On 3/30/2024, around 7pm, my trucks starter/spark plugs went out at my local Chick-fil-A. And was Unresponsive, me and my father tried to get it working but nothing would do, so I called All American Towing & Recovery, and The Operater Dispatched Nick to help us within 20 Minutes, and he brought the truck home safe and sound.Overall Great company and service!

I was referred to All American by my mechanic. As soon as I called dispatch, Nick was kind, understanding and accommodated my situation with urgency. When Johnathan, the tow driver, arrived he ensured I had a safe place to go and that all my questions were answered. Johnathan waited with me until my ride arrived. He documented my vehicle status before moving it onto the truck.This has been the most courteous towing company I have been privileged to hire! If I could give them more stars, I would.Thank you All American!

Anytime you have to tow a car or truck on the side of the highway, it s dangerous. He made sure we both stayed safe and made sure my good old truck was safe and secure. He was professional and friendly as well. Thanks Nick

He and his truck looked completely professional. He is skilled, and engaging. He told me he would call when his drop was completed. It was, and he did. Stay away from these people, it is not paying you for their service, it is that they are looking for how to seize your vehicle. They only care about how big your insurance is to try to defund it with a super inflated bill. If they do not succeed, they will try to steal or take away your vehicle due to the impossibility of paying the immense bill. Of around $1000-$1500 they invented an invoice full of falsehoods of $14,000. The pictures speak for themselves

We were stranded on 156 just before 114. In a left turn lane. Lots of traffic. Fortunately these guys came out very quickly took care of us and got us to where we needed to be. Great towing company. The flatbed they used got our car up and out quickly. The driver was very concerned about safety. Kudos guys!

Travis Elliott was wonderful. I had a blowout in an unsafe spot on the highway and needed towing a short distance to get out of the traffic. He was there quickly and was very kind and even let my son "help" after our car was towed and unloaded. Because it was such a short distance they didn't charge us. We will use them in the future for sure! Thank you for making un unpleasant experience on the highway manageable and more pleasant for my family.

Teddy was awesome when I really needed awesome! He showed up to help me with my broken vehicle earlier than expected. He got the job done quickly and did his very best to make sure I wasn't charged any more than necessary. He was my hero for the day!

I work with R&L carriers. I had a breakdown on a roundabout approaching a bridge and needed a tow asap! Brandon came right within the time that was specified by the company. He was very personable, professional, respectful and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was able to get the tractor moved quickly and safely back to my terminal. Can t thank him enough! I Would recommend All American towing and recovery any day of the week!!

I serve as the Facilities Director for The Village Church and we had All American Towing help us out with an urgent towing need. We needed some broken down shuttles moved on a tight deadline. I had my Chevy start messing up trying to start and needed a tow to classic chevorlet in grapevine and he was at my house in less than 40 minutes and took no time to get me hooked and to the dealership for help. I highly recommend using this company and if you can get NICK as your driver he s awesome. Super nice guy and handled my truck with absolute care throughout the process. Will use this company and ask for NICK if you ever need a tow.

Had to get towed off the side of the interstate a week ago due to some dpf issues on the truck and just wanted to say Casy from All American got there before eta was even up. He was great, professional and super friendly I ve been towed a few times for different stuff and can honestly say this was the absolute best experience I ve had it s never fun to deal being broke down but Casy was awesome and even gave me some career advise when chatting. Great guy all around I think I d be alright breakin down again if I knew he was gonna save my butt LOL.

Michael came out to Aldi Distribution in Denton,Tx to unlock my Truck. He called to verify my location. He was on location within 30 minutes of the initial call. He had the Truck unlocked in under 10 minutes and had me rolling again. Michael was respectful and professional. Thank You Sir.
