They were really helpful and identified the problem in a timely manner and got me back running I would definitely use them again in the future if I'm near Junction TX

I was on a company business trip from San Antonio to Midland when I overheated and broke down 10 mile south of Junction, Texas. I was able to get picked up by Roy s wrecker service and auto repair within a timely manner and then he was able to get my car back on the road as well as 2 other minor repairs in a super awesome amount of time. It is a great place and a great shop owner!

Terrible service, they charge you without fixing the ploblem, they charged 666.00 for doing nothing.

Tow guy was an actual Human BEING!!My friends were broke down in Junction and they were stuck in their pickup for several hours. The last we heard from our roommate Kathy was that they were broke down on the side of the road and her phone was dying. Their cell was dead within the next few hours. I had been in contact with the tow driver named as best I can remember, was Wesley. I told him what was going on and that I could not find our friends I'd even driven to Junction to do so and I called him probably three or four times throughout the day to see if they had gotten in touch with him before her phone died. He said the last he had spoken to her was when she told him she was broke down on the side of the road. Unfortunately she didn't have a mile marker or any kind of exit that she could give him for a marker. He and a police officer got them back into town After he found my friends he called me to let me know that he did and put my roommate on the phone. He took them over to Dairy Queen so they could eat. After getting them back to Austin he then taxies my roommate home. Great guy..he knew my worries over Cathy and took good care of her.

The owner was super friendly and great to work with! We were just traveling through and had some truck issues(over heating). We ultimately needed a new fan motor. I expected it to take 2 days since we dropped it off at 1 in the afternoon but the owner called me just after 5 and said it was done! That was a week ago and 1000 miles, the truck is doing great! I'm glad I got the work done there! And if you are not from the area the shop is walking distance to an amazing campground with very nice cabins for rent!

I really recommend coming to Roy! They are super fast at replying and getting things done. They are really nice and helpful. He towed our car from Juntion, TX to Copperas Cove, TX. This place is amazing! I got a flat while driving all the way from Lubbock and came here to get my tire patched up. Not only were the prices great but the service was exceptional!! The worker patched up my tire and gave me a full on lesson on how to change a tire. They were so helpful and so so kind. I could not believe the assistance I received in such a stressful time for me. Amazing service!!! Highly recommend!

Great service Great people!! Not roadside rip-off!!..My driveshaft broke and tore the transmission in my pick up on way home to Houston in March 14m. from Junction I called several shops that came up in my search one even quoted me $4000 for the trans. alone without ever seeing the damage. I was referred to Roy's for a tow and told that they do trans.work. The tow truck came immediately and they began work as soon as it came off the truck. After waiting a few days for a rebuilt trans. it malfunctioned..Roy took it out and stayed till 10:30pm installing another one..he even took the time to show me other items that needed to be addressed while my truck was the rack.. I left their feeling like I was leaving family that I hadn't seen in a while..His daughter even mailed my bank card back to me after I left it on the desk.. I only wish his shop were closer to home.. I look forward to passing back that way to take up an invite to go Bass fishing with his son..

During a road trip across Texas, my truck broke down in Junction. After hours. I frantically called Roy s and within 30 minutes a tow truck arrived. These guys were quick, professional, honest and I was back on the road in about an hour. I highly recommend them!! Thanks again for everything!!

Thanks to the Good Lord & Roy for helping us get home safely this weekend through the horrendous storm Texas was not prepared for. I highly recommend them and know you can count on them if you need help on the road. Me, my husband, & our babies are home safe now. God Bless Them

Our tire blew out on I-10 and we were able to get towed to Roy s. We thought we were going to get stranded in Junction for the night because everyone had closed, but Roy kept the shop open just for us and replaced our tire in record time. This shop is truly amazing!

All I have to say is.... Roy is AMAZING!!! AMAZING and such a kind humble caring man. My nephew and niece were stranded on the freeway with a 2 month old baby and a 2 year old with no gas. With the bad weather during this ice/snow storm and all of the gas stations out of gas, he made the effort to find gas and rescue them with enough gas to get them to a gas station and they made it home safely. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH ROY, YOU ARE AMAZING!!! WE APPRECIATE YOU SOOOOO MUCH.

We were on our way to Campwood when the power steering went out and the truck over heated. Its 10:45pm on a Wednesday and we're stuck on the side of the road, 30 miles from Junction and 130 miles from home.We turned to Google for help and found Roy's Wrecker Service. In under an hour they were there to pick us up! With a tow truck to haul our truck and their personal pickup to haul the trailer we were pulling!Once we got to Junction, they gave us a ride to a motel and even a ride to breakfast the next morning!When it was determined the coolant had gone out, Roy and his team took off to Kerville to pick up the part from a Certified Dodge store.Thanks to Roy's Wrecker Service, we were back on the road by 2pm the very next day! We couldn't have asked for a better business to come save us!

Our Ford 6.0 Excursion had an issue while we were staying in the south Llano river state park. Roy s brother John came out with the wrecker, picked it up and took it to their shop. They used the computer and knew what the problem was asap. The part was in Kerrville and therefore was not in town (junction) till the following day. They fixed or 6.0 and we were able to get back on the road. I talked to both Roy and John at length and found them to be very enjoyable people, AND they really seemed to know what they were talking about when it came to the 6.0 (which if you know anything about a 60, can be tempermental and intricate). I would abosolutely call these guys again. They did exactly what needed to be done. If ther was anything negative that I could say, it would only be the price of the part on the invoice vs what you see it at online. BUT!, it wasn t available in town, I wasn t ordering it online, and someone had to drive to kerrville to get the part. Ergo, it was probably priced right. Lastly, I appreciate them coming out to pick me up from the campground once the repair was completed. In short, if you find yourself with car trouble anywhere around junction TX, don t hesitate to call Roy s, he will take care of you, really seems to know his stuff, and was honest with us. Thanks Roy!!!!!

Roy doesn't give up on you when your truck breaks down. He does a good job even gives you the old parts so you know He did the job. He is the best in Junction Texas.

I'm a hotshot driver and my driver side hub completely failed. Thanks to Roy and his team I was able to get it fixed quick and back on the road in no time. A place like this is hard to come by these days and I'm very grateful for the help they provided me.

Extremely helpful, very fast, and respectful business. Being a young girl broken down on the side of the highway is scary enough, but they made it comfortable and easy to get the help I needed.100% would use this service again. Thank you for all the help!

"this number does not accept calls from telemarketers"....when you try to call with a road emergency..not wise to use call blockers if you really want incoming calls
