I use SMG exclusively for my powder coating projects. The technician is very knowledgeable and completes work in a very timely manner. I ve never had a question about the quality of the finished product. Everything is always high quality.

Quality work is not their strong suit anymore i guess. Had a full set of calipers done back in January (the first picture) and they came out fantastic.Had another set of fronts done in march the same color (next two pictures) and it was the worst powder coating job I've ever seen. Not even close to the same color and there were light spots where you could see the base underneath the red. He blamed the job on his employees. Had to ship them back on my dime and the owner said he would coat them personally.Got them back (the last picture) and they are still nowhere same color and finish as the first set, they are discolored on the face, and the crossover tubes were installed on the wrong sides. So now if i tried to swap the tubes it would ruin the finish on the screws. Funny how they claimed they could not replicate the color of the first set but the last two looks about the same. He mentioned that my calipers were damaged (which they werent, i have pictures before he got them) and that he tried multiple times to redo them. There was no communication saying that he was having trouble coating them. And if they were damaged why would you continue to try to coat them?Each one of those jobs took almost 2 months for me to get my calipers back. There was no eta or updates during that time unless i reached out to them. When i did reach out he blamed it on being backed up with orders or because he was busy opening a new store. Also notice how in their negative reviews the customer is always wrong. Tells you alot about the owner Jeremy and his so called company. Highly disappointed. Save your time and money.

Update: The repeated belligerent responses to negative reviews (including my own) says EVERYTHING about this pathetic owner. I'll make it my mission to bad mouth this company on EVERY social platform. Good luck staying in business.Wanted to order a catch can for my ZL1, sales rep wrote up invoice, I paid. 11 days passed of having my money and my order with 0 updates. I had to reach 2 to 3 times in order to get an order status update. Got an email before any update was provided that my order was canceled at "my request", then finally told it was canceled due to lack of dealer inventory. No apology offered, no compensation offered. It will take days for the refund to process, so 11+ days of having my money when they didn't even have the product to sell. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone based off this experience.

(Update the owner message me privately on facebook to harass me shoppers beware of this place, the owner is not very nice person)(made a report with snap so they removed this location from their services)Nice place with nice parts. My parts didn t work for my car not even the intake made exactly for my car. Im not blaming the store tho, but their policies r not very customer friendly. I bought them true snap n them. Snap took care of everything n they even took a big loss for this business. Very happy with snap financing for closing my account n taking the parts back. I definitely feel bad for snap for losing all that money, they told me to take the brand new converter and cold air intake to the recycling to be destroyed really sad honestly. I definitely will never be back here n i hope snap removes them from one of their store options for financing.

Now i see why people are writing negative reviews about this place of business. I call about a car audio alternator for my 2008 silverado. The guy answered the phone was arrogant and rude. Sir! im sorry im not most people im not a tire kicker either im a serious buyer. You're a place of business customer service skills is a most. You must don't care about that. Thanks.. but no thanks. I run a small business aswell. I wouldn't dare talk to pontiential customers in that matter. Good luck

Literally a lifesaver. Had a bent wheel that was since purchase discontinued, they found what sounded like the last available exact wheel for me to replace the bent wheel, and was able to get me a discount on it to be cheaper than when I purchased them brand new 3 years ago. Thanks again SMG!!

Ordered a custom built 4l80e trans. Did a chargeback on Cc after product was shipped. Received product bank returned money SMG speed claims they did not receive even though I have a signed delivery receipt with Jeremy Dominick s signature. Shop is in possession of 4K worth of unpaid merchandise that has not been paid for a refuses to return product after multiple requests have been made. I will update this review when product is returned.As of now product still has not been returned. Shipping company advises the driver delivered the produc and has a signed delivery recipt which is a legal document.

I purchased both a set of beadlock forgestar wheels with tires and a regularly set of non beadlock forgestar wheels. Both products shipped either same day or next and were received in mint condition. Always had great experiences with these guys.

Bought a Corsa Exhaust. Transaction went well. They offer an option through SnapFinance where you can do payments and get it paid off in 100 days. This is my first purchase with them. Will review again when my hood comes in. Thanks again Dalton at SMG.
