Walked in and was completely ignored which is typical, but I had to put my item back due to a wait time I didn't expect, as I had food in the car with my dogs. Not their problem whatsoever. What is their problem is the very young, dark haired gentleman behind the counter who thought it would be an adorable move to look directly at me in my truck, laugh, and wave goodbye all cutesy like. He then had the audacity to laugh again when I called to confront him and lied by saying he was "pointing to his computer"He could've done much better with that lie.The customer service is average terrible here, but he took it to another extreme.Luckily Auto Zone is always nice. A bit more out of my way but they hire adults who know how to act at least.

Walked in for a return and was ignored. Cashier (Mark) called customers from another line before me. Another customer had to tell him I was waiting and I was there first. I was in the line in front of his register.When he went to help me, he acted rude and like I was an inconvenience to him. After he returned my item he handed me my receipt and walked away not saying anything. Overall a terrible experience. I will go to other stores in the future.

Really great store. Amazing help. Had everything I needed. Even got some parts shipped to the store. Should have my classic 88 vette and 95 f350 on the road again in no time. Thank you guys. Also thank you for the military discount. That means tons to my and all of my veteran brothers and sisters.

Just AWESOME, drive down to Joshua to pick something up, in car car very low on oil, literally no oil, stopped and bought it from here, Mr. Mark, a quite young gentleman helped me out and if it wasn t for him, I wouldn t have known where to put the oil, now I do . Very helpful and very well mannered young gentleman.

I usually like this store but today was a little different. I tried to get a part warrantied under my uncles account because thats where the part is warrantied under. Apparently my uncle has to be the one to handle he warranty. My issue is not with Oreilly policy as I understand thats how it is. My issue is with the young man, Kyle who felt the need to reprimand me for trying to warranty out a part under my uncles account. He threatened to report my uncle told me he "had a problem with me trying to use the account as an unauthorized person". I was not trying to get a freebie part or take advantage. I was simply trying to get the part swapped out. I havent experienced a rude and unprofessional person at this Oreillys until today. The person with me was ready to take his head off because of how rude he was. Kyle was rolling his eyes and at this point we just left to deescalate the issue. No need for violence and whatnot. I called customer service and Tammy explained the situation calmly and politely without attitude which is what Kyle needs to be taught. I will no longer be visiting this store and will drive the extra miles out of my way to avoid having a child yell at me about what he thinks about me trying to get a part warrantied. Good luck with Kyle. I have a feeling I wont be the only person he treats that way. If he was just having a bad day, I hope it gets better and meant no harm or wrong doing but I dont feel that experience was how that could have gone for someone who didnt understand the store policy.

O'Reilly is just cheap auto parts. The quality is average a lot of things I need I have to order but I compare prices they are not that cheap.

This review is like 3 months overdue but I m finally doing it lol. All of the the staff was helpful and friendly. Robert went over and beyond to help me change my light bulbs. I have a 2022 vehicle and he had to do a little more work than I anticipated when I asked for his assistance. He was super sweet and professional about it. The whole experience made my day. Thank you!

Went there yesterday to get my battery recharged. They tested it and immediately told me it was bad, they tried to sell me a new one. Had to ask them to throw it on the machine charger. Came back two hours later and they told me again it was bad, the machine wouldn't charge it, tried to sell me a new one again. Left there went to autozone, had them test the battery and charge it on their machine. Battery came back good and was able to be fully charged again. Just beware,

Great ladies and gentlemen that work there. They re very knowledgeable and helpful with your questions. They ve kept my 07 Ram running over 270k miles. Going to keep going here for as long as these fine folks work here.

Besides the workers acting as if they would rather be anyway else than work, I would recommend it. I wouldn't want to work at O'Reilly's either so I get it.

Visited the store last week. My battery had died and they were so very helpful, professional, and assisted with installing my new battery. Being a senior citizen, it was comforting to know that there is still service like this out there.

I have been coming to the Joshua location for years. And 90% of the time I am greeted by a wonderful gentleman by the name of Don. He is always so helpful and polite. Helps me any way he can. Just wanted to finally give this young man his props Thanks for being you!

I always received the right parts, and usually look for or ask for OEM parts to make sure parts will fit correct.The service people here are good at helping there customers in professional manner.

I needed a plastic clip for the scratch guard under my car. Since I could figure out which to get I asked the employee for help and he told me to go pull another one out of my car and match it. I asked if he could look it up and he said he didn't have time for that. I usually go to a competitor but since this O'Reilly store was on my way home I stopped in. I will not be going back for anything there.

Not all O'Reilly's are as helpful as this store. This one is a cut above. Great staff. Good service. I'm glad this location is the one close to me!

I went in the store 5 minutes before they closed, they were super friendly and very helpful..... Jessie even helped me check my oil and also put it in my car.... thanks so much!!!! Awesome customer service

This was the first time I have ever shopped at O'Reilly. All wanted was a few wheel lugs that went on a trailer made from some old truck axle. I had a sample. After going to Autozone and not getting any help there due to incompetence, I came to O'Reilly. I recieved the lugs along with the nuts. The people at O'Reilly took the sample to the back and within two minuts had what was needed. Excellent professional service.

I have been going to this store for 4 yrs now. I find the service here is superior to its competitors plus pricing is basically the same. I was broke down in Tyler one time. It was my alternator. I called all the auto parts stores and no luck. But Wayne North at hi lo sent a truck to my location to get my truck started and to his store then I was able to purchase alternator and then he loaned not sold me the tools to complete the repair. I have been loyal to them every since. Shout out to Big Mike and Joshua "from joshua" at the Joshua store. .

O'Reilly's is just a good auto parts store that have great service they have better service in my opinion then a couple of the other well-known stores and I always seem to have what I'm looking for always able to help

Very bad service- wouldn't return me a oil gasket they sold me which ended up been different from one they had on a receipt. !What a mess , customer service said its your fault for not chucking, but those looks alike who i suppose to know they giving out wrong parts here from what they selling you?

The employees are always nice but the parts are lacking and don't seem to last as long. Have issues with them not being about to find my parts that i have bought in the computer and had to go look for my recipes.
