I wouldn't give this business ANY STARS,and have filed a complaint with TDLR,& I am having to take them to court to get my property back! They will duck & dodge you,won't return calls or texts,and will avoid communicating with you until they can tell you that your time is up,and then they'll sell your property at auction!! Very poor PR skills,and very unprofessional! If he impounds your vehicle,be prepared to go to court,because,to quote him,......"I ain't gonna work with nobody,so do what you think you gotta do!!:Your time is up,and it's mine."This,after I had called,and texted every day for two months! Then,they posted it in the paper,as if no one had showed up to claim it! I would not advise ANYONE to use this towing service,after all we have gone through! Awaiting a court date,with concrete,undisputable proof of everything I have said,and more!! Horrible experience! Very rude staff! They'll make it impossible to get your vehicle back,unless you sue them! This is my personal experience with them,and I have the freedom of speech to say that which I have proof of!! I would NEVER conduct business with these people by choice---& if you're smart,you won't either!!K. DavisP.S. I am adding two photos below,so the public can see for themselves,the condition we found our motorcycle in,after being towed! It was lying on the ground,with stuff scattered all around! The accident was minor,in comparison to the damage that was done during the towing process! No tarp! They didn't even bother to stand it up,and put it on the kickstand! Just threw it off the truck,and left it lying in the dirt!! How unprofessional !!

Service is ok, prices are thru the roof. Not sure how they get by charging more then what the state max is for wrecker fees and storage but it's ridiculous what they set their rates at. They may do ok servicing vehicles but otherwise a very poor experience with them.

These guys are quick, friendly, and affordable. Due to working hours, I sometimes have to change my own oil. I had stripped the plug when I attempted it. Wayne's replaced it with no hassle.

They broke the undercard cover when they towed it. It cost $500 to move the car and it's $21 a day for them to house the car. They parked it on top of broken glass. They couldn't open the car. Had to call someone and that was $50.Very nice people but extremely high.

heading back from south padre on vacation pulling travel trailer blown water pump Saturday afternoon gets the water pump (part store forgot new o ring so It sidelined us til sunday)put it in and very fair on price. nice people to deal with. Wayne even offered me one of his cars for sale in front to take to town to get cash,have dinner,whatever .would definitely stop here again if I have problems down this way again
