These guys are great! Been here a couple of times and plan on coming back. Once was for an oil change and then I needed my windshield washer hose replaced, which they did for a lot cheaper than other places quoted. As long as they do right by me, this will be my go to place for car troubles. So far, so good. Highly recommend!!

Top Shelf Auto did an awesome job at replacing the power steering pump on my 2001 Dodge ram. I had dropped my truck off with them at 8:00 in the morning on a Wednesday and they had my truck ready by 3:00 the same day. They had the parts for my 2001 dodge truck on hand and ready to install. The repair they made saved me a lot of time time and money and got me back on the road very quickly. You get what you pay at Top Shelf with convenience and quality as well as great prices with great staff. I will be referring my friends and family to Top Shelf Auto for all their auto needs. I recently found this place after living about 7 minutes from here and seeing the reviews here and from my community Facebook group. Troy took good care of my transmission oil change and pretty quick as well. Knowledgeable and consoled me on when to get it done. You can make an online appointment too. Will be going back.

Great service and Troy will take care of you. Honest care shop and they always strive to do their best for your automotive needs. I take all of my cars here for anything from oil changes to engine replacement.

Bad business puts $600 price for wheels and tires then i call and confirm he says yes to the $600then changes price to $1200 and says sold to someone else do not deal with this person TroyPlanned my day to go get them and changes up last minute

I recently took my car to Top Shelf Auto in Justin Texas and was extremely impressed with their service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue with my car, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality service!

dropped off two cars to this place 04/2022 and both cars broke down 5 min down the road after getting work completed from this shop. would not recommend. Called to see what they could help with and of course they could help with nothing. If i could give zero stars i would. and now im stuck paying a loan that was used to fix my cars but instead did the opposite.

Top Shelf Auto came through for me once again. Took my 2016 Altima in making all kinds of rattles and squeaks and left the shop with my car sounding like new. Great work and price. I highly recommend Top Shelf Auto.

I feel like a lot of small shops will often add service and misdiagnose issues so you ll have to come back again and again. I don t get that with these guys. So much so that they have become my go-to shop for all my older vehicles and all the work that needs to be done on them. I d recommend these guys to ANYONE needing work done.

Very nice and professional service. I was in from out of town, and my service truck developed a misfire. Had trouble getting any shops to get me in quickly. Called Top Shelf and they worked me in almost immediately to get me back on the road and on the job. Highly recommend this place. As far as pricing I think they are absolutely competitive. I believe you get what you pay for. So, competitive pricing is a discount with this place. Nice folks.

My fianc� and I have both had work done on our vehicles, my parents as well. Great shop, better pricing than everyone else, friendly staff. Highly recommend. I d ignore the Karen s crying in some of the reviews I ve read. Comical.

This place rips you off. First they do not know the state inspection laws. According to state law you don't have to have your daylight running light working to get inspected. They seem to believe that if there is a bulb you inspect it. That is not true. They need to read the State laws. Please do not take your car there. The young man that works there asked my why I was upset over $25.50. I told him that it is not about the money, it is principle, he laughed. What happened to honor and respect. I have a Dodge Charger 2019 Gt. I've always taken it to the local Dodge Dealership for service. My car started to misfire at stop lights and when accelerating. (No Check Engine Light Came On) So I took it to the Dealership and they kept it for almost 2 weeks. After calling and calling they final answered saying camshaft, rocker arms, and more needed to be replaced. That tellsme they couldn't find the problem so let's just replace some of the engine. The cost was going to be $4,500 ridiculous. I picked up my car no way I'm paying that. I Googled local Auto shop and came upon Top Shelf Auto. Called them on a Monday and they said bring by Tuesday morning. Dropped off at 10:30am. Got a text message saying your car is ready for pickup at 2pm same day. The problem with my car was 1 bad spark plug and wire. I Highly Recommend Top Shelf Auto. They Are Friendly, Prices Are Good, Took There Time To Find The Problem. I'll Definitely Be Back. This was my first time coming here and I loved it. Everyone that assisted me was so kind and patient, which was a total 180 from my dealership. They take their time explaining what is the root of the problem, and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend!

I needed everything repaired that was damaged after a wreck, and about half of it was completed. I've had some weird sounds and still have death wobble on my front end, and took it to the dealership only to find my drag linkage has play in it, my track bar is bent, and several other issues. So now I'm having to reopen a 4 month old claim with my insurance because they just didn't care to do the job right. Also put my shock on upside down and didn't even bother clipping the zipties that hold on the shock boots.

They got my car working again, but it took over 3 weeks to do it. Top Shelf pricing for the work. When I get my car back, my floor mats were eaten by rodents from their facility. They refused to do anything to replace or reimburse me for my $115 floor mats, even though I just spent thousands of dollars to have them let my car sit for 3 weeks + have rats crawl in it. Very unprofessional and uncaring about customer concerns.

This place rips you off. They don t want to listen and they have no heart to be understanding. They would go look at the State inspection guidelines to verify that you don t inspect DLR lights. Took our 2014 Explorer Sport in because of a weird drivetrain noise. They did a quick trans fluid flush within a few hours and it all seems to be perfect! Garrett at the front desk was an extremely well mannered kid. Very professional and clean shop. It's less than a mile away and that's just a bonus. Will 100% be going back and HIGHLY recommend them!

Had 4 vehicles worked on by these guys and they did great every time. The Tacoma in particular had a lot of work that needed to be done (I knew ahead of time) and everything they suggested repairing matched up with known issues. They took pictures of every suggested repair area and explained the problems. Online app made it easy to choose what I wanted fixed and the pricing was fair. Been driving for a couple months since then and no issues came from their work. Work done on time and they communicated with text when needed so easy to keep things up to date. Quality and knowledgeable serivce. Used several times for several different vehicles. But charging my daughter $95 dollars for a 4qts of oil and a tire rotation.... with a $15 coupon.... that's excessive. Amazing experience here at Top Shelf Auto. Troy and Garret make an amazing team and their is no task they cannot complete. Very friendly and educational.
