These people are the best they have always taken care of My husband. Their customer service and interaction is truly what sets them above everyone else. Only wish my husband wasn't so easily distracted by stories so we wouldn't spend hours there every time he goes to but an oil change kit

Called Friday and got great phone service. Took my Street Glide Monday morning for 20k service. Customer service is excellent. Bike has all new fluid, no oil left over on it, clutch feels better, gave me date codes on tires, and info on future parts. They treated me like I've been using them for years. They also have a good selection of parts and accessories.

AWESOME!!! TOTALLY AWESOME!!! Scott Sr. and Scott Jr. are fantastic and know motorcycles! Service was incredible! My local HD Dealership wanted over $300 for what I needed done. TA charged me $57. Honest to God, 1/5 the cost of my HD Dealership! I'll be taking Lucille there from now on!

The owners are great but the guy who did my cam installation SUCKS. They did not upload the proper tune, scratched multiple surfaces on my motorcycle, broke one of the retaining rings on my exhaust shield and left another one hanging loose. It is my fault because I did not even think about it until long afterwards, but they did not give me back the parts they took off or replaced. I am left wondering now if they even did some of the work I was charged for.

Great place for all of your motorcycle needs.Wonderful family owned shop with the best people and experience to boot.Would definitely recommend to anyone especially Harley Davidson or Indian owners.

Called to ask if they work on Yamaha 1900 Stratoliners. Just needed oil change and tires. They don't do work on Stratoliners. Gave no reason.

Not only fair pricing, but trustworthy and decent turnaround time for repairs. In less than 2 weeks, they fixed what the dealership has monkeyed around with for almost a year. They are not only knowledgeable but also courteous. Went above and beyond expectations to deliver a motorcycle that I'd feel safe enough let my mother ride.

These guys were great. They were super busy when I showed up with 40 bikes ahead of me and told me it would be at least a week before they could start the work. Three days later I get a call that my bike is done and under budget. If I had any complaint at all it would be the smudged thumbprint left on my mirror which I wouldn t even have noticed if they hadn t cleaned the rest of the bike so damn well. Super easy to deal with. No hassles. Great service. Affordable work. These guys are the total package.

Thunder Alley was recommended to me by two friends that are customers. The owner, Scott Sr., came to my house to pick up my bike even though they were super busy. They discovered the problems and fixed my bike with a full service days before I expected it to be done. I met Scotty Jr. when I came to pick up the bike and he went over and above to answer my questions and talk through parts that I needed to add to the bike. These guys are good at what they do, they care about their customers, and understand great service. I am incredibly impressed!!

Known these good people for years. Have had multiple bikes taken to them for service, replacement parts, all the way up to crash repairs.My '87 has the distinction of being an oddball year with factory changeovers in '86 and '88. They've never given me any grief as to how hard it is to get parts or padding a bill like some others I could mention.Great and knowledgeable people all the way around.

Took my bike in for a clutch job. And so.e throttle cable adjustment.And a couple other little things I've noticed.Was quoted about $500.00I was was fine with that. But instead when I picked up the bike.They said they were able to adjust the clutch out,and change my fluids. My bill was only $120.00. They are great to work with and will be back.Scott and his team are great. My bike runs so much better now.Thanks Scott.

Shop always exceeds my expectation and i trust these guys with my life and my machine. Ive never been treated ill or unfair there and i dont expect to be treated any different from the next guy but they just do great work and they always get my machine back to me better and safer and its an older bike but it shines still and runs great each time i see them. Very great shop, great guys, and great work ethics. Thank yaw down there at thunder alley

Been a Harley family for years. Not a big deal on doing the routine upkeep on my own, but anything above I have Scott and team on speed dial. Never have I been dissatisfied or disappointed by these folks. Since moving from their Burleson shop they have done well in keeping a good amount of stock. When they have to order something there is no real lag time. Any maintenance has been been above expectations with a price tag nearly half of the Harley dealerships. They are fully qualified Harley mechs (even for warranty work) Turnaround is much quicker than the dealers. I really respect the communication. If you are like me and mine, we depend on our bikes and don't let just anyone touch them. I have no problem leaving it with these guys. Thank You Scott for being honest and trusting.

Had my 98 ultra Classic Carburated, Had a Port Fuel injection system. Man did that ever make a Difference it s never ran so good. Thanks Scott and team. You did a fantastic job5 stars

Took 89 FLHTC in to have clutch adjusted. We take comfort knowing Scott Sr always takes an interest in making sure everything is done correctly. Allows me to venture out with my daughter knowing everything is mechanically sound for open Road.

Not cheap but fairly priced. Great service. When things got very busy. I saw the owner grabbing wrenches and hitting the dirt. Talking with other customers there, these guys obviously retain a lot of repeat business.

Friendly, helpful. Okay look this is my thing. We all bring our bike to them because they have respect for us and treat our motorcycle like it were there's. I've never had smoke blew up you know where. The prices are right and the parts are of grear quality. There workmanship is top notch. Would I recommend them. Only to everyone I talk to about getting there bikes serviced. Great job Thunder alley.Craig Brower.

We own a 1989 FLHTC HARLEY DAVIDSONWe chose to go to Thunder Alley for several reasons. 1st was they were not a HD store.2nd because they were Indy owned by father and his sons and because we support local business that are Indy owned over corporate retail chains.Owning a bike requires patience when you ride and when it comes to maintenance and repairs.We can honestly saw that we wanted to come back because Scott Sr is not only a understanding man as well as a patient man, he is honest and will go out of his way to right any wrong and he takes it personal when a bike and a customer leave his shop and there not completely satisfied. Our bike ended up going back and Scott Sr being unaware of our situation, we ended up going back and once we got to meet Scott Sr and talk with him we had a pretty good feeling that things would be done to both our expectations. Since we picked our bike up we've had smooth sailing ever since. Scott Sr has not only earned my business but our respect as well and he is the kinda of man I prefer to do business with. In the future we will always go to Scott Sr Thunder Alley motorcycles as long as he is in business and let's us in the front door. Just remember patience is required when riding and working on bikes and if you can respect that then you will always get to leave with confidence knowing your well taken care of and treated fairly when dealing with Scott Sr.Thank You Scott and all those at Thunder Alley motorcycles cycles for taking care of our bike.Robert Embry 89 FLHTC
