. I've used garages for over 30 years and would honestly rate this one at the top for value and service.

Auto Garage Inc - Katy It's one of the best places to go and have your car wash dryer and cleaned. The staff and the owner of the business are very efficient kind caring and friendly. There are so helpful. There are fully equipped to do the job, they have not failed us.

Came here on the way home to get a quote to compare to Midas quote they gave me to compare the difference and they beat Midas by $100 which to me is a significant difference and I don t know about other people but I can save all the money I can. Anyways since day 1 Leo has always been honest and reasonable and knowledgeable and isn t about trying to sell you things you don t need and good an excellent job. Don t like coming to the mechanic shop to get my vehicles worked on but when I do I know my vehicles are in good hands and don t have to worry about getting ripped off like some other places.Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine tuning, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto exhaust system replacement, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair

Fair pricing. Greeted me well. And explained to me about the repairs beforehand. When I picked up my vehicle, they showed me the bad parts that needed replacing. I definitely will go here again.
