me and my family had an issue with our rv after a blow out going through junction, Nathan was the only shop around to take the time to help find the part we needed and get it ordered, despite how busy he is, he kept us updated and as soon as the arrived him and one of his employees came to us and installed it so we could get back on the road to get to our destination, he was very professional and quick. I can't thank him enough for the work he put forth.

Nathan and his team were super helpful and friendly. Had a ticking noise in my engine (means you have low/no oil!!) 30 miles out and they took my van in 15 min before close and got me a really quick oil change and quick check up to make sure I was good for the rest of my trip. Thank you guys!

Nathan is incredible. We had a radiator issue and he was able to quickly help us solve the issue, locate the part, and have a solution. He s super knowledgeable and nice. 10/10 would recommend

Excellent service, bought new tires in Austin, they balanced them improperly. Stopped for the night at Econolodge, in AM Stopped at Elite. My car that was jiggling at highway speeds. Now my car is driving straight and proper now. Thanks Nathan!

We were traveling on our way from Austin to Phoenix with our kids in our van, pulling a trailer, and of course, once we hit Hill Country, we got a check engine light. The code was for the mass airflow sensor. We were able to buy the part, but the code went off after we cycled the engine. So we kept driving. It came on again about 20 min outside of junction. So we found this shop and the guy there actually stopped what he was doing to help us put the new sensor in. 15 min. He charged us $30. It was fast, easy, and saved us on our way home! Excellent service. So great to know there are places like this with people like that who are helpful and honest. He understood we were on a long way home, and he helped us immensely.

Nathan is the man. I sent him a complex vehicle issue that three other mechanics couldn't find or fix. His team quickly troubleshoot the issue and fixed me right up. He's very fair and honest as well.

The place might not look like much but we can't say enough good things about Nathan and his staff. Had issues with our RV and he took us right in and fixed a number of problems. Great work and very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Quick, Helpful, and Fair. I worked exclusively with Nathan after my daughter's car broke down on the way to El Paso from the Austin area. He kept me informed with everything that was going on, handled the insurance claim for me, and got the work done quicker than expected. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing an automotive repair. Extremely pleased!

We were traveling from Arizona to Texas when our truck broke down in the middle of nowhere. We got towed to the nearest repair shop which was Elite Automotive. Once arrived, Nathan was a great help from beginning to end, he went above and beyond to get us back on the road again. Nathan and his staff was very friendly, we even got a ride to the part store to pick up the part we needed. Couldn't have asked for a better place to have our truck repaired. Nathan was so helpful! We were driving cross country and the shifter cable came loose on our Jeep. Not only did he fix it for us quickly so that we could get back on the road, but he drove to the gas station where we were stuck despite having more than enough work on his hands at the shop. He educated us on the issue, secured the cable, and taught us how to fix it if we had further issues along the way!

We're driving on Interstate 10 on a Saturday late afternoon when our car tires started acting up. We pulled into Elite and it was closed. I called the number on the front of the building and got Ethan at home. Explained the problem and he said no problem, he'll get his worker to come in and help. Didn't catch his name but he brought his toddler Daniel with him. Hour later we're on our way back to Florida. Such great service, and on their day off. Excellent service, nice people. If I could give more than five stars I with him.

My daughter and I were traveling across all of Texas the day before Thanksgiving and my car broke down. We had my car towed to this shop it was closed when we arrived but we called them in the morning and they were Super friendly and extremely helpful. They looked everything over and found our problem and got us back on the road pretty quickly. If you are in Junction Texas and break down and need something for your car I would definitely see Nathan at Elite Automotive.

I highly recommend the Team at Elite Automotive! As a new Tesla owner I was surprised to learn that while charging at the super charging station in Junction I had picked up a 4 inch nail in my tire driving from San Antonio back to El Paso. The Team at Elite went into action and after a couple of utube videos was able to remove and save the tire putting me safely back on the road home. My thanks to the Team there!

Raymond was extremely fair with his pricing, he knew I was on a time crunch and out of town, he didn't take advantage and was all around good guy. Amazing service! We broke down getting off I-10 on our way from Jacksonville to San Diego. AAA was going to tow us to the shop a mile down the road, then we called Elite directly and they drove to the gas to pick us up. Turned out to be a minor issue and we were back on the road in a couple hours. Price was incredibly fair!

I am going to take the time to update my experience here, more than 9 months after I had some work done.First - I want Nathan (& company - including his Dads towing service) that I respect and appreciate ALL OF THEM! Nothing herein is a personal attack or meant in disrespect.The long and short of it is that I had an AC unit blowing hot. The freon was good, the compressor had great function (pressure) and Nathan checked all of it.I am somewhat mechanically inclined and neither of us could figure it out. I opted to go with my gut and Nathan's suggestion to replace the systen. I did catch a couple comments regarding the great price I was given - business is business and we had already agreed.The system was replaced and worked a bit better around town.system. gave me a great price and none of his labor/components have failed to date.. Once I hit the highway, right away I had the same hot air blowing out of the vents.I took it to another shop in town for another opinion before that and they said the same thing.I drove to a shop about 50 miles west. I was there for 5 minutes and had been given the answer. IT WAS THE FAN CLUTCH. If your spring is bad on the fan clutch, it loses RPMs and thus moves insufficient CFM of air to allow all fluids to cool.The fan clutch cools the coolant (radiator), oil (oil cooler), tyranny fluid (tyranny cooler) AND THE FREON via the condenser near the radiator. The fan clutch was replaced, the air worked great and has every time since.Nathan did nothing wrong here. We both missed it. Although I feel as though he should have gotten it out of the gate, none of us are perfect.This establishment provides competent services in a way that is fair and honest and his Dad has a great towing service.If you've ever been fishing, you never catch em all.I wish this establishment the best of wishes and I want to see them prosper.

I am so grateful for finding this shop after breaking down on I10 on our way to San Antonio. The owner is honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help our family and get us to our destination on time. The repairs were done quickly and correctly and my truck is running like new! Thank You!!!!

Great place, they treated me right. They work on my rig all day trying to get me back on the road. I was pulling a trailer be hind my SUV when it started to miss real bad. They got me back on the road to see my new grand daughter. If you need good work done at a great price this is the place.
