After I got to the store. While I'm looking for my things my knees dropping on the workers talking to other customers things like that I seem to know what they're doing they help out the people always good even when I got to check out. They do have plenty of parts for all kinds of vehicles so that's a good thing. I didn't use this but their website says that they have delivery same day for a certain amount of money and then free delivery if you get it the next day.The only problem I had is because I'm not originally from Decatur only been here a month pay attention to the road markers the signs because that intersection at 287 and whatever that road is it's confusing.You might have to do u-turns lol.Have some GPS guidance.

Felt like I was totally invisible couldn t get anyone to help 3 different employees walked off and disappeared as soon as I was ready to check out .Not like they were busy either I was the only one inside the store . Waited several minutes and no one ever came back. Also they had carts blocking isles . Going to Oreillys elsewhere. Don t have time to be ignored

Autozone was a very busy place, so checking out was a little so. I wanted windshield wipers antifreeze and startinfluid, but they were so busy I passed on the wipers since I didn't know what size I needed. Otherwise, it wasn't too bad.

I really like the manager girl. She seems more knowledgeable and is more helpful than ANY is the guys that work at this location.

Loving the New closer store, the entrance needs work and signage. The worker i dealt with was quick and knowledgeable.New Visit to the store and Devin was knowledgeable, helpful and a great people person.

I went in for a battery check and it was confirmed that my car had a bad battery. Battery was installed. I also needed a running light that was out and needed to be replaced. I did not get the names of the two associates that assisted me but they went far and beyond to replace light that was to say the least, a tedious task to take out and replace. I commend these two men for a job well done. I will be returning to this store as needed. Thank you!

I went into get a new car battery, I was helped by a nice and polite young man with red hair. He was professional and helpful, he showed me the 3 batteries that would work for me and let me pick, he did not try to up sell me( I had already looked on line and knew what I wanted and that it was in stock). In all the heat and such I did not get his name , but on my receipt his CSR#46 receipt #017721.Thank you fir having people like this on payroll.

Brian and Dave saved my life from a dead battery. Without them my roadside assistance would have left me in the 100 degree Texas heat for 2 hours. Excellent service and caring people! Thank you!!!

Honestly, I was a little disappointed this morning with my visit to AutoZone. Usually, the AZ team jumps all over trying to help. I usually don't need it. Today, I couldn't get anyone to even ask if they could help. I picked up the things I could find and went to check out. The clerk was a VERY young gentleman, I asked my question and he said, he didn't know the answer. Didn't grab anyone else to ask, just continued to check my purchase and sent me on my way... just odd.

Getting in here is tricky because you need to turn early into a side street, then turn into the driveway, then go around the place to the front door. Once there, the store is rather nice inside. The staff did just fine. They brought out the code reader and diagnosed my car. I had already done the diagnosis, so I was kind of testing them. The first part they brought out didn't fit my car, but I had already picked out the correct part on the website. So they kind of failed their test, but they were perfectly nice. I would advise bringing the faulty part in to make sure you get the correct part as their system isn't perfectly accurate. That's a reflection of the company, not the staff.

Had an issue with an accessory I had purchased a couple of months ago. The very nice lady at the counter helped get it resolved quickly. Her customer service was outstanding!! She knew what she was doing as well. So happy to have this shop nearby. I always have good interactions with them. Thanks!!

Make sure you verify they are looking at the correct engine type for your part over the phone! Tauruses have like 3 diff. engine types, Flex, SFI, & DOHC. Great customer service, the female Manager who works there is awesome.

I had a alternator problem my gauges went dead so I stopped at this autozone and they hook me up with a new alternator even tested the old one and they were very nice professional people , Luke T did a awesome job that even let me borrow a few tools to get the job done in the 100� heat, Even though they said they could not help me change the alternator but never hurts to ask...

Had to get to battery. I purchased it online. When I arrived they had battery waiting and swapped it out for me. Great service. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for the great service to the younger white girl with all the tats. You went above and beyond.

This Autozone is awesome! Bryan was super friendly and helpful. They were quick to help find the solutions to my car problems, got the parts I needed, and even though some parts were not in the store, they had them in stock before the end of the day. I feel like they saved me from what would have probably cost me a ridiculous amount had I taken it to the dealership. This place will always have my business!

Took my Jeep in to check the battery, turned out I needed a new one. Purchased and the young lady behind the counter asked if I wanted them to install it. I didn t have tools so said sure why not. (Expecting the guy there to do it because I m like that) the young lady (didn t get her name) came out and knocked out the install even with the extra mod wiring setup. A+ service even if I felt like an *** having a young lady do my work for me.

I went to Autozone in Justin to get bulbs for my brake lights and new windshield wipers. A very nice young man named Bryce got the parts for me and then offered to install them for me. It wasn t easy but he got it done and also installed the windshield wipers. That wasn t easy either but he did it. I was blown away by the service. I moved here a year ago from Florida where a clerk would have handed me the parts and said Good luck lady. I can t say enough about how professional and kind Bryce was to me. Thank you so much!
