We have a new Keystone RV that we took to 3 other repair shops and all of them tried to seal the shower to stop it from leaking. None of them succeeded. JBRV took the door off and replaced it completely rather than continuing to try the same failed method. Very happy and would recommend calling them for sure.

We ve used JBRV on two separate calls. The first call was due to our entire power/solar going out and our inverter making a horrendous noise. We called about 15-20 mobile RV techs and Leo was the able to pivot and try to get to us as quick as he could. Ultimately it was a simple solve, the RV park we were at had a prior tenant who s plug caused a fire at the shore power so we weren t pulling a full load. Even though the shore power was what needed to be fixed by the RV park, Leo stayed to guide my husband and I with some other minor fixes that we hadn t quite gotten to yet.Overall, Leo is dependable, honest, fairly priced and stands by his work. So glad we found his company after coming across quite our fair share of shady techs.

What a find! Needed some help with our furnace and Leo responded to my call quickly, came when he said he would, figured out the problem and fixed it. Leo is professional, pleasant to deal with and knows what he's doing. Highly recommend!

Leo was such a huge help. I did a lot of trouble shooting on my furnace and couldn t get it to run. I brought the rv in and he went through the rig with me and answered all my questions. Really nice guy and very knowledgeable. Also saw my rig in a pinch and helped out with follow up questions through the week.

I called JBRV Mobile RV Repair based on reviews, and I am glad I did. The technician, Leo, was able to find and solve my plumbing issue, then checked my heating system, AC, and roof. He could have tried to sell more services, but he didn t. He let me know the true condition of everything and when I should have them checked again. He is thorough, honest, and courteous. I highly recommend JBRV, and I will be calling them again for repairs and regular maintenance.

Leo and team really came through for me on a travel trailer brake repair job. We needed new brakes put on prior to leaving on a week long trip from DFW to Angel Fire, NM. The brakes were installed but did not seem to work right. Leo took the time to ride with me to properly burnish the brakes and ensure they were in good working order. Problem solved. Over all I am very happy with Leo s work and customer service. I would definitely recommend him!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would! I am thoroughly impressed! They came out to work on my trailer s AC (the breaker was tripping, and the AC wasn t turning on.) in the searing heat, and man, did they rock it! 30 minutes later, it was back up and running! They did some repairs to the ducts, promptly diagnose what was going on, and explained what was going on. They even want to do a follow-up to reassess. I ve definitely nicknamed Leo and Joe The RV Doctors . This was my first time having to call an RV repair team, and it is safe to say I will be a continuing customer! From scheduling the appointment with Jennifer to Leo and Joe coming out to look at the RV, the process has been smooth and flawless! They have all been excellent, communicative, and personable! If you have ANY RV repair needs, I highly suggest JBRV!Thank you guys again! Service: Air conditioning

Leo came out same day we moved our new rig into an RV Park. Temps were in single digits that day and he got us set up and propane running so we could have heat. Leo is very knowledgable courteous and informative.We have since used him to set up generators he purchased for us. This is an alternative to solar power and half the cost of solar installation The generators he ordered are an excellent brand and run very quiet. With the addition and installation of a second AGM battery. they will provide 50amp service while running in tandem while dry camping.We are very impressed with the broad services he can provide. His fees are reasonable and he makes sure he gives you a full hour of service. We will use him again and again!

Leo was very prompt to call me back Very professional on the phone and in person. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our water heater on our Jayco and sent over an estimate for repair (we also had him quote for an exterior plug, new pigtails for our tanks, and body repair from a blowout). Once approved, he quickly ordered the supplies and was back promptly to work on it. We are all set for our trip to Marfa and so excited! Thank you Leo for turning this so quick and freeing us up from having to get our trailer worked on at the dealer. We will keep you on speed dial, sir.

Our AC in our RV stopped working on Thursday. I couldn t get anyone to answer their business phone. When I did they were either not taking new clients or couldn t get to me for 3 weeks. Leo came out the same day we spoke and installed my new AC the very next day. He is prompt courteous and true to his word. A very professional young man, and I will tell him all our RV friends. I would strongly recommend him to anyone and everyone. He definitely saved us in this extreme Texas heat.Service: Air conditioning

I couldn't be happier with my experience with JBRV. Leo explained over the phone about the call-out fee, and he was there very quickly after I asked him to come over. My furnace had quit working. He did some diagnostics and said it was a bad control board, and he would order a new one straight away. He also gave me a quote. A couple of days later he had the board, and he came by the next day. The furnace was a bear to remove (trailer manufacturers seem to make everything as inaccessible as possible), but he got it out and found a mud dauber nest on the fan. The fan hitting that when I cranked it up is probably what damaged the board. He took the furnace with him to work on at home, since it was over the Xmas break. He brought it back right after the break and with his helper (Joel - another great advertisement for this company) got it up and running again. Only charged 15 minutes of work to get the wasp nest out. Given the bitter cold and Xmas break, this was all handled very quickly and very professionally. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I met Leo a few months ago when he replaced a friends RV a/c. I was impressed with his professionalism and skills so I did not hesitate to contact him to replace a slide out seal on my RV. Leo and crew were pheNOMenal to work with. Called me right back. Showed up next day prompt. Knowledgeable and well prepared. I'm a novice, but they thoroughly and patiently explained everything to me. And boy, do I appreciate that. Charged me a fair price. They gained a new customer for life.....I HIGHLY recommend them.

Had Leo and his team replace a Anderson water system valve on my Nexus Wraith... These guys are experts and did a great job. cleaned up around the valve, checked it out and I was very impressed... will be using them on other items if needed on my Motorhome...for sure...!!!!!!!
