Joe the store manager and Norma were excellent. Got me exactly what I needed for my terminal. They helped the whole way and did their absolute best to provide a solution. Which they did. Great work.

Went in to get another battery and I have to say we received EXCELLENT customer service!!!! Shoutout to Miguel aka Miyagi for going above and beyond to help us. Will be doing all our business here from now on and will be recommending them to everyone. Thanks for being amazing !!!

The woman at the counter was awesome. I needed a code reader and she immediately went out, tested my car and helped me get what I needed in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

AutoZone never really disappoints. If you ask for help, they are ALWAYZ willing to do their best to aid in your broke down or car-fix situation.The Staff are ALWAYZ knowledgeable and plus, they have their trusty computers to look up stuff on when they can't pull the answers from their busy minds.Part of Customer Service is to make their Patrons feel they want to come back!!! AutoZone in Joshua ALWAYZ makes me want to come back for my auto needs.

Employees not willing to help. Asked to help find bulb and fuse size said I had to pull one off to see what size was needed. I wasn t In vehicle that I was needing them for at the time. So not making 2 trips when all they had to do was look on the computer. Taking business elsewhere.

Un helpful employees there they hand me there engine diagnostic tool and tell me how to use it my self. And covid is his excuse but yet don't were a mask while he mingles right next to his work buddy. It's not the first time either mother inlaw asked if they would help her with a battery replacement and they told her they don't do that there..or just didn't want to do it.

After explaining I was in the middle of a death in the family and trying to get my kids with a coming storm, I needed a simple headlight bulb. They sold me the wrong one. I returned to buy another one. The 4 employees standing around hoped it would work. (How nice of them to hope it worked.) Not one offered to step out and help me. When I asked if they could, the manager (Gus) said "I guess we could." I didn't want to inconvenience them (or let the uncaring people to touch my car because they clearly didn't care...and I didn't need them breaking something.) When I asked, Gus has no one above him to complain to. He is THE store manager. No one else above him. I did email the customer service email just as all the other people had in their replies above. What happened to the service Autozone used to have where the employees were there to help and didn't act inconvenienced to sell someone something? It used to be the best place to go for car supplies.A kind man outside offered to help and showed me how to replace the bulb within seconds. I'm thankful for the kind people in the world and saddened by the fact 4 people hired to serve were so insensitive in a very stressful moment.

They have really cool stuffff but it's way over priced. Digital book for looking up parts would be nice too. However the fact they run diagnostics is cool. Now I have a bunch of ideas for pimping my ride..

Wasn t impressed, ask employee1, an older gentlemen if they 10n1 screwdrivers inwhich he answered no, all we carry is straight screwdrivers and nut drivers.., #1 I found a 6n1 while checking out. Employee2, a very nice young man that checked my merchandise out, gladly attempted to find a specific torque screw in there database, then pulls out the AutoZone app on his personal phone and clarified AutoZone does not carry this rotor-set screw/torque and happily told me where I could purchase such screw. All in all I would return to this establishment if other store didn t have it, I m very thankful for each and everyone of us Americans that continue to pull our weight and sometimes more!

Gustavo did us a solid by getting us a new battery and installing in less than ten minutes. This is with two system outages. Come on corporate these guys deserve better.

Went to this store to buy LED bulbs for a fire department vehicle. Walked into a conversation with 4 different employees and not one even looked at me or asked what I was looking for. They continued their conversation all the way up to me walking out the door. I went down the street to O'Reilly where they actually seem to want your business. I will not be back to this store again.

Went in to get upholstery cleaner and some bulbs. One employee helped me find the right bulb and the young lady that rang me up saw I was disabled and using a cane, she literally ran to the door to hold it open for me. How refreshing ! Just moved here and this location just won my business.

I have always been helped here in a good fashion. They have orderd parts for me and had good communication and even printed of papers and "how to" guides to help me on my projects. Also the people there are pretty friendly.

A good place if you need cosmetica but I don't trust any auto one with anything electronic. I've had 3 out of 3 times getting something electronic with this company like a battery or a alternator and so on and it always had a problem.

Cam in with an ac problem that I didn't know how to fix and the manager on duty was able to diagnose and tell us how to fix the problem. Only issue with our visit was that the person who helped us after the manager didn't have any idea what they were doing, resulting in the trip taking around 20 minutes longer than it should have.

I been going here since jan of 2016 and mike the manager now. Has always helped me with everything and anything! If they dont have it he finds it! And problems with parts he goes above and beyond to take car of me! He knows my car and everyone else car I work on is his/her life and source of income to get to work I wish I could give more then 5 stars he deserves it!

Very helpful! I had to buy a specific and somewhat pricey tool for a quick fix I was doing in the lot next door. Rather than charge me for the tool, the employee loaned me one from their stock. Win!
