I highly recommend 5 Star Collision. I had to have my back bumper and lift gate repaired. I was amazed when I got it back. The paint was an exact match and it looks great. I was also very surprised that my vehicle was washed, tires shined and inside was cleaned. Elizabeth was honest, amazing and knowledgeable about dealing with insurance company as well as getting me set up with a rental vehicle. Great shop. I highly recommend 5 Soeed collision . You will not be disappointed!

Recently had my BMW X5 completely redone. New front bumper, complete paint job all over and even replaced my back glass. They did an amazing job. Oswald & Abaraham really took care of me and I appreciate the level of detail and exceptional customer service. My vehicle looks like I just pulled it off the showroom floor at BMW. Looking forward to having them paint my husband s truck soon. Thank you to the entire 5 Speed team!!!

I highly recommend this company first of all the customer service was immaculate. Their service on my vehicle was wonderful. Everything was great, but most of all the customer service was A1 I would definitely be returning just for a visit, and Mrs. Elizabeth was great. oh my vehicle was repaired on the entire driver side from the back to the front and my bumper was also replaced . my car looks like it came straight from the dealership when I got it back from five speed collision. Great work you guys

5Speed Auto repair is my family and my go to for our car repairs. Went to 5 Speed Collision to replace front bump and headlight, I'm so thrilled with the final results.Elizabeth walked me through the entire process from what needed to be done and how long it would take. I dropped the car off Thursday right before closing and it was ready Friday 3:00.They even cleaned the car in and out.I love their customer service and how they don't overcharge nor penny pinch for every little thing. 5 Speed Collision my go to for bodywork.A huge thank you to the entire team..

I can t say enough great things about this center!I had my electric vehicle serviced and Ms. Elizabeth is just the best!She keeps you updated weekly with a phone call and any other updates with your vehicle you will receive a text.You will always know your cars progress and they work fast and very hard to give you back your vehicle as if you just bought it.Ms. Elizabeth is not only professional but very personable.5 Speed Collision will always be my go-to and will send family/friends there should they need any repairs.Thank you for everything!

First I'll say that the repairs done to my car make my car look brand new. The repairs were done very well and the service throughout the process was incredible.After the repairs were done to my car and I was driving it for 2 days, I realized that the "trunk open" switch in my door was not working. I called Abraham to ask him about this issue and he told me to bring the car in at my earliest convenience so that they could take a look at it and fix it.Sure enough, I brought my car in and Abraham and the mechanic looked at the problem and realized that a plug got overlooked and wasn't plugged in properly. He fixed it right away and apologized for the problem.I could not be happier about it now. It's working properly.Incredible shop!

Alex and his team did a fantastic job keeping me updated with the repairs to my car and completing the work. All the staff, especially Elizabeth, were easy to deal with and made the whole situation comfortable.! A very friendly environment and even easier process thanks to everyone there. They were very nice at first. I was not satisfied with their work at all. A total disappointment. They changed my original undamaged side mirror with a fake. My tire was hit during the accident, they didn't really fix the alignment problem from the collision, they just fixed the dent and painted just that area. I left there with more problems. I will never recommend such place. When I challenged them about this, their real attitude came out. All these reviews are probably from family and friends. I absolutely recommend their services! I was in a hit and run that completely ruined the front of my car. 5 Speed Collision took care of me. They were very thorough with the repairs and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I even got my car back earlier than expected! I came here for just an insurance claim but they did so much more. Elizabeth and her team were more than helpful with the process. They cleaned my car and fixed up a lot more than I came for. Leroy and his team took care of my car and makes me happy to have this experience with them. The best experience I've had in a while was definitely with 5 speed auto collision. When the parts arrived, they let me know, and as soon as I was available for an appointment, they took my car in and finished the work in a single day. My car appeared so brand-new that I was unable to even recognize it. Renting a car is also quite affordable when having work done on your car.

Very quick and professional staff. They helped me save money with their full inspection before I bought a used car and saved us the problems of dealing with a transmission problem we would have had to fix that we didn't know about. Trust worthy! Would reccomend!

Alex and his team are great! I will come here for all my service needs going forward. My bumper had to be repainted; and it looks better than when I first bought it. I m glad they were also able to do my oil change while it was getting collision repair. Picked my car up yesterday and very happy with my experience. Repairs were done quickly. Staff is courteous, professional & communicative. Not only did they repair my vehicle but they also washed and detailed it. My car is always a mess so that was really nice. I'm not sure but I think they topped off my tank as well. The only drawbacks are they don't take credit cards and they keep regular office hours during the week, which created a challenge for me. However they are open on weekends.Though I hope to never need their services again, will definitely return if there's a need.

They were able to get my car in the shop in a very speedy manner. They also was able to give me an estimate the same day. The staff was always very polite when we spoke over the phone too. Great people great business

Went there to get a price on a paint job on my car. They were highly interested very professional. I got my inspection done there while I waited for the painter to come and talk to me in person. Everybody seem to be great they gave me a price it was fair and honest. They have my car now the quoted 2 weeks and it should be ready and they give a lifetime warranty on all work they do on the paint. Able was very nice to me we went over every inch of the car he marked off what I needed to be done and I'm looking forward to getting my car back. I will give a different review after I get the car but as of right now I like doing business with them. We'll see how it works out I'll keep you aware of what goes on as it happens God bless.

First they amazed me by fixing the damage sustained to my Audi A6, and a year later they did an amazing work on my BMW X5. Professional work done without buyers remorse! I highly recommend this place of service for all of your collision needs: from a dent removal to a paint job, you will not be left out without road-trip-money! Great customer service from the front of the office and back. Trustworthy because they want you back. Highly recommend this business!
