I visited that place in February to replace my old with an used tire. When the man in charge of the place finalized I noticed that one of the screws of the tire was missing. He didn't planning to say anything and when I asked him he said that it was broken and I said need the screw FOR SAFETY REASONS he put one that he has somewhere that also doesn't match my car and promises to buy one from the dealership. I visited the place again several times and the last EXCUSE that he says was I need to bring the car to the dealership. This is totally unacceptable. I never bring my car to that place again. That place doesn't care about customer especially women.

I don't know about being an All Star. This is a metal building. I think the only part used for this establishment is the outside covered area to both wash and change tires. There is NO waiting room. A full detail consists of a power wash, towel dry, vacuum, and inside wipe down for $40. I think they only take CASH. It is operated by a nice guy, but I wouldn't call this a professionally run business. This is more of an ethnically catered establishment. I would recommend the Carmel car wash in Roanoke. They will give a professional machine wash and dry for less than this. Plus offer free vacuum and levels of detailing I know this place cannot. Sorry guys. I hope your tire business is doing well.

Absolutely terrible place to bring your vehicle. This guy's "detailer" backed my car into another vehicle they have on site, messed up the back bumper on my car in doing so. Ripped/peeled the leather off the dash above the radio, peeled the paint off the Steering wheel Volume control button, and all this the DAY BEFORE we were supposed to trade the vehicle in. Now he refuses to take responsibility for any of his "employees" actions. If I could give no stars, I would.

I am so very very very pleased with my Detail!! I will definitely be going back again! If you are looking for somewhere to go. Stop looking go here!! BRING CASH. They dont accept cards yet.

I took a Van that was gifted to me and the inside was very dusty and had stains on the carpet. When I went to pick it up, I was very happy and satisfied! The entire inside was sooo clean including carpet, seats, dashboard, doors just everything looked great! I got there at 4:30 pm and nobody was anywhere to be found called and got an answering machine they are open until 5 pm. Was going to buy new tires I'll go somewhere else.

Wish I would have taken before and after photos. Wife left the windows partially open during a storm last week, soaked the seats and the floor. Attempts at drying it out failed and mildew and mold set in. Dropped the car off in the morning, picked up in the afternoon, and I am pretty sure it hasn't been this clean since the day we bought it. Carpets shampooed, interior and exterior detail, the whole 9 yards. I'll be bringing my other vehicles here now as well!
