I am happy to leave a review to let people know honest mechanics are still here! The entire staff is so professional and kind, they value their clients and make you feel at home. Being a female with zero car knowledge, I was concerned that I might get bamboozled but absolutely NOT! They gave me excellent Top Shelf service and I will never go anywhere else.

This place is great! Always greeted with a friendly smile and conversation. Have been coming here for years. Always treated fairly and things explained well. It s hard to know who to trust when it comes to servicing your vehicle, but you CAN trust these guys.

We have a body & mechanical shop in houston and have been working back and fourth with Milan and his team for passed year or so. There mechanical turnaround time is great. I wouldn t recommend going anywhere else.

The experience was great, Bruce is an awesome person at the front , very friendly. I did some brake works, they took care of it. Price is pretty standard I would say

Great experience, one of my cars needed a new battery and instead of letting AAA tell me my battery was bad and they needed to replace it, I got it started and drove to the Autocheck.I made it OK and the reason I wanted to buy one of their batteries is because they are guaranteed for 2 years. I had previously had a situation with another car, the battery was bad, under 2 years and they replaced it no questions asked. So I am happy with my service and my new battery.Dependability and good service is most important to me and if I pay a little more for that it is definately worth it.

Brought my newly-bought 2012 Corolla for a diagnostic as I thought the engine check and other warning lights were on. However, when they found there was no problem with the engine, they did not charge me anything! I would recommend bringing your car(s) to Auto Check Katy.

We have been taking our vehicles to Auto Check, Katy for probably 20 years now. If we needed an oil change, that is what they do, no add ons. If it is more complicated, they always call me with the options and recommendation. Their recommendation is often not the most expensive solution either. Good service. Good pricing. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

Have gone to this Auto Check for years and always had great service at reasonable prices. Can always count on these guys to tell the truth on repairs that need to be done and those that don t!

First time use Auto Check due to their good reviews and open on Saturday. Wanted to get state inspection done but check engine light popped on while driving there. They checked the engine light error that did not appear to reflect an actual problem so they reset the light and did not charge me for the labor. I was told to drive 100 more miles before going back to do the inspection. I really like the customer care and professionalism. Thank you Bruce!

First time customer. In the area for the day, engine light came on and had no acceleration. Didn t want to chance driving back home the 14 miles and get stranded on the road that evening. Curly came over and with his diagnostic reader quickly determined the issue. Had the repair done and the car was up and running within an hour and a half. Thankful they were able to get to my vehicle so quickly. Thank you to Bruce Cox, Curly and the mechanic that took excellent care of me! Would use again without hesitation.Service: Electrical repair

The front end guys are very nice and informative. They are busy so that says lots of people use them. I have had good reports from neighbors which is why we tried them.

These guys are amazing !Previous owner had snatched the license plates on my vehcile deeming the screw holes not usable. Bruce ended up fixing the plates using the shops equipment free of charge and he spent around 30min on it.If this is not amazing customer service then I do not know what is :)

I ve been going to this auto repair shop for many, many years! They have always been quick service my cars & have taken excellent care of all of my cars. They also have been very honest, fair and patient to explain anything that needs to be done to get my car repaired. I ve never felt they were trying to make money on extra repairs that aren t needed. I moved away from Katy for several years & had horrific experiences with other car shops including other Auto Checks which are independently owned and operated! I recommend this Auto Check in Katy for all of your repair needs!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I went in for my inspection, expecting to wait a while are being asked to come pick my car up later, and was it would only take 15 minutes. It was less than that. They are very kind. I just arrived to the store for oil change and I bring my own oil and oil filter less than 15 minutes they did it with reasonable price.

We took my husbands car down for the state inspection. We always get friendly service. We always bring our cars to Auto Check if we ever have a problem they always do us right. The price is always reasonable. Great group off guys.

We had an unexpected engine problem on a holiday weekend night. The shop has an overnight key drop and we were able to leave our car overnight for them to work on the next morning. When I called they let us know that there a few cars ahead of us in line but estimated that they would be able to diagnose the car the same day. They were able to give us a quote when the holiday was over. We were relieved to find that some parts were covered by warranty and only needed to pay for the recommended services.
