I ve gone to Autocheck previously, but never this location. These guys are awesome. Very friendly and efficient service.They got me in and out of there quickly. In addition to my inspection, I had a rear tail light bulb that was out and needed new windshield wipers. They did it all in one service, which was convenient for me.The waiting area is very clean, calm, and peaceful. They also have free coffee and drinks while you wait.Will definitely be back!

I was on the road coming into Houston from Florida and had a flat tire 250 miles from my destination on Good Friday. I found a place to change my tire but unfortunately they didn t know there trade very well. The bulk of those people working there couldn t even speak English. They changed the tire and put the lugs on, but the man doing the work didn t tighten the lug nuts. I pulled out an before I reached 500 ft, I knew something was wrong. I went back and talked with the owner, which was the only one who spoke English and told them the trouble. I watched as he tightened the lug nuts. But one of them was now broken and would not tighten. I made it to Houston and was told by our family that this company, Complete Car Care was the place to go. I told the manager, John Wagner my story. He reassured me that he could let me know in a little while what the problem was and if could be repaired. About 30 minutes later he said, I ve sent a man out to get the part you need and he ll be back in 10 minutes. The bill was less than a hundred dollars and I was very pleased. I wish I had these guys in Florida to take care of my car. It s hard to find people with high integrity and a work ethic of our great grandparents. I would recommend them to you highly.

Auto Check Cinco Ranch in Katy, TX is amazing! The people are friendly, they are upfront with you on price and they do a great job! We have been customers when the original owner first opened his auto check some 20+ years. The service has always been excellent no matter who owns it! I highly recommend!

Joe at the front is fantastic! He answered my questions over the phone before I came in and is always super friendly when I walk in. I appreciate the comfortable waiting room (free water and sodas). I realize it s not within their control to be able to service my vehicle quickly but today I was in and out within 20 min for my inspection. I will happily be back for all my car service needs.

It s my second visit during last 11 months for my Motorcycle Inspection and both times I got great service from associates.My job was done very quickly and charges were accurate too.I will recommend others too. They are offering multiple types of car care services.

I ve been here twice. Both times they were able to get my car in and out super quick. I m from out of town and didn t know where to go, but I m glad I chose Autocheck. The check engine coolant light came on as I was leaving town. I thought I d be stuck in Houston for hours. But they saw my car immediately and had me on the road in 10 minutes. Super courteous and professional. 5 stars

Service advisors are awesome, they get the job done when they say they will get it done, they are happy to educate you on the issues with your car so you can better understand what you re fixing and paying for. I would recommend the shop to everyone. Solid, mechanic work, and great customer service.

I have been taking my cars to them for over 20 years. And while there have been personnel change during that time, the newer people are just as professional, talented, and conscientious as those they replaced. I guess that speaks to the culture of quality and service that exists at Autocheck-Mason Rd.

The people at Auto Check are cordial, prompt, respectful, and masterful in their crafts. It is because of how they do business that my family has been getting our cars serviced by them for years.Their estimates are precise. So what they say you will pay is what you will pay unless they catch something that was missed in the initial assessment, and they'll let you know before they ever move forward to fix it.If they mess up anywhere, they don't dally around. They will officially apologize to you and work to rectify their mistake. That's why I'll continue to do business with them for as long as they are around.

Great mechanics. What I love about this place is that( it appears atleast) that the mechanics are all over the age of 30. This may seem like a small detail but I assure you it is not. Also, customer service is top notch.

These guys are the experts at fixing your vehicle. I ll never take one of my vehicles to any other place but Auto Check on Mason or Kingsland. Talk to Jim or Neil or Henry to get a great professional opinion. And know that you were dealing with professionals who care about you and your vehicle.

I once took my old car to a place around the corner from these guys and got super shafted, as in they took my money and didnt fix the issue. After the shafting, I took the same car to these guys and presented them the same issue but didn't tell them abt the aforementioned shafting, just to have a clean slate. These guys took an honest look and diagnosed the same issue, but didn't shaft me in doing so. When asked what I owed for the diagnoses, my guy behind the desk said something to the effect of "...we didnt fix anything so we wouldn't do you like that". Stand up company.

Brought my 2017 Pilot in because when braking it was starting to feel soft on the pedal. I left my car for evaluation of the brakes. I received a call from John and he told me the mechanic told him that all my rotars were warped and I was given an estimate of $1008.99. I noticed on the estimate, that I have a copy of, that it doesn't show a brake fluid flush anywhere in the estimate. I went to an automotive garage on Highland Knolls and they inspected brakes recomendedand cleaning and lubricating the front and back caliper slides and flushing the brake fluid system. never once did thay say my rotors were warped and I didn't mention anything to them.
